This Main Street condo is steps from world-class dining, shopping, and adventure activities. Inside Moab Flats 3, you’ll discover a stylish interior complete with upscale furniture, a full kitchen, and splashes of color that create a mid-century modern aesthetic. Outdoors, you’re greeted by a communal fire pit, bike service station & storage, and hot tub. Unit is located on the ground level.

From exploring towering red rock arches, rafting between towering canyon walls, or pedaling through stunning desert vistas. Or maybe you simply want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee next to the firepit in the early light of dawn while the earth shakes off its slumber. Somewhere you can walk to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment from your front door.

You don’t need to imagine it. This place already exists, and it is called Moab Flats. Located steps from Main Street in downtown, this inviting vacation home offers up every amenity on a stylish, mid-century modern platter. Filled with sumptuous textiles, sophisticated furniture, splashes of color, and exposed beams, this is the ultimate homebase for all of your Utah adventures.

Outdoors, family friendly amenities like a communal BBQ area, hot tub, and bike repair station are at your disposal. At the end of the day, gathered around the fire pit roasting marshmallows with the stars twinkle above, you’ll wonder why life can’t be this simple or the perfect all of the time.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to host you in this pet friendly property! There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team after you are charged your reservation total.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Good stay in a great location, but the "smart" appliances were pretty frustrating. The nest thermostat kept resetting to a higher temp in the summer (even after we turned it down following the very specific instructions on the wall), the oven fan refused to turn off and ran all night, and the dryer wouldn't actually dry our clothes because it incorrectly "sensed" when it was done and refused to go longer.

My friend and I absolutely loved staying in the Moab Flats. It was a great location. The place itself was perfect. Very clean and cozy. One negative is the microwave didn't work.

The house overall is very nice and comfortable. However, they advertised a hot tub, but it wasn’t available. Also, the tv was not able to function even by following the instructions listed on the card they set out. Sent messages to the host that were not responded to. I left a necklace there that has huge sentimental value to me, and they said there was no necklace there. I asked them to contact the cleaner, but very little effort or help was offered. Just an immediate reply of, nothing was left there. I know where is was and felt very angry that I couldn’t contact the cleaner or drop by there to get a chance retrieve it. I could have easily emailed or contact the cleaner. It’s handmade and had a tooth of my late dog embedded in it. As if they didn’t care to even give me a chance to retrieve it.

This is our second stay at Moab Flats and once again we loved it! Our flat was appointed with everything we needed to sleep comfortably, dine in, and relax in the lovely common areas. It’s conveniently located in walking distance to most things in town. The space was spotless when we checked in and our host was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to staying there again!

The Moab Flats condo was perfect for our stay. Condo was clean with good kitchen amenities. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We planned on renting mountain bikes while in Moab, and the secured bike storage was very convenient. Outdoor space was nice to relax in after being active throughout the day.

We loved our short weekend getaway at Moab Flats. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the backyard with hot tub and firepit! We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful little apartment!

The apartment was very well laid out and well stocked with supplies. Easy to access with code on the door. Pleasant decor and very clean. Excellent location to the main street. The only downside is that the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the other apartments. Otherwise are really enjoyable stay!

My wife and I needed a home base for some sleep amidst hiking and off-roading and could not have been more pleased with the unit! Walking distance from the downtown areas and several shops/restaurants, and only a short drive from 2 parks. We certainly plan to get back to Moab and will try to book here again!

we love to bike in Moab and this place is the perfect spot to stay. It has everything we needed, is very well appointed and was super clean. We will be back!

Central location, very clean and comfortable unit. The property has bike storage, a nice hot tub and pleasant outside seating for day and evening. The only challenge with the downstairs unit is if you have noisy upstairs tenants.

This was a last minute booking for us so I guess we got what was left over from what was a busy weekend in Moab. We have been there many times. Not the best neighborhood, the heating system sucks, you can here the people next door so if they are early risers so are you. The first morning there was a strong odor we believe was emanating from the upstairs unit. The unit was however clean. There is no TV in the bedroom and the unit could use some night lights. it is a basement conversion and with limited windows. There are many other units in this price range that are better and closer to town.

It was an incredibly easy check-in, and we found this property is only one block away from Main Street restaurants and shops. We used the hot tub and the well designed common area every day. We also liked the convenient out-building to securely lock our mountain bikes. The kitchen is small, but had all we needed for a four day stay. We will look to stay here again.
