Absolutely horrific

Awful. Appreciate was a euro semi final but paid 2000 euros for 2 rooms that normally cost 45. Dirty. Hot. No air con. Previous guests underwear left in bathroom. Toilet blocked. Hard to access. Dreadful place

Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Standort war leicht zu finden. Von der Umgebung waren wir nicht beeindruckt.

Der Tisch hatte gebrochene Beine. Die Kissen waren zu groß und die Decken zu warm.

Es war in Ordnung aber nicht noch einmal.

Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch. Frühstück war sehr hübsche gemacht. Man bekommt kein Schlüssel sondern nur ein Code. Super einfach gemacht und man kommen und gehen wann man möchte.

Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig…der Boden klebt und es riecht überall unangenehm. Wir würden uns nicht nochmal für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Für eine Nacht würde ich wieder hinfahren.Einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber für eine Nacht völlig ok. Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die einzige Mitarbeiterin (Frühstück, Reinigung & Service) hat sich alle Mühe gegeben! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, von allem etwas dabei. Es wurde auch direkt gefragt, ob man glutenfreies Frühstück o.ä. benötigt.

An der Hotelgarage befand sich kein Code Schloss o.ä. zum öffnen dieser. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war konnte man da auch nichts klären um diese zu öffnen. Mit einem langen/ großen Van kann man die Garage vermutlich eh nicht nutzen, da die Einfahrt eher eng ist und durch Mülltonnen weiter beengt wurde. Laut Schild Höhe 1,8 m, Breite 2,8m. Die mangelnde Verfügbarkeit der Rezeption fand ich persönlich am schlechtesten.

Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, bis auf das nicht bezogene Bett. Badezimmer war auch soweit sauber.

Blutfleck auf dem Laken bei Anreise, viele Fruchtfliegen am Buffet, selbst im Zuckerstreuer waren fliegen „gefangen“ - appetitlich ist was anderes.. schade

Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten.

Die im Preis inbegriffene abgeschlossene Garage.

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße. Es war sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Für diese Leistung ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt, zu teuer .

Prima, goed gelegen hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding

Locatie prima, kwartiertje lopen naar centrum. Hotel eenvoudig, maar netjes/schoon en prima ontbijt.

Communicatie (vooraf geregeld dat we iets eerder de garage in konden, maar stonden toch voor een gesloten deur).

Die Betten waren Super bequem Zimmer sauber Auch das Frühstücksbuffet für jedermann was dabei (Schwein/ Hähnchen aufschnitt) usw gute Auswahl Kaffeemaschine super 😊

Keine einzige Nacht

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, schon gar nicht als alleinstehende Frau. Fragwürdige Gegend. Ab 14 Uhr unbesetze Rezeption und kein Licht. Zunächst keine Person im hotel anzutreffen, dann ein Mann in zivilkleidung der kaum Deutsch konnte und wohl für die Reinigung zuständig war. Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt, nach der Reinigung war es immer noch unzumutbar. Dreckige fleckige Wände, dreckiger Boden, dreckige Spiegel. Haare im Bad. Keine minibar wie in der Beschreibung. Fragwürdiger Blick aus dem Fenster auf einen Dachvorsprung mit feuerleiter wo theoretisch jeder drauf könne. Beim Versuch über die 2 angegeben Notfallnummern jemanden zu erreichen um Rücksprache zu halten und nach Alternativen zu schauen, wurde ich weg gedrückt und niemand ging ran. Mir war klar unter diesen Umständen als alleinstehende Frau bleibe ich keine Nacht und suche mir ein anderes hotel! Alles sehr ärgerlich und nach wie vor keine Reaktion vom Hotel zu dieser Situation! Absolut unmöglicher Service für einen viel zu teuren Preis.

Preis-Leistung passt

Wasserkocher, mehrere Teebeutel vorhanden. Angenehmes Bad und die Zimmergröße passt. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

1. Keine Parkmöglichkeit 2. Bett extrem weich (zu weich) 3. Tisch etwas zu klein. Arbeit mit PC sehr schwierig.

Overpriced and in need of a massive upgrade

Location good as we were visiting relatives,easy self check in

First night there I requested another pillow, no response from hotel! Lift not working,a kettle on the room but no cups and just a few teabags nothing else, no air con so room was basically a sauna, extremely over priced will def not stay again

Hotel near motorway, a lot of shops around the Hotel. Room is clean, bedding nice and clean. Good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Only one, a bowling next door and it's very busy. But our bedroom windows were to the rear yard so, it was absolutely fine. The garage door is very low, it's not suitable for the car with roof box. 🙂

OK for a one night stay

The room was as advertised, nothing fancy to it. It was clean but very small for 2 adults and a teenager. The hotel is a 15 min walk into the city centre and there are public transport options nearby.

The car park was very tight to get in and out of, but at least there was one which in the end was very handy.

Decent overnight accommodation, with free parking

Very good communication, possibility to enter the property without any other person's help. Good breakfast and nice staff. Free indoor parking!

Generally room is good, as on the pictures. Clean. We stayed on the 4th floor

It was extremly noisy... you hear everything . On the upper floor people were moving the bed whole night.. plus neighbours on our floor was going back and forth all evening. Parking is very narrow ..

Avoid if you are looking for comfort , not a quest with booking.

The hotel is quite centrally located and it is easy to find. The breakfast was surprisingly decent for the quality of service we received.

The instructions regarding checking into the hotel did not arrive via confirmation email. The confirmation email from booking.com contained different passcode unsuitable for opening the door. The staff members did not reply to telephone calls and emails at 10 pm. I managed to retrieve the needed information only when I decided to write a complaint message via the booking app. At that point, I noted the communication from the hotel being sent to me previously. The rooms are small and used by the youngsters who play bowling in the club on the ground floor. There is a tobacco smell in the rooms. Members of staff in the reception do not acknowledge their suboptimal service and are frankly rude and unhelpful.
