Hotel ist schön und gut gelegen

Zimmer, besonders Badezimmer schon sehr abgewohnt. Türstock und Kleiderkasten außen nicht ganz sauber.

Gutes Stadthotel für einen Wien Besuch

Klassisches Renaissance Hotel etwas ausserhalb des inneren Gürtel. Durch die nahe U-Bahn aber optimal angebunden. In dem Bezirk gibt es auch einige gute Restaurants. Also gut geeignet für einen Wien Besuch

Poloha u U bahn. Dobra snídaně.

Neochotný personál recepce, roztrhané ručníky, velké diry v podlaze garáže na několika místech, při snídani všude neuklizené stoly s použitým nádobím, nikdo se neměl moc k úklidu.

I was in a conference, the conference facilitators were good.

It was clean and food was good

The design of the rooms specially the toilet is open within the room gives an unhygienic feeling. Also, I was not offered the room that I booked, it was smaller and a corner room, it was not a standard king size room as other rooms in the same floor.

3 x Zimmer Wechsel, da Fenstergriffe abmontiert Kein Warmwasser zum Duschen morgens Rezeption nur1 Person besetzt und leicht überfordert Wir waren jetzt bestimmt das 4 mal da, immer ist irgendwas und vom Personal kommt immer nur tut uns leid....

All in all, we would recommend the hotel to everyone who would like to visit this city.

We loved the breakfast and the very pleasant staff at the reception. Also, there is everything you might need to buy for your trip in and around the hotel.

The cost of parking in the hotel is IMHO very expensive.

Beautiful hotel but somehow annoying staff behavior on the last day

Overall we liked the hotel , the interior was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the location was great , sauna was very good as well . Everyone would be great but there are disadvantages which reduced my ranking I listed below

Firstly - a transparent glass wall in the bathroom, especially when traveling with your family and taking twin beds room -the see through wall was totally unnecessary and uncomfortable. Secondly- the floor was not mopped while cleaning and tea coffee were not replaced at all even when we left some tips . Also we were disappointed when on our last night we came back to hotel earlier to enjoy sauna (which according to the reception worked till 22:00) and it was already closed at 20:30. And the last thing which was the most annoying part it’s on our check out day, when different hotel employees knocked our door 5 times from 9 am when we had do not disturb sign and check out was at 11! One lady didn’t even knock and just walked in the room! I don’t understand, is it a plan of hurrying up the guests to check out earlier or what? It shouldn’t be happening at all , especially with do not disturb sign .

اول واخره مره اسكن هالفندق لا يستحق النجوم ،

الموقع فقط قريب من السنتر بالسيارة 10 دقائق

عدم النظافه وغرفتي كانت النافذه تسرب مياه وابلغتهم لمدة 3 ايام ولم يفعلوا شي والخدمه سيئه وبعد تسريب المياه اصبحت راحت الغرفه كريهه

Most horrible experience ever in 27 years and having travelled in 24 countries !

After 17 hours of flight I reached hotel by about 1pm. They made me wait at the reception for 4 hours before I was checked in. And worse is yet to come after 4 hours, I was given a room which was in total mess, was not cleaned from the previous guest (attached pics). The staff was rude, and uncooperative. Even a 2 star hotel works much better. !!! Coming to this "5 star hotel" is an ordeal I will never forget in my life. I only regret booking at Rennaissance!

Der Eingangsbereich und die Bar sind sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Finde den Preis für ein Frühstück € 30,— äußerst hoch und bin auch nicht bereit diesen zu bezahlen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Tür zum daneben liegenden Zimmer. Diese Tür hatte keine Lärmschutzdämmung, daher Lärmbelästigung.

Gute Adresse für einen Städtetrip

Sehr gut angebunden und in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, großes und komfortables Zimmer; wichtig nach Zimmer im Innenhof fragen, da das Hotel an einer Seite an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt.

Zimmer wurde erst am Nachmittag aufgeräumt, Fenster waren nicht geputzt

einmal und nie wieder.

Die Zimmerausstattungen und die Betten waren bequem. & Zumindest ein Rezeptionist war gut drauf.

das Personal ist leider sehr unfreundlich, nicht zuvorkommend oder gar kundenorientiert. Dieser Kurzaufenthalt war definitiv durch das Verhalten und der „Willkommensgeste“ nicht angenehm. Wirklich sehr schade. Parkgebühr für die Lage auch etwas teuer.

Nice hotel, service could have been better

The hotel was relatively quiet and close to Schonbrunn Palace. The room was clean.

The check-in took a while, and no apology was given for us having to wait so long. There was no information given about options for breakfast or the fact that one room was upgraded but not the other. The room was too warm, and it wasn't possible to change to a cooler setting as the heating was all centralised. The location was quite far from the city centre.

Im Großen und Ganzen schönes Hotel, aber setzt mehr auf Maße als Klasse

Schönes, modernes und geschmackvolles Hotel

Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging nicht. Leeres Shampoo von anderen Gästen in der Dusche gefunden, Fön defekt, Getränke trotz Bitte nicht aufgefüllt.

Nice modern room with very comfortable beds and chairs. The location was very handy at it was next to the metro station.

The room was very clean when we arrived but the cleaning was not very thorough during our stay. The safe was not working.

Eigentlich ein super Hotel....

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut an die U-Bahn angebunden und so ist alles in Wien einfach und gut zu erreichen. Auch waren im Fitnessbereich alle Geräte wieder in Ordnung.

Der Empfang war sehr unprofessionell, kein "Hallo - schön dass sie da sind" sondern "sie haben ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht und noch nicht gezahlt" - letzteres war ein Systemfehler und was weiß ich was ich für ein Zimmer gebucht habe. Ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten - war am günstigsten. Dann waren die Leuchtmittel der Zimmerbeleuchtung kaputt wurde aber am nächsten Tag repariert, und die Waschlotionspender waren leer. Wurden nicht gefüllt. Für ein Hotel welches mit 4 Sternen wirbt nicht ok.
