Great spot and stay in Valemount

Great location, room was huge and very quiet all night . Golf simulator and water park facilities with dry sauna were a nice touch after a long days journey.

They could do some upkeep, flooring through entrance and the grounds outside need some love.

Nice place to stay

We missed the breakfast, but the staff was lovely as wad the rokm

The guest shampoo didn't smell very good and the bottle was over 1/2 empty and so was very helpful. It was just fine as far as things go otherwise.

Ok but could have been better.

The parking lot has many potholes and broken concrete. There was broken pieces of concrete piled up just sitting in the parking area. The stairwell walls were extremely dusty.

Over all very basic

The location inside the mountains

Used to stay at the hotel when we traveled to Kelowna. Continental breakfast went downhill, coffee bar and quality went down, and the tea selection became the cheapest tea that they could find. Won't book the hotel anymore

It was a beautiful experience and me and my family had a very good experience with you guys.

I liked the pool, water slide, gym, and sauna. The desk manager who was there at around 7 pm was incredibly nice and very friendly.

Fair price, excellent amenities, and nice breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and hard working.

Clean well run property with some very nice amenities. Pool and hot tub were nice, but use of golf simulator was a bonus. Breakfast were the best I have had at any chain hotel, period!

A bit far from Jasper, but the ride affords a beautiful view of Mt. Robson.

Great hotel, nice room but expensive.

I was really pleased that there was a pool and a hot tub available. Breakfast was awesome and the Room was really clean and modern. Its nice and new.

It is expensive compared to this same room in the city. It is nicer than anything else in town but you pay for it.

The comfort INN lives up to it's name at this location.

Every time I come to this location, I am thrilled with the vast selection of breakfast items. For a free continental breakfast, there are enough hot and cold buffet items available to fill you up for the day. The hot items are always cooked perfectly and delicious.

Being a community up in the rocky mountains, the cost for a night stay can be quite costly due to supply and demand.
