El alojamiento ya tuvo sus mejores épocas, sin embargo tanto el personal como el desayuno incluido hacen que se te olvide

Visita a Sancristobal

Muy cómodas las camas, las instalaciones muy bien, lugar limpio, personal amables y atentos, el baño de buen tamaño, tiene estacionamiento

La televisión, pierde mucho la señal, y se complica verla, Está algo retirado del centro, para el caso de no ir en auto propio, puede ser un tema. el desayuno es bueno, pero le falta variedad

Caro y mala atención

El trato del personal pésimo, tanto en recepción, como en cocina. Los baños no tenían agua caliente, tuvimos que reportarlo dos veces para que encendieran los calentadores. No nos querían dar mas toallas alegando que solo son dos por habitación pero habíamos pagado lo de 4 huéspedes.

Estancia agridulce

Desayuno muy rico, aunque me permitiría sugerir que pongan fruta. La ubicación es buena, en una zona segura. El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado y el WiFi se comportó muy bien durante mi estancia ya que me tuve que conectar por trabajo. La chica que atiende en los desayunos es fantástica.

El personal de Hostess de la noche, El chico de lentes tiene una actitud no acorde al lugar, además bastante lento para el Check in. Recomendaría mucho capacitarlos más en servicio al cliente, pedí un par de servicios que no pudo resolver (Hasta el siguiente día que había otra persona. La comodidad de la cama dejó mucho que desear, se sentía como un resorte en la cama matrimonial.

La limpieza de lo peor en mi estancia de 9 días no cambiaron las toallas y la cama hasta que se los pedimos.

Las instalaciones y el mobiliario ya necesita reparación para el costo dejo mucho que desear

Lindo hotel para pasar una noche, no lo recomiendo para estancias largas.

El hotel está bonito, tiene estacionamiento que es muy práctico, el staff es muy amable, bastante limpio y con buen Internet, se siente seguro.

El colchón y las almohadas son bastante incómodas, hace falta renovarlos porque en el colchón te acuestas y te hundes y las almohadas son muy altas y duras.

free breakfast was nice to have. the staff was very nice.

shower wasn’t nice, hard to find a good temperature. if you had the pressure too high the bathroom floor would all get wet.

Nice place

Hotel has good parking with security. Staff was very polite. Room was clean, bed comfortable and has very hot water. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast could use a little bit of help. Maybe offer different ways to have your eggs. Such as fried eggs or omelette and scrambled.

Absolute basic room. Nothing Special. A place to lay your head for a night.

It was very very basic. Had ample parking. staff was friendly.

Linens smelled bad…We wondered if they had been washed. Nothing extra in the room. coffee was like colored water.. no coffee maker or anything extra. If all you need is a bed for a night it might suffice.

Nothing.

Everything. First of all - Wi-Fi doesn't work in rooms, only at reception. Staff don't speak English and lie when Booking helps with solving of your case. Dirty: hair in both bathrooms, dirty bed.

Great Value for: price, location, & staff

I booked based on the photos, and the fact that it looked clean and modern, and it was. I had a comfortable bed, a warm shower, and friendly staff. Its minutes from the center of San Cristobal and parking was ample.

If i have to nit-pick...... only because I am not fluent in Spanish, some English options on the TV. yeah, hard to say I didnt like anything because i didn't.
