El alojamiento es sumamente cómodo. De gran tamaño, camas cómodas, espacios compartidos. El ingreso fue super simple. Además estaba perfectamente ubicado. Cerca del French Quarter pero no en medio del lío de bourbon street.
Lo único que mencionaría es que a pesar de estar en el piso 11, se escuchaban bastantes ruidos de la calle por la mañana: camiones, campanadas de la iglesia, alarmas.

Nice 1 bedroom. King bed. Shower only. Washer and dryer in the bedroom. So don’t use while sleeping. TV super small in bedroom, but it served purpose. Fridge was clean. Doorframe to bathroom was broken all up. You can tell they tried to fix it by nailing it down, but that wasn’t as successful as they thought. Small sofa and table. But again, served purpose. GREAT location
No cookware! Had to scramble eggs and fry bacon in a pot. But I did make it work. No backing pans either.

Nice location, walking distance from the French Quarter, just a couple of blocks. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay again

There was no extra paper products (TP or paper towel) It was nice to have dishes and pans, but there was no real way to clean them, no sponge or dish cloth,or strainer to drip dry.

The location was convenient to transit options and the most popular parts of New Orleans as a first time tourist. The security guard was kind and helpful. Plenty of elevators. Room was spacious and AC worked well once I got it going.
Roami changed dates from what I had paid for and confirmed when they took over for Sonder and I almost didn’t realize until I double checked less than a week before. After I updated my payment method (lost a credit card earlier this year), something was never updated in the system so I continued to get emails threatening to drop my reservation. When I spoke to customer service they said there was nothing to worry about and it would resolve soon but it never did and I had to attempt to update again myself despite the fact that Roami already charged the new card? Check in process was frustrating and confusing. The door to enter the building was finicky and the code I was given to get into the room never worked. I was eventually able to get a hold of customer service to give me a back up code I could use, but continued to indicate that my code should work and that it was user error. The room was poorly cleaned. The trash can in the kitchen stunk terribly and the bag in it was too small to fit properly. (I had to hold my breath when I opened it.) There was visible dust and hair by the bedside table, bed and baseboards. The tap water from the sink had a bad taste that flavor packets couldn’t cover up - it would have been nice to have a filter pitcher or even a single bottle of water since it was 90+ degrees out and no drinkable water. The TV had a remote for Netflix etc but only had a dozen local channels that I could access. No other inputs connected to anything. Maybe this was user error but I’m not that bad with technology, and there were no directions anywhere. There were scratches, chipped paint on the walls, and awkward places on the cabinets and counters where it seemed like whoever had last remodeled had either never used a hammer before or frankly didn’t look at what they were doing. The pool was extremely tiny, pictures must have some very smart angles. There were 2 little kids playing in the pool and they managed to take up the whole thing.

schöne große Wohnung, Waschmaschine war super, Küche soweit funktionstüchtig, wenn auch nur mittelmäßig ausgestattet, wir hatten 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette und eine einzelne Toilette, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn/Esszimmer mit offenerer Küche und eine Art begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Dort gab es aber zwar viel Platz aber wenig Stauraum durch Schränke, Regalbretter etc.
Die Lage war super, ein uber zum Flughafen kostet ca 35€ pro weg und bis zur bourbonstreet sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Mit einem uber sind auch Walmart oder der rousos Markt schnell und günstig zu erreichen.
Es war nicht super sauber, gerade die Küchenausstattung mussten wir vor der Benutzung ordentlich schrubben. Außerdem findet man die typische amerikanische Bettwäsche, die aus Laken, Decke und noch einen Laken (quasi wie ein Sandwich das ständig auseinander rutscht) besteht. Aber das hatten wir in den meisten Hotels in den USA bislang.

Das Haus besteht aus Wohnungen. Die Lobby ist immer besetzt, unsere Koffer konnten wir am Abreisetag deponieren. Es war sehr ruhig, ich hatte meine bedenken, weil unsere Wohnungstüre nicht gut isoliert war, aber das war kein Problem. Unsere 1-Zimmer Wohnung war gross genug, mit walk-in-Closet und Waschmaschine/Tumbler, für 2 Personen. Meine Tochter ist last minute auch noch mitgekommen und es war kein Problem. Die Essecke mit Geschirrwaschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowellenofen, Kühlschrank, und Kochherd hat alles gehabt, was man hätte gebraucht um zu kochen, wir haben das nicht gemacht. Es gab genug Geschirr und Gläser. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage in der nähe des Latin Quarter günstig, es gab auch einen kleinen Supermarket in der Nähe mit den wichtigsten Esswaren. Die Haltestelle der Streetcar ist in der Nähe, sowie eine Busstelle, so kommt man überall in NO hin.
Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen... Die Lage ist eher ungünstig, wenn man jeden Morgen zum Convention Center gehen muss, ca 25 min zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus. Der Eingangsbereich und die Lifte haben nicht gut gerochen, speziell nachdem es geregnet hat. Einen Abend ging der Alarm los und wir mussten die Treppen runter zu Fuss, das hat alles gut funktioniert, aber die Treppen waren wirklich schmutzig!

