hotel maravilhoso. ducha ótima, quarto e colchão confortáveis, produtos da Phytoervas maravilhosos. Café da manhã excepcional com opções sem gluten e lactose e funcionários super simpáticos. eu estava com meus clientes do exterior e os funcionários se comunicaram super bem com eles

Bon séjour au Novotel

Très bien situé dans un quartier assez bourgeois proche de l'avenue Paulista et du parc Ibiripuera. La chambre est très spacieuse et possède plusieurs atouts : prise près du lit, clim, frigo, savon etc. Très bon petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de choix, sucré ou salé selon les goûts.

Très déçue de la piscine sur le toit. Il n'y a pas la mer à São Paulo et j'ai choisi cet hôtel en pensant pouvoir me relaxer en fin de journée dans l'eau. La piscine n'a aucune profondeur, c'est plus une pataugeoire, l'eau arrive seulement au dessus des genoux, dommage. Deuxième point noir, je n'ai personnellement pas apprécié la literie, le matelas est beaucoup trop mou à mon goût, j'ai eu mal au dos pendant tout mon séjour.

Esperava um padrão Novotel muito melhor!!!

A localização é ótima. O café da manhã deixa a desejar!!!

O Quarto apresentava carpet muito usado e as cortinas estavam em péssimo estado de conservação. As paredes do box do banheiro estavam engorduradas.

Great location but very dirty. Only recommend for a very short stay.

Bed was great, location couldn't be better and staff is very nice.

it's terribly kept. Dirt everywhere. We got cleaning service once in a 4 days stay and I can't call changing towels and making the bed cleaning. The carpet is filfy.

Location, Breakfast & the price!

The hotel needs a refurb although my room was refurbished the rest of the hotel looks tired. Also there was construction work noise which was annoying!

The organising and cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was also super helpful and friendly. The beds were amazingly comfy. The location was awesome.

The staff at the reception desk upon arriving wasn't friendly. And we got charged for a dog fee but never even received the pet kit they were supposed to give us

Location was great and the breakfast was delicious.

Both the gym and swimming pool were closed. I chose this hotel specifically for that. We were not warned before hand.
