Friendly and helpful staff, safe and very clean.

A great, affordable place to stay if you want a little more room

Good, basic 1 bed suite with comfortable bed and the minimum facilities we needed. It was nothing fancy but was very quiet, clean, comfortable and cool, so exceeded all our needs. It was nice to have a little more room to spread out and relax in, after several weeks of pretty tiny hotel rooms. Staff were very helpful, the included breakfast gave us fuel for long days of sightseeing, and the location was good, a short walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The area was interesting, with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and interesting buildings and parks. It felt safe and we had no issues or problems. The hotel organised airport transfers and all was smooth and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Small disappointment that the restaurant at the hotel was closed while we were there. We had chosen the hotel partly because it had a garden restaurant, which sounded nice during the summer. Unfortunately, it was closed (except for breakfast).

Hôtel très bien situé / personnel très agréable

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Sofia à pied et à quelques pas du métro Personnel très agréable et efficace La chambre était grande et silencieuse Nous sommes partis très tôt le jour du checkout et nous avons eu un picnic car la cuisine n’était pas encore ouverte pour le petit déjeuner. Très appréciable. Merci encore.

Θα είναι ξενοδοχείο μου

Η καθαριότητα. Το φανταστικό κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια. Πραγματικά απόλαυσα ύπνο. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από Vitosha. Πάρα πολύ καλό το εστιατόριο. Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό.

Θέλει επειγόντως να δει το θέμα ειδών ατομικης υγιεινής. 2 πράγματα. Σαμπουαν και αφρόλουτρο. Πρέπει να εφοδιαστεί με καλής ποιότητας και όχι το υφιστάμενο.

Perfect location for a short city break.

Wonderful location for a trip to the centre of Sofia, just off Vitosha Boulevard which has many bars, restaurants, and shops. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices. The room was well-appointed and the maid service was prompt and efficient.

The WiFi in our room was not very good, which is unfortunate as we booked this hotel because we had read many reviews praising the internet provision. We were at the far end of a corridor and I think we must have been too far from the modem/server.

Sofia grande scoperta

Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, stanza molto pulita come non capita spesso, molto ampia e piena di appoggi. Ma il punto forte è stata la presenza nei primi due giorni e il giorno della partenza di Velislava, una ragazza sorridente, accogliente, che ci ha aiutati per prenotare un tour e organizzare il transfer. Tantissimi complimenti a lei.

Purtroppo l'acqua della doccia non scendeva bene, probabilmente è da sturare. La colazione sebbene sia ben fornita, pecca per le bevande calde che vanno fatte da una macchinetta, e per lo meno il cappuccino, era pessimo.

Great place to stay - recommended!

The room was impeccably clean and cozy, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Parking is difficult in the area, but this is valid for all the city centre.

The staff was lovely, the room was big and clean, the location was fantastic. The wine garden downstairs was lovely, it had live music when I was there.

The decor isn't particularly creative or fancy. The common areas are small and not amazing.

Hotel Niky in Sofia

Very clean and welcoming, Breakfast was plentiful and quite a variety. The room was a mini suite on the first floor. Had plenty of hot water and heaters in every room with worked well. The mini fridge was well stocked . The hotel is just off walking street with lots of bars and restaurants near-by although you can also eat at the hotel too.There was Lifts to every floor which worked .

Having to leave to say goodbye as they had taken care of us so well . Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay there again .

Exceptional

The hotel is ideally located beside great shops, restaurants and close to the starting point of the “Free Walking tour of Sofia” which is a “must do”. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Taxi to the airport was only €10. breakfast was lovely and the Wine Bar is worth a visit. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again!👍