I ended up loving this appartment. I initially was thinking its a 3.5 to 4 star review but by the end i was loving the appartment and both me and my son said we would definitely stay at the appartmemt again, hence it deserved a 5 star...
This apartment is a great location. Was able to walk to most attractions or get the streetcars which I would highly recommend! The appartment was a stone throw from the main sights in the French Quarter like Bourbon Street.
It was also a big appartment with both double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (so was very pleased I didnt need to share a bathroom with son!! That was a pleasant bonus as wasnt expecting that!) and there was an additional separate bathroom. There is a sofa bed too if you have guests. The appartment was clean with crisp white sheets and towels and hardwood flooring! Good size kitchen and living area. Was really nice after a full day out sightseeing to come back to a homely environment rather than a tiny hotel room!
The other great thing about the appartment, was the service. Super helpful and very responsive to all my needs.

There is no housekeeping per se. You need to email through your needs, but if you do this before 4pm you can get help the same day, after 4pm it's the next day but I found them super responsive but not quite the hands on hotel experience. It's in-between an air B+B and a hotel, so best of both worlds really!

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Our unit was large and clean. The hotel was nearby all attractions/ restaurants/ bars, perfect for walking everywhere.
They didn't have transportation service and we had to call our own taxi.

I liked my apartment it was spacious and bright. The added bonus of having a washer/dryer in the room was great.
Sonder at Duncan is great once you are in the building however I had concerns about the surrounding area. There were several drunks and addicts hanging outside the building. I tended to avoid walking around in the evening and very early in the morning due to these folks. Security outside the building was definitely a concern for me. The building particularly the common areas (lifts, reception etc) could definitely been kept cleaner. I went around Mardi Gras and New Orleans gets crazy around that time, it was evident!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they weren't able to solve our problems. This was not their fault. The building needs a major refurbishment.
This is an old, run-down property. The room was furnished with old, broken-down furniture (although the bed was ok).
Our window opened directly on to a rooftop covered with HVAC and ventilation outlets, including for the seafood restaurant next door. Bad smells. Also the noise of roaring fans 12 hours per day. Do NOT stay on the 5th floor if you don't like the sound of this!
The tv is not a smart tv and we could not get a Chromecast to work. So the tv is useless unless you're happy to watch reruns from the 90s.
The washing machine never worked.

This was literally an apartment mixed with a hotel! Security was so kind to us. The place was clean and worth the price. There a pool upstairs and a place where you can hang out with your friends. The local people are very kind and recommend this place as the Mardi Gras parade was one block over. I’m definitely telling my friends about Sonder!
I believe it’s loud at night as the homeless people tend to yell around 3am. But it was normal for us as we can sleep through loud noises

We liked the location for the most part, which was central, and allowed us to get to the center quickly by foot. We loved how spacious the room was and that it included a half-kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The room was clean. It was nice to have a roof top to look at the cityscape. It was easy to get into the main door and the door of our room with the keycode.
It was noisy, but this was to be expected. The elevator and lobby smelled moldy, which was a little bit concerning. We were also told there would be complimentary coffee at the roof every morning, but there was none, despite there being a sign at the roof that advertised as such. Some of the pictures of the roof are a little misleading; the pool is very small. I also wish this property would provide free or low-fee breakfast, even bagels/toasts.

We stayed in room 1500 which was on the 15th floor, it was large, well equipped and a beautiful room. Both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms with bath and shower and walk in closet.
The pool and gym were really nice and everything was well kept and clean.
The room had coffee machine with coffee supplied.
The washer dryer was a great addition.
It could be a little noisy at night due to the location and carnival but it was a great place to stay.
Would highly recommend.

our ceiling had a leak in it and never heard back from management about it getting fixed. really gross to know that the room above us shower water was leaking into our shower… felt very unhygienic

La ubicación lo mejor. La cama es muy cómoda pero es una cama de 1,35, no es cama extra grande.
Dos baños y la cocina muy completa. Te dejan café e infusiones. El apartamento está muy limpio y decorado con buen gusto. Es muy amplio
Los cristales están muy sucios y las ventanas no se abren. Las vistas hacia un parking que emitía mucha luz. Las cortinas no cubrían bien y entraba mucha luz. El cierre de la puerta hay que explicarlo mejor. Cuando sales de tu apartamento tienes que esperar unos minutos para que la puerta se cierre. En mi caso llegué tarde el primer día y salí temprano de excursión. Me fui pensando que el apartamento quedaba abierto y en el momento no hay nadie que te de solución, me respondieron demasiado tarde

The location is close walking distance to the French Quarter and the Superdome. The kitchen was nice size and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The view from the top deck is nice.
There is a strong chemical “air freshener” smell as you enter the building that pervades throughout the complex (luckily not in the room). The elevators were loud and broke down. There was some shoddy maintenance work, e.g. towel bar that needed to be replaced and the holes from the prior one were left with large patches of white spackle. We requested an extra blanket on more than one occasion and never got one.
