Las instalaciones, muy completas. Y el personal, sobre todo el del bar piscina y la animación, espectaculares.
La comida, salvo el desayuno, era poco variada. Además, en la plancha no había la suficiente diligencia para sacar más comida. Cierto es que daba la sensación de que haría falta más personal puesto que los camareros y cocineros no daban a basto porque eran muy pocos. Y eso que ponían todo su empeño.

A szálloda kiváló helyen található, pár perc séta az óceánpart, csekély szintkülönbséggel. A szobáink tágasak voltak, kellemes terasszal, pakolóhelyekkel. A medence kiváló: tiszta a víz és a medence környezete is, a víz kellemes meleg. Tetszett a szálloda kertje is.
Az étel a reggeli kivételével borzasztó. A reggeli rendben volt, az ebéd és a vacsora viszont alacsony választék mellett szinte csak ízetlen vagy kifejezetten rossz ízű ételeket tartalmazott. A zöldségek nem frissek, hús alig van, az is rosszul sütve.
A pool bárnál értelmezhetetlen, hogy csak ruhában lehet bemenni, hiszen a medencénél az ember nem abban van és vizes is. Itt az innivalókért mindig sorban kell állni, sokszor egy egyszerű üdítőért is nagyon sokat. All inclusive ellátáshoz nagyon kevés helyen tud inni az ember, mintha kifejezetten cél lenne, hogy ne fogyasszon sokat.
Elvileg 3-tól lehet bejelentkezni, nekünk kérésre 1 körül elkezdték a folyamatot, amit viszont még 3-kor sem fejeztek be, majdnem 4 volt, mire elfoglalhattuk a szobát. A recepciónál lévők közül az egyik kifejezetten udvariatlan volt és senki nem beszélt jól angolul.
A parkolás a piacos napon horror, sehol a környéken nem lehet megállni.

Schön war die Größe der Suite, der wunderschöne Ausblick aufs Meer und Pool und die gut gepflegte Anlage mit all ihren Pflanzen, Palmen und Kakteen. Die Live-Musik am Abend war eine schöne Untermalung am Abend auf dem Balkon!
Ebenso waren die Balkon-Fenster / -Tür gut schalldicht gewesen und man hat dann von der Musik nichts mehr gehört!
Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und ist gepflegt, ist aber für die Menge an Gästen viel zu klein und freie Liegen (bzw. nicht mit Handtuch reservierte Liegen) waren schwer bzw gar nicht zu finden!
Der Speisesaal (Frühstück & Abendessen) ist für die Menge an Menschen einfach viel zu klein. Die Lautstärke dementsprechend zu laut und allgemein ist alles viel zu wuselig um entspannt zu essen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist auch im Vergleich zum Preis unterirdisch. Vieles sind einfach nur Fertigprodukte aus der TK. Die Kuchen sind dementsprechend immer kalt und wässrig. Die Nudeln sind mal verkocht und mal noch teigig. Alles in allem findet man zwar was und wird auch einigermaßen satt, allerdings hängt einem das Essen nach 3-4 Tagen irgendwann nur noch zum Hals raus.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Decke und Kissen wiesen am Anfang Dreckflecken auf und das hat sich bis zu vierten Tag auch nicht geändert. Erst ab da wurden Sie gewechselt. In den Ecken und hinter den Vorhängen waren während unseres gesamten Urlaubs Dreck gewesen. Auch die Gläser im Zimmer wiesen noch Lippenabdrücke der Vor-Urlauber auf.
Die Tür wies so große Spalte an den Seiten auf, dass wir alles im Hinterhof hören konnten, als wäre es im Zimmer gewesen!
Alles in allem rechtfertigen die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das Essen weder die 4 Sterne, noch den Preis!

Das Essen war gut, allerdings ist die Küche in Teilen zu klein ausgelegt. Die Person, die an den Bratplatten steht und die Gäste mit Fisch und Fleisch versorgt ist meist hoffnungslos überlastet, weil die 3 Platten einfach dem Ansturm nicht gerecht werden kann. Folge: Es bildet sich - zumindest zum Abendessen hin regelmäßig eine lange Warteschlange. Eine weitere Bedienung mit weiteren 3 Platten wäre angebracht. Das gleiche morgens bei der Brotausgabe: Es kann sich immer nur eine Person Brot zuschneiden, weil dort weder Platz noch ein zweites Brotmesser zur Verfügung steht. Abends musste man auch oft lange nach einem freien Tisch suchen. Positiv: Das Essen war gut und sehr vielfältig. Alle Getränke waren mit All-inclusive abgedeckt.
Das Zimmer war geräumig in zwei Teile geteilt, mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Der nahegelegene Strand war 1A (bis auf den ständigen Wind). Das Personal war durchweg nett und hilfsbereit.

