prijs/kwaliteit diner. Kwaliteit was prima, maar de prijs voor de hoeveelheid was wat aan de hoge kant. Bijvoorbeeld een sukadelapje voor ruim 28 euro....

Heerlijk genoten, met een paar kanttekeningen...

Waanzinnig vriendelijk personeel, waardoor je je écht welkom voelt. Meer dan voortreffelijk eten in het restaurant. Super lekker. Mooie omgeving en vooral ook heel rustig - qua geluid - in het hotel zelf. Nette en schone kamer met prima balkonnetje en perfecte 'housekeeping'. (alles goed bijgevuld en schoon)

Kamer was uitstekend met prima badkamer, maar voor de prijs niet echt uitzonderlijk. Op zich lekkere zachte bedden, maar op de een-of-andere manier voor ons té zacht (en dat blijft natuurlijk altijd een persoonlijke voorkeur). Het ontbijt hebben we niet genoten. Voor 24,50 euro p.p. doen we daar niet meer aan mee. Ontbijtprijzen rijzen overal helaas de pan uit. Waarom ??? 7,50 euro per nacht voor een parkeerplekje op de 'eigen parking' is ook wel een beetje aan de forse kant.

Positive. Check alternatives for breakfast if needed.

Reservation for breakfast slot needed. When arriving late (22:00) all breakfast slots before 09:30 were already gone as number of slots seems to be quite limited. Stupid if you have a meeting starting already at 07:30. Costs for the breakfast reserved with the booking have been removed from the bill without any discussion.

Heerlijk logeren!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zalig ontbijt en heerlijk eten in restaurant. Kamers zijn zeer net en comfortabel. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. Een echte aanrader!

Historical and beautiful Hotel in a majestic area

- Historical Hotel with a lot of old stories and memories - Close to the Centrum, 20min to walk by passing beautiful Durch houses. - Large indoor pool (floor level 4) with a great view - Het Loo Palace is just arround the courner - Outstanding room service and a warm welcome by the reception team - Easy to go there, because it‘s on the suburban area of Apeldorn - Large parking space

One receptionist was a bit beuauratric. We arrived at 20:59 and was toled the restuarant was shut. It shuts at 21:00 - a couple of mins more please seemed a bit harsh on us - we'd travlled all day

We loved everything, place was very nice.

We didn't like one of the reception staff, to be precise the old gentleman working at reception has no friendly approach, not professional. Maybe some extra training for him wouldn't be a bad idea.

Pricey but you got quality

The building looks old from the outside but from the inside everything is modern and newly renovated. It took a while to find the "secret stairs" to get to the pool (it's right in front of the lift as soon as you get off on the 3rd floor, but because there's no signage and it looks more like an emergency escape we were unsure), but we're lucky to have the pool to ourself even when the hotel seems to be busy. We LOVE the bathroom we have in our room.

The hotel personnel were rather strict; I'm staying with my 5yo twins; so a large double bed in a standard/deluxe room is sufficient; but we're forced to book the family room which has a sofa bed; we paid double for a room which had an extra sofa bed which we don't need/use. There's no complimentary water; I know that you can get your water from the tab/sink, but there's not even a note about it which could be helpful for foreign guests. Breakfast has all basic choices, but I expect more where you got to order egg(s) of your choice (if this is a possibility there's no info about it) and all foods are rather cramped on U shape counters, too crowded to take your time to choose what you want to get. the parking pass we got says it's for 2 days, but it seems to no longer be valid to drive out after we checked out, so we have to ring the intercom

Very pleasant stay for a weekend away

i liked that it was only a 6min bus drive from the city center. The rooms are stunning, the sauna and the pool are great. It’s very close to the palace. The wifi was good. Having a balcony is also great for these summer days / nights.

Recommended to come by car as the closest supermarket is a 20min walk.

A great short break and location to visit the palace

Lovely beautiful quiet location, near the palace and on. is route to centre. Great selection at breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.

There was only one light burning in the sauna and it flickered incessantly like a strobe light. When I mentioned it at the desk, the response was "well we're going to get rid of the sauna anyway". The room had a great TV with chromecast, but it was impossible to connect to because it was "not known which wifi the TVs were on". So there was no solution to that. Not really what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Very comfortable hotel - for both business but also for leisure

Excellent hotel!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent and above all clean room, comfortable bed. Good service, good breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had a very pleasant stay!
