Prima su beneficio por encima de tu bienestar

Lo único que se salva 100% es la jardinería en general. La habitación no tiene peros, es grande el apartamento con una terraza para desayunar bonita pero le hace falta pintura a todo en general y albañilería, sobre todo en los balcones.

Buffet: Niños solos mezclando las comidas (un desastre como seas escrupuloso es que no comes), bastante pequeña con lo cual variedad pobre, menos mal que no contraté la pensión y decidí pagar allí si me gustaba. Camas y habitación: 2 adultos y 2 niños de 7 y 12. La cama grande en una habitación y los 2 mini sofá camas demasiado lejos en el salón… APARCAMIENTO: Lo peor de todo, increíble que te cobren 5€/día y resulta que cuando llegas por la noche no hay sitio? esto que es? tenéis 200 aparcamientos y 400 coches? Cuando llegamos por la noche más de 15 coches dando vueltas allí para aparcar. Además que cuando entras a hacer el check in la puerta está a unos 200 mts de la recepción… como no vas a contratar el aparcamiento? Está preparado para que lo hagas.

Very disappointed with the room’s quality & food served was of poor quality,clear lack of attention

We really enjoyed the swimming pool area, and the staff was fantastic.

Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a very unpleasant odor. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, the bad smell persisted, especially after using the bathroom. Additionally, the room was quite basic, with outdated furniture and a very small TV. We paid for the buffet at the restaurant, but to our surprise, we found a plate of old rice with mold, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until after I had eaten it. We complained, and the rice was promptly removed from the buffet. Although I was at risk of getting sick, I was fortunately fine. We were refunded our money, and the staff apologized.

très médiocre et mauvaise expérience

La vue

Établissement qui manque d’entretien ! Et de propreté !!! La base d’un logement ! Le mobilier extérieur est vétuste les chaises et table sont cassées les canapés intérieurs sont tachés tout comme les murs intérieurs de l’appartement très sales ! Inimaginable pour un groupe comme Pierre et vacances !!!! De plus les transats près de la piscine sont indisponibles toute la journée puisque réserves par certains locataires ! ! ! l’accès à la résidence est très dangereux et mal indiqué !

Cosas que mejorar

El apartamento tenía las paredes bastante sucias, tampoco estaba muy limpio, el césped de nuestro apartamento muy descuidado, ni siquiera había una papelera para la cocina y el kit de la cocina usado e incompleto, sabanas insuficientes para el sofá cama. También me parece muy mal que se nos cobrará el parking, el año pasado no fue así.

Inmejorables vistas y buen sitio para descansar y disfrutar.

Las vistas,la piscina y la pista de fútbol para los niños porque estuvieron entretenidísimos.

Gyönyörű helyen, kilátással Gibraltárra, tágas terasza is kényelmes volt.

Gyönyörű helyszín, szép kilátás, profi recepció. Elég jól felszerelt a konyha és tényleg kényelmes volt 4 embernek.

Hideg, esős idő volt és nem tudtuk egyedül beindítani a fűtést. Viszont rögtön felajánlottak egy magasabb nívójú csere apartmant. Végül nem volt rá szükség, mert működött a rendszer. Ami hiányzott, hogy semmilyen takarító, mosogató eszköz nem volt.

Llegar y esperar 2 horas para poder hacer el check in no puede pasar, lo mismo para hacer el check out.

Quizás el retenerte una fianza de 200€ , lo veo excesivo, si veo que te pidan una tarjeta por si generas gasto adicional, pero los 200€ retenidos .

La camarera maria del bar de la piscina es genial, súper atenta y simpática sin duda gran incorporación a los ya existentes

two night stay here - not much to do but comfortable enough

been before so it’s familiar and close to Gibraltar where we were coming from. the rooms are clean and comfortable

the pools are so cold every time it’s been the same I don’t know why when it’s been 40 degrees strange - also lots of ants another thing as before

Good enough to enjoy on the whole

The accommodation was clean and well presented but everything looked a bit tired. Otherwise it was in a good location and you could get all the necessities in the little shop. Staff were polite and helpful when we needed to interact. Basically it was good enough, I’d probably not go back, not because there was anything specifically bad, but there are so many more places in the world to visit and for the price, I expect we could get something a little fresher, a little better.

I wouldn’t say there was anything wrong with this place really. Could definitely have done with a lick of paint and a bit of filler for some rather obvious cracks in the walls. Kitchenette was basic, it was only possible to self-cater by borrowing things from the second apartment we rented. Definitely could switch the salad spinner for a toaster and the kettle was borderline dangerous when it worked - no on-off switch, just on when plugged in and it seemed to take forever to boil. Only real bug-bear was the loud kids party going on most nights til late just outside our window. I get that culturally, we’re the odd-ones out, with our children going to bed ~8-9pm but it did go on a bit.

Rooms were nice and spacious.

No bin in the kitchen, only 3 pillows when there were 4 of us. We were unable to lock the glass door/balcony door so didn’t feel safe with my 4 and 7 year old.

Great for kids. Mini market was good value. Pools for great.

Resort should provide pool towels. Bathroom towels were only changed after 5 days which was not frequent enough. We stayed for 8 nights so sheets should be changed. Not enough kitchen supplies.

Amazing balcony

Really clean, nice - amazing views - we enjoyed the Gibraltar every morning from the balcony, nice swimming pool, well equipped, nice staff.

Parking near the apartments costs additionaly, also some minor improvements could be done- the fridge did not close properely, the dishwasher could not start. The apartments are located far away from the sea and town, but with a car it is not a problem.