Enjoyed the fitness classes and pool activities and the staff were motivational without being intrusive.
The bed mattress was the right level of firmness and very comfy.
Sangria at dinner was a nice option.
The beach was easy to walk to.
Some of the food could be better quality. For example, the omelettes were not made with fresh eggs.

Very nice Hotel with nice simple but nice interior. The staff was very friendly.
The way to the rooms are a little annoying since you have to climb stairs. There’s a lift but it doesn’t take you to your floor directly. Also the food was very unseasoned unfortunately.

Struttura relativamente nuova e vicino alla spiaggia
Al check-in viene data una mappa della struttura e senza aiuto bisogna raggiungere la stanza, l’albergo si sviluppa su una collina perciò con tutto il peso delle proprie valige bisogna andare alla ricerca della propria camera, assolutamente non piacevole. La stanza al nostro arrivo era sporca, ma abbiamo capito nei giorni successivi che la pulizia delle stanze viene fatta in maniera molto superficiale in quanto la stanza non é mai stata pulita bene, tanto che a volte non ritiravano neanche la spazzatura, é capitato che la stanza venisse rifatta dopo le 3 del pomeriggio impedendo il riposo. Premetto che viaggiamo molto e abbiamo provato diverse cucine ma il buffet e la carta dei vini sono pessimi, qualità del cibo molto bassa e cucinata male. Bella piscina ma mancano i lettini per tutti perciò bisogna occupare il posto all’apertura della piscina.

Literally, we liked everything! we liked it so much that we are returning back in autumn! The hotel facilities and amenities, staff, entertainment and most importantly overall atmosphere was superb! Thank you Melia Sol for a wonderful stay!
The only thing I’d mention would be food. The variety was good, however us being the “healthy” eaters, we found the food too greasy at times. even fish was fried in too much fat. The meat quality and variety could be improved. We found it surprising there was hardly any lean chicken served in the 9 nights we stayed. Nevertheless, we managed to find the dishes we liked and enjoyed them.

Location excellent close to amazing beach and plenty of bars restaurants and shops. Cleanliness was exceptional. Pool lovely, always some available loungers.
Food was generally at an acceptable level of quality for an all you can eat buffet, but some days the choice was a little limited and some days the hot food was not that hot.

Lovely grounds, nice rooms etc. Food was ok, staff were extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. Charged me twice for lunch refused to give refund. Other guests were also extremely rude. Complained to booking .com and hotel about the consistent issues, nothing done about it. If you enjoy coming on holiday to be treated poorly/interrogated/patronised by staff members this is the perfect holiday for you.
always felt on edge, we were publicly humiliated by a member off staff for a sustained period who accused us of not paying for sun beds when we had already paid IN FULL for, when they realised their mistake they flounced off with no apology. This was just the tip of the ice berg.

The 'sea view' room we were eventually given, on the 4th attempt, finally had the promised sea view, and was clean. Staff did persevere in trying to give us the required sea view, but it seemed they really didn't know what view each room would have. The location is great, close to the beach and local restaurants. The pool area and bar are very nicely laid out, and the drinks are served in plastic glasses which actually look and feel like glass, which was a definite positive.
There are no sun-beds on the terraces, which was disappointing. The quality of the food and drinks is just not good at all. The food is at best passable, and we ended up eating the same things each time we ate at the hotel - ie a salad with potatoes and something cooked on the griddle, which was always over cooked. Desserts were a selection of cakes, which provided nothing for anyone with a gluten intolerance, beyond jelly. There was soft ice cream available, but we didn't try that. Coffee machines often didn't work, and this was true of the water machine. Mostly we went out to eat so that we could get freshly cooked local food in an atmosphere fit for grown ups on holiday: the hotel 'restaurant' felt like a busy, over extended motorway services with people wandering around with plates of food looking for a table which was clean, clear of old dishes, and laid up for eating. We actually began to dread going to the 'restaurant' and experiencing the chaotic atmosphere and poor food quality. Inclusive drinks were all horrible, with the slight exception of the wine, which was passable even though it came from a drinks machine. Cocktails were horrible and came out of a dispensing machine so there was no telling what they were actually made of. All alcoholic drinks tasted like they'd been watered down. If you stay here, expect Butlins/school/motorway services like catering provision. Advise going for B&B if possible as paying for the food is just not worth it.
