Akzeptable, Preis Leistung passt

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es ließ keine Wünsche offen, es fehlten „vegane“ Variationen.

Das warme Wasser in der Dusche ließ lange auf sich warten ( ca. 10 Minuten )

Nette Unterkunft mit kühlem Pool, aber heißer Sauna 😉👍

Ich habe 1 Einzelzimmer gebucht und sogar ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Upgrade! Es standen Getränke bereit. Sehr leckerer Tee, Dankeschön! Es war sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut. Es war alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hatte geschneit, alles war romantisch und der Parkplatz war super freigeräumt. Nettes Personal.

Um 7 Uhr wollte ich vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen und in die Sauna, das hatte ich auch am Abend zuvor ausgemacht.(weil ich zu spät angekommen bin konnte ich abends 20 Uhr weder Pool noch Sauna benutzen) Es war abgeschlossen. Um 7:15 habe ich bei der Küche, wo auch überall zu war versucht auf mich aufmerksam zu machen. Mit Erfolg konnte ich um 7:25 im unbeheizten kalten Pool schwimmen. Ich hatte kein Problem damit, aber alle anderen Gäste.Die Sauna hab ich mir dann auch selbst eingeschaltet zum Aufwärmen und entspannen. Das wurde auch vergessen. Hab aber alles lösen können.

War ok.. keine 4 Sterne Wert. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Der Preis passt zur Lage. Strand ist ist ca 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Und das Personal total unkompliziert.

Das Frühstück war leider sehr einfach und lieblos. Kein Obst und Gemüse. Pappige Aufbackbrötchen und dreckiges Geschirr. Der Pool war kalt und Saunabereich hat sehr nach Chemikalien gerochen. Konnten wir also auch nicht nutzen.

Insgesamt eine schöne Auszeit als Familie !

Sehr leckeres Essen , sehr netter Kellner ( obwohl er nur als Aushilfe gearbeitet hat.

Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (Dusche) und Kaffeemaschine. Innenpool war ziemlich kalt, so dass wir auf die Ostseetherme ausweichen mussten.

Food was good, staff can definitely improve their service and “wellness” offerings were very poor

Food was very good, beds were comfy and room had a lot of sun light

The “heated” pool was freezing cool (apparently it’s supposed to be 20 degrees which still wouldn’t be very warm); staff didn’t make us feel welcome, more like a burden

It was ok.

The gentleman that served us during dinner was awesome!

The carpets in our Bedroom was extremely dirty! A propper carpet cleaning is urgently needed. Unfortunately the central heating was defect on our first night there and it was very cold in the room.

Very good

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Staff is very friendly. Renovation/modernisation on the first floor was going on during stay (April 2021), so rooms are expected to be even better. Special thanks for the power sockets from each side of the bed.

The double bed was actually two single beds next to each other with old and uncomfortable matresses.

Exceptional

Good breakfast. Comfortable location. Clean. Quiet. Private car and bike parking. Nice restaurant. Supermarket nearby. Do not worry about air-condition on the top floor. If you open windows in opposite ends of the apartment you will have fresh breeze trough all rooms :)

Well presented hotel with a good restaurant for breakfast and evening dinner - the Italian waiter was a good guy.
