Terribile

When you need a bed at 8pm in the evening, you can not be picky...

It was an emergency stay...as no other hotel was available in Slagese. Wewere glad to find this location (traveling by bike, staying right along the E20 :) at the end. Call centre was very helpful, as we did not receive the room code by SMS or WhatsApp for some technical reason.

No human contact.....everything online....booking....room number....code to open....(however, very good support by call centre).

Would not stay here again

The only positive thing about this hotel is its proximity to the highway

In the description, it said that the restaurant would be open 24/7, but we did not even find the restaurant or even a lobby. We ended up walking to a nearby gas station and were able to get a sandwich there. In the bathroom, there was not even a bar of soap in the shower, let alone shampoo. The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were sticking up through the mattress and into my body so overall very uncomfortable.

We will not book this hotel again and could not possibly recommend it for others

Close to Tesla chargers

The pictures taken didn’t correspond to reality sadly. The floor grain was clogged so when we turned on the water the floor was flooded. The room was in no way soundproofed from surrounding rooms. The ad says reception, we didn’t see more than a sign for it? Only got a text with check in instructions and we arrived in good time before said reception would close at 18 o’clock. We paid a little more than 100 Euro which is more than double what it’s worth in our opinion.

Very good

We were not informed about the check in system (room number plus 4 digit code) until after we had left on the trip. When we arrived there was no reception and we were only able to access room due to kindness of another guest who knew a contact phone number from which we obtained necessary room number and pin. Booking.com should also make it clear that this "hotel" effectively provides no food.

Disappointing

Was in room 207 and the wireless internet signal strength was insufficient to be able to get internet access. Had to sit on the dirty steps to get access to the internet.

Fine motel but sketchy customers

Location, rooms were good and comfortable, price, cleaning staff was lovely and very friendly

Not at the fault of the hotel, but due to the price and location a lot of people who were staying here were rougher around the edges. Many other guests would stand right outside our room and drink a lot and be loud, which made it hard to feel comfortable. They would stare and approach female members of our party and were very creepy to us, a group of men whistled at me and I did not feel safe. One time some men approached me and a friend as we were on the phone and wouldn't leave us alone. Because there is no staff at the property there was no way to bring this up to staff so we were left on our own.

very good for just a night sleep and shower when on the road.

The fact that I could still get a room when I was in need of one after 22 h.

I had troubles booking the room, via Booking it first didn't work, and on their own website you can't pay with Mastercard, after phoning I was told to try again via Booking or Expedia. Not too helpful. Luckily in the end Booking did work.

Excellent beds. Barhroom good. Enough space. Service of two ladies in reception: very helpful trying to find and actually finding my glasses lost in the storm when checking in last night.

Took me a long time to make the reservation and arrange the payment and then get the key out of the safe box.

I forgot my access card in the room and the reception girl was kind enough to come and open the door for me. Comfortable bed(small). Huge parking with easy access.

The hotel is pretty basic and it's actually a motel on the highway. You need to remove the 3 stars which appeared when you see it in booking.com. Most of the rooms are taken from foreign workers and they live permanently there. It is quite noisy even when our rooms were not on the side of the highway. No restaurant or option for breakfast. No shampoo in the room, only soap. There is no reception, all thee communication with the staff is only on the phone including receiving the access cards from some boxes.

Room wasn't properly cleaned, smell of smoke in the room, the room was quite noisy, window was difficult to close.

Exceptional

Clean warm room. Spackuos! Extra bed in corner really helpful is travelled with kids. Despite price stay is great.

A bit pricey. And small issue, remote controll looks like been spilt over something 🤣 Wifi could be better, a bit slow if needed to make video call.

A disappointing stay.

No reception. No bathroom products. The room smelt terribly of cigarettes. The bed linen was smelly. A very overpriced room for the service. The bathroom and was dirty.
