We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. lt had all the amenities we needed with 8 adults. It was clean and well cared for. The pool with the beautiful backyard is resort like. It even has lemon trees you can eat the fruit from. I wish we had known that after 10 pm we couldn’t be outside and use the hot tub due to noise ordinances. That was the only hiccup but we enjoyed ourselves indoors.

Our group loves to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil we needed. Fresh lemons in the backyard made for delicious cocktails and the pool area was a gorgeous private oasis. Multiple cozy outdoor places to spend the evening by a fire and watch the stars. A spacious property for 3 families, very well maintained and had a lot of little extras you don't typically see in a VRBO. Extremely responsive host and beautiful property all around. We've stayed in 20+ vacation homes and all around this was the best!

I rented Mary’s Place so that members of my family could gather together in Phoenix to surprise my sister for her 80th birthday. The house was wonderful and had plenty of space to accommodate my 12 family members. The house was stocked with everything we needed to have a stress free and relaxing stay. The highlights of our stay was being able to enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi, and being able to pick fresh lemons and pick grapefruits from the beautifully landscaped garden to make delicious cocktails during on stay. Tears flowed from the eyes of my family members as the time came to depart and leave this oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Thank you Mary for opening your home and for the great memories we have of our stay.

WOW! The place is beautiful! There was plenty of room for all of my family inside and out. The outside is what sold us with the gorgeous pool and landscaping, and plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The kitchen is enormous, perfect for cooking and serving our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all huge and beautifully furnished. There is one downside, though. I don't own it! 😁

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were there in Peoria for a baseball tournament and shared this home with other teammates and their families. The home was spacious and very clean. It had everything you could possibly imagine in terms of kitchen gadgets and appliances. It made cooking easy and fun. There was ample room for our party to sleep and between the pool, hot tub, billiards table and poker table, our families were more than entertained. Our host, Mary was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and she was very gracious. Excellent property and host. Thank you!

Our group came from all over to celebrate 60th birthdays. The home was perfect for our group of 11. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor heaters for the cool evenings. The home location was perfect for area activities such as horseback riding, spring training games, atv tours and golf. There are local restaurants that were very good and we made good use of the kitchen as well. The home owner was extremely easy to work with and was very responsible to any questions we had. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time while in Arizona for the Super Bowl. The house is extremely comfortable with plenty of beds. The kitchen also was so stocked. The owner was very responsive and explained everything well. And the pool and the outdoor area really could not be better. Be advised that the house is a bit out of the way (Peoria on the map is much closer to Phoenix but this is pretty far north of there) but there are still things within 15 min. Enjoy!

This was our second year booking this place. You just can't beat the backyard and amenities. It really feels like you have a private resort. Arizona was unusually chilly this year but the pool heater allowed us to swim anyway. All the TVs inside and out made it the perfect place to convene with family and enjoy the NFL playoff games. The owner was super responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

We are 6 'upper middle age' male golfing friends who travel to AZ every year for a several days of early winter warm weather golfing. Usually we need two homes which often means we are spread out in the City. In order to stay under the same roof we decided to try a larger home in an area of the greater Phoenix area with which we were unfamiliar. The property exceeded our expectations in every category! Cool weather limited our use of the outdoor amenities somewhat but that didn't lessen our 5 star experience. Mary was a great hostess, always responded quickly and made suggestions on dining, etc. This was our first experience in Peoria but we were pleasantly surprised at all the community had to offer and especially at the scope and quality of dining options. Great golfing within 20-30 minutes. This is a beautiful property and well equipped for families who wish to lounge around vs our limited use of all the home had to offer. NOTE: the photos of the property can't do it justice. Each of us agreed that it exceeded of our expectations in every way.

Our family of eight adults and four young children had a wonderful holiday in Mary’s spacious and well-furnished house. We appreciated the comfortable beds, ample towels and open kitchen area as well as the attractively landscaped backyard, the large hot tub, and the pool which we asked to have heated because the November days were a bit chilly. A nearby desert mountain trail provided a great spot for viewing the sunset and a playground a few blocks away was a hit with our youngest grandkids. Mary was helpful and readily available to field questions and requests. Highly recommended!

My team stayed at this property during our play at nationals and it was fantastic! The home was spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space very inviting. We couldn't have picked better lodging. We were out most of the days but were happy to come "home" to rest. Mary (Host) was equally as fantastic and very accommodating. I would recommend staying here. The only downside if there was one, is the lack of a Keurig coffee maker. With many different "tastes" staying in the home and preparing for daily play, that was one thing that we had to buy ourselves to make mornings easier. Otherwise, all was top notch! If we make it to Nationals again, we will look into this property.

We had 10 players from our Mens Adult Baseball team stay at this house. I’ve been coming to AZ and staying in rented homes (Vrbo, Homeaway, etc) for over 10 years and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Everybody had their own beds, the house is in quiet area (gated community), spacious with lots of amenities. I will definitely reach out to owners for future stays. Speaking of the owners, they were wonderful. Quit to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. Excellent property!!!! I highly recommend for groups of all sizes! Scott

From Texas, met with family from California. Enjoyed the house, the pool, and the games around the home. The property manager (Mary) was very helpful and responded to questions right away. The home is right next to a Fry’s grocery store which made getting food necessities very convenient. Over all the house was clean and very welcoming. We loved our stay.

The home is beautiful and in a great location. We had 12 people ages from 1 to 72 and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves doing whatever they wanted to do. This property is an overall 5*. Although a trek from the Sky Harbor airport, it is close to local shopping / restaurants and golfing. The house is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The property is well maintained and has an awesome pool / backyard. The optional pool heat was an added plus for mid April. The owner was very quick in responding to any queries we had.

We stayed at the property for a week. This is a beautiful property but the faucets with the exception of the kitchen are dated. The master bathroom did not have a door you could shut. The pots and pans need to be replaced. Cooking for 11 people was a challenge. The description states 6 bedrooms but one room considered a bedroom was an open space with a pool table. Other than those issues we enjoyed the stay and location was perfect.
