Perfetto per 2/3 giorni in Iasi

Colazione top, vista dalla nostra camera al 7 piano, cena al 13 piano e area spa molto buone

Enugh but not good

Pozitionarea hotelului in oras si faptul ca as fi putut sa merg la centurul spa detinut de hotel daca as fi renuntat la a vizita orasul. Mentionez ca nu am incercat centrul spa

Aerul conditionat din camera foarte galagios si pozitionat pe podea. Nu stiu daca era strict aer conditionat acel aparat. Lips facilitatilor mentionate in booking, nu consider ca un fierbator ar fi aparat pentru facut cafea, iubesc cafeaua si imi displace nesul. Masa si aparatul de calcat ar fi trebuit solicitate daca le doream. Izolarea fonica a camerei este inexistenta, in toate serile mi-am pus o melodie inainte de a ma culca pentru a fi distras de vocile pe care le auzeam din alte camere. Iluminarea camerei era deranjant de putina, era sificienta pentru un cadru romantic, dar nu suficienta pentru o zi obisnuita. Usa de la baie se inchidea greu, lipa sapuniera sau suport pentru a depozita periuta de dinti. Agatatorile pentru prosop dispuse doar pe usa de la baie si putin incomod pentru a fi folosite. Scurgerea nu era utila pentru toata apa care pica in exteriorul cazi in momentul in care faceam dus. Smart tv-ul nu il putea utiliza daca doream sa folosesc telefonul pentru a pune un film din aplicatia max sau netflix.

Great choice, central, clean, diverse breakfast, cosy.

Best breakfast ever, diverse options for all people: meat eatters, vegetarians, vegans, allergic. Good and tasty breakfast! Clean, central, cosy, friendly personnel, at reception as well as cleaning.

Some clients do not respect the rule to not smoke in the rooms, but this is not hitel’s fault.

מיקום מצויין במרכז העיר.ארוחת בוקר טובה.שווה מאוד לאכול בערב במסעדת המלון בקומה ה 13 ( דורש הזמנה).החדר נקי ודואגים לנקות אותו בצורה טובה.

בלובי של הקומה ישנם ספות ומיטות.היה חשוב לפנות אותם

Отличное месторасположение, красивый вид с окна, супер завтраки с шампанским и фруктами.

Мы снова провели прекрасные выходные в гостинице это был мой день рождение с 5 по 6 января 2024 года! Это уже не первое наше посещение - в прошлом году случайно остановились здесь из-за задержки рейса, но нам так все понравилось, что мы решили вернуться и в этот раз. Номер с видом на площадь просто великолепен! Вечером там особенно красиво. В отеле есть спа с неограниченным доступом к бассейну и сауне. Очень близкое расположение к центру . Питание также было на высшем уровне - на завтрак включались не только стандартные блюда, но и разнообразные фрукты, мед в сотах и даже шампанское! Вежливый персонал. ставим 5 баллов )))!!!!!

Sejur plăcut

Micul dejun a fost neașteptat de bun pentru noi care suntem vegetarieni. Am avut la dispoziție o varietate de legume crude, gătite și murate, o varietate de brânzeturi, ciuperci, iaurturi cu și fără lactoză, prăjiturele foarte bune. Aveau însă și o varietate de preparate din carne, precum și mai multe feluri de omletă. O varietate de sucuri naturale, apă carbogazoasă și plată, diverse sortimente de cafea. De apreciat și faptul că micul dejun se servește în restaurantul de la etajul al 13-lea care oferă o panoramă asupra întregului oraș. De altfel, cu o zi înainte am luat și cina în același restaurant: mâncare proaspătă, gustoasă, bine servită și ospătari amabili.

Ce nu mi s-a părut în regulă este faptul că la centru SPA ți se întinde un tabel unde trebuie să completezi data, numărul camerei și să semnezi. Mi s-a spus că este pentru ”evidență”. N-am nimic împotriva evidențelor lor, dar să și le facă singuri și mă refer la aceea că funcționarul poate să-și noteze el însuși aceste date, fiind de-ajuns să mă întrebe în ce cameră stau.

Fabulos!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Începând cu recepția unde am fost întâmpinați extrem de respectuos și ni s-au oferit toate informațiile necesare (am fost primiți mai repede decât ora stabilită pentru check-in, lucru pentru care suntem foarte recunoscători), continuând cu doamnele cameriste care ne-au îndrumat amabil, cu personalul de la spa și cel de la restaurant. Mii de mulțumiri! Camera a fost foarte curata, cu View frumos asupra orașului. Pat moale, confortabil, cu mai multe perechi de perne. Baia echipata cu toate cele necesare. Micul dejun foarte bogat, personalul era mereu atent sa suplimenteze cu alimente/bauturi unde era necesar, să elibereze mesele pt următorii clienți. Putem spune că a fost cea mai buna cazare pe care am avut-o până acum! Mulțumim, ne-am bucurat din plin de șederea noastră aici!

Great hotel

Everything was at a high level. The room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was perfect.

Literally the only issue was the smell in the room, like someone smoked there in the past.

Outdated rooms need a refresh

Excellent location right in the center of the city. Good breakfast. Nice views from the room. Helpful staff.

The rooms look like they were not maintained in 50 years. Very cramped with old amenities and bathrooms in poor condition (clogged sink and decaying walls). Cracked doors and wall paint as well. Fairly high price compared to the quality of accommodation.

We got an old and used room. The bathroom was full of mold, the chairs were broken... Probably the worst room ever had. No free drinking water at the spa...

Very nice place to spend holidays!

Staff was very friendly. Though hotel was built in 70-th it was renovated and in a good condition. Breakfast was exceptional. Nice pool and Spa

A great weekend

Location, restaurant's, pool, parking.

Furniture is old. You have to validate your parking, or it's not free. We were not told this, so we ended up paying about 20 euro's for 1 day.

Good positioning in city centre but old rooms

I liked the very good position in the city centre and the variety of food at breakfast.

I didn’t like the room because it was old and with dirty walls, also the bathroom looks bad.

Best in Iasi

It is a perfect location, very clean, comfortable, a nice vibe and friendly staff.

This place needs renovation - it is a bit “tired” in some places.
