Si je reviens pour un 3ème séjour, ce sera dans cet hôtel.

2ème séjour dans ce charmant hôtel, très central et dont les points forts sont la piscine et le jacuzzi, très appréciables.

Il faut juste être en mesure de monter les escaliers un peu raides, pour accéder aux chambres car c'est une vieille maison.

Marvelous.

Loved the location, so easy to access area and our excursions. Lovely to walk around the vicinity any time of the day. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when taking our luggage up and down stairs.

Lack of lift to access floors.

-Hotel céntrico, a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren y a 4 minutos de la catedral. -Habitaciones con calefacción y climatizador - Había minibar -Recepción 24 horas

-El desayuno empezaba a las 8 am, quizá un poco tarde si tienes algún museo reservado -No había ascensor, pero el personal nos subió las maletas a la habitación. -Tasa de 7 euros por persona y día

kahvaltı saat olarak çok idealdi.. personel çok ilgiliydi oldukça sıcak insanlar.. konum olarak tek kelime ile muhteşemdi. Sıcak su problemi olmayan geniş oda ve temiz oda. oda ısısı çok iyiydi.

Very nice hotel location and very comfortable. Very nice staff that makes you feel welcome.

I love the location of the Hotel. Rooms were large enough and beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom pipes had a bad smell in one of the rooms.

Ottimo albergo centrale

Hotel veramente bello, estremamente confortevole, situato in un contesto antico e in una posizione ottimale per visitare Firenze. Central location makes it an ideal stay with a wonderful small pool and jacuzzi

In perfect position in Florence close to all main attractions. Breakfast was plntiful and very good. Our coffee Barista was wonderful, and staff were very helpful to any of our requests. Really liked the pool with Bar.

The major issue is no lift in the building. My mother has had two knee replacements, and it was a terrible experience for her in that snse only. Other than that it was fine.

Breakfast was very poor- Very little selection. No lift for luggage. Had to pay extra for the pool when’s the price for accommodation was not worth the price that was being charged.

Fabulous location and excellent accomadtions.

Excellent location, huge room with tons of amenities. Even had a sauna and exercise nine in the room. Very clean. Wonderful service from front desk staff.

Average Stay

The staff was friendly, the location was a short walk to see the main attractions, and the shower was very modern. The receptionist was also able to call us a taxi on the morning of our departure.

The first morning we went to breakfast and nearly all the hot foods were empty, and the cushion for the chair was exposed with torn chunks of foam; we left to buy breakfast even though it was included with the stay. I also didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool when there were no chairs available, and we were there after 1630 for just over an hour; the pool area is also pretty unkempt since it's surrounded by trees.

Clean, our room was large. View of street. Breakfast was varied & delicious!

They don’t have an elevator! Don’t fall for that “The elevator is broken “ stuff. There IS no elevator! Toilet ran & lost lots of water.
