Catastrophique / terrible ! quelques minutes après notre check-in, le réceptionniste est venu frapper à notre porte

Rien / nothing Some employees was really rude and agressive

Some employees was really rude and agressive and blame us for something I don’t even know about ! a few minutes after checking in, the receptionist came knocking on our door to tell us that an error had been detected on the smoke detector. I opened the door, he came in, checked and found nothing wrong. He told me everything was fine, then left. However, an hour later, he came back with a technical manager and told us they were going to kick us out from the room without refund, because according to them, we had removed the smoke detector and then put it back. This seemed strange, especially as we had just arrived, and after less than five minutes, the receptionist was already at our door to tell us about an anomaly with the smoke detector. When we returned to the room later that evening, the night receptionist warned us that if there were any safety issues, they would kick us out immediately. I find this situation really abnormal: they were aggressive, threatening, and seemed to be looking for a pretext to evict us without a valid explanation. I'm shocked and I still don't understand their attitude.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage !

Gute Lage , Zentral gelegen, schnell in der beliebten Altstadt . Betten sau bequem, Klimaanlage tut was sie tut, Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch einen Raucherbereich für Raucher , zudem kann man dort gut sitzen und man kann sich getränke von der Bar bestellen. Lautstärke von außen kaum zu hören. Alles Prima !

Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen, is aber schon Standart geworden, da man so Energie spart und die Leute nichts aus dem Fenster schmeißen oder Rauchen

I got different room than what I booked !! Different than the pictures

Friendly staff in the morning and helpful .. the location is perfect there is shopping area just 5 minutes walk .

but the staff in the night not helpful .. we asked for water and he gave us 4 small bottles and we wear 6 persons !!! We arrived the hotel at 11 pm and we have medicine !! We booked executive triple room but we got other room with a small window .. we wear supposed to have full wall window as the pictures in booking !! The room in the pictures has yellow cousins and navy blanket .. but in the real we just found white pillows and blankets !!

Közel volt a vonatállomáshoz.

Nagyon udvariatlan volt a recepciós éjszaka, amikor megérkeztem. Nagyon nem volt kedves. Sehol nem találkoztam még ilyennel. A szoba nem volt tiszta, a bútorok kopottak voltak.

el desayuno estuvo muy variado y bueno La habitación muy confortable. Podria haber dos batas de bano, y no solamente una y quizás contra con televisores en los que s epueda conectar facilmente netflix.

Very good value for money, definitely recommend.

Good bed, good breakfast, nice room and central location

Airco shut off during the night, making the room too warm. The immediate area around the hotel isn’t very charming (partly due to roadworks), but it’s only a 15 minute walk from the city center so that’s no big deal.

An enjoyable stay.

Really comfortable rooms, the best nights sleep I've had for ages. Clean, well appointed and very spacious. Location is close to the railway and a short walk into the city through the shopping centre.

Hôtel confortable avec de très belles chambres et un excellent accueil.

Hôtel très confortable dont les chambres bénéficient d'une décoration inspirée de Piet Mondrian. Chambre spacieuse avec grand lit et bien insonorisée. Personnel impeccable. Parking sur place pour la somme raisonnable de 20 euros par jour. Proche du centre historique.

Hôtel situé du "mauvais" côté de la gare par rapport au centre ancien, mais inconvénient très mineur.

Great !

Breakfast was great! Room was really big and comfy. One of the best rooms I've stayed so far. The new idea of "do not disturb" and "clean my room" is really practical and handy. Also the room was very generous on the things it had. Location was really handy. Also seemed to be kinda of soundproof which helped. I really liked everything!

Great but not the best and won’t be back

Breakfast was good, room was not clean properly, no change of linen 3 night, cup were not changed for 3 days, carpet not cleaned, just not what I expected

Clean bedding at least after second day, and clean cups had the same dirty cups throughout our stay. Did not feel clein
