Clean and easy access for downtown but I wouldn’t return.

Great location, easy to reach the downtown.

The smallest room ever! If the bed is for two people, you can’t have one side block by the wall! Also, the towels were kind of kids size and just one for person! I mean, no towel for general bathroom’ use.

Hôtel avec très bon rapport qualité-prix, avec un super emplacement proche de l’Avenue Louise et du Châtelain

Personnel sympathique, chambres modernes et propres, emplacement idéal

Chambre très bien pour une personne mais trop petite pour deux.

A well located hotel and good value for money.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the tram stop which takes you up to the metro network at Louise. Very helpful, friendly staff. The courtyard garden is a delight. I will definitely be returning.

Perfect for our two night stay

Lots on offer for breakfast, bar/ reception open until late. Requested rooms together and received just that. Two adjoining rooms which was a bonus.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very good and safe location. The breakfast had a very satisfactory variety of food and also good quality. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Not many parking spaces available and the parking was really difficult to drive in and take turns. The staff however managed to reserve a place, so really happy with the service.

Overall it was a bit disappointing because I knew that this hotel is in general a good one.

The breakfast was ok, nothing very special but the omelette was pretty good.

When I arrived the window of the room was opened although outside was quite cold. In the room it was very cold as well but the heating did not work during the night. Unfortunately the people from the reception could only provide some extra blankets and could not really tell why the heating was not working. The same problem was in all the other rooms that some friends booked in the same period.

Great hotel- great stay!

I liked the location! Very close to the office of the company I am working for. The people at the reception are brilliant! The room is clean and functional. On the small side. Great breakfast!

The light on the mirror: made by men for men. No woman can do her makeup under this light. The taxi I ordered never came. Not the fault of the hotel of course but maybe the taxi company would oblige if the hotel was providing more customers to the taxi company (just an idea) or if they had a 'special deal'. I asked the reception to book me a taxi well before I needed it but ended up being told that they would not come as they were too busy. It messed up my entire planning and after walking in the rain for 50 minutes looking for a taxi, I arrived 9 minutes late to my meeting.

It was fairly clean

It wasn’t easy to go to the city centre and although the access to public transport was easy, but it wasn’t in walking distance. When we were there the public transport was on strike and everything was even more complicated.

I reserved a email 6 hours before I arrived at the hotel , when I sit inside the aircraft and couldn’t give any answer

Location was perfect for me when I need to have some business in Avu. Louise. Breakfast was good and personal was smiling and polite.

The room was very small when I compared it with the price and size off others hotel in the area. The room didn’t have any small cooling box and do not offer any water or coffees, only to simply bag off Tea and no more. No extra off nothing. 🫤
