Добрый день всем. Для тех кто знает и понимает все тонкости размещения и «законы» Сермионе, ))) то всё просто замечательно, даже не думайте. Отель очень чистый, обновлённый, молодой персонал, все очень вежливые. Прекрасные завтраки и великолепные ужины!, лучшие я считаю на полуострове. В номерах всё свежее и чистое, просторные номера, у нас был номер с большим балконом/патио. На территории оч классный не подогреваемый бассейн, есть и теплый бассейн внутри, но нужно записываться/ платно. Очень тихое и прекрасное место. Рекомендую, если хотите быть в дали от шумного центра, кстати до которого отсюда, всего-то 5-6 минут. Рядом в 3-х минутах находится Аквария (лечебные воды Сермионе- комплекс бассейнов).

Немного суховат персонал на ресепшн. Но это дело случая я думаю. Но за-то дело своё знают на 100%! Спасибо тем кто помогал. 👍

Eine Oase der Ruhe, mit aufmerksamem Service und einem gehobenen Standard.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün und Liebe zum Garten. Parken im Freien auf dem Grundstück oder im abgeschlossnen, bedachten Bereich (gegen Gebühr) möglich. Frühstück ausreichend und stets gefüllt, Rührei oder Spiegelei sowie frischer Obstsalat im Preis inbegriffen. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Klimaanlage einwandfrei. Lage ist traumhaft, ausserhalb der von Touristen bevölkerten Altstadt mit schnellem Zugang zum See ohne Touristenmengen. Schön auch, für eine Runde Baden mit dem Hund. Sehr tierfreundliches Hotel, Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Vor Ort gibt es ein paar sehr gepflegte und unaufdringliche Katzen auf dem Gelände und ein Schildkröten-Bassin. Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter, Handtücher täglich frisch, Outdoor-Pool beheizt. Dazu ein (kostenpflichtiges) Thermalbecken im SPA-Bereich. Schönes Pool-Restaurant mit Service auch an der Sonnen-Liege. Ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Für die Anfahrt empfiehlt es sich, dem Hotel zwei Tage vorher das PKW-Kennzeichen mitzuteilen, damit man eine Einfahrtsberechtigung für die Altstadt erhält. Die Durchfahrt durch die engen Gassen beträgt ca. 500 Meter, die aber machbar sind. Es empfiehlt sich, vor 10 Uhr anzureisen, oder einfach die Ruhe zu bewahren. Ich empfehle ein Zimmer mit Seeblick (alle mit Balkon) zu wählen. Die Aussicht auf See und Pool ist den Mehrpreis wert.

Ich hätte mir einen Kosmetik-Vergrößerungsspiegel auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Keine Einzelzimmer verfügbar. Eine Person muss den Preis eines Doppelzimmers bezahlen.

Acqua non termale di sirmione (informazione consorzio terme sirmione) e spa non compresa nel prezzo, contingentata causa

la struttura non ha risposto a ben tre messaggi inviati con Booking; all’arrivo scopriamo che la spa non è compresa ma se prenotavamo direttamente senza Booking lo era…scopriamo poi in seguito con sorpresa che l’acqua non è termale! chiesto per mail al consorzio terme di sirmione (ho le mail); essendo andato per i benefici delle acque termali e sentendomi preso in giro chiedo il rimborso della quota piscine pagata extra è un simbolico di 100 euro..puntualmente rifiutato..ora tramite Booking andrò avanti nella mia richiesta e mi preserverò di informarmi presso associazione dei consumatori o un legale se ci sono gli estremi per un rimborso totale e per ulteriori rivalse; nota bene…i cartelli stradali dell’hotel a sirmione sono stati oscurati della parte “terme” quindi qualche cosa già c’era nell’aria.. la piscina e ancora contingentata per il covid e siamo a novembre 2022 la gente non ha nemmeno le mascherine..ovviamente a prenotazione per tre sole ore..la fascia oraria non è a scelta ma bisogna vedere cosa c’è di libero… il fondo della piscina interna e scollato, credo sia linoleum, il corrimano c’è scritto un cartello non toccare e in superficie era sporchissima, tanto da dover uscire schifato, la piscina esterna niente da dire a parte pezzi di mosaico del rivestimento sul fondo e ogni tanto si pestavano con i piedi..molto piccola.. la camera era piena di polvere, i muri tutti sporchi, fili scoperti nella consolle anni 80 del comodino, l’anta della porta scorrevole era chiaramente sporca.. ovviamente tutto è corredato da foto..

Eine Perle am Gardasee

Der Aufenthalt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Perfektes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage mitten im Grünen, nur 5 Gehminuten von der trubeligen Altstadt Sirmiones entfernt. Gesamte Anlage mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr ein so freundliches und bemühtes Hotel-Team erlebt. Das Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt (Sekt, verschiedene Säfte und Eierspeisen inklusive), die Qualität alle abgebliebenen Produkte ist spitze. Am Sonntagmorgen sogar musikalische Begleitung durch Live-Piano. Das Hotelrestaurant ist auch für ein Abendessen zu empfehlen! Rundum ein Aufenthalt auf 5 Sterne-Niveau.

Für uns kein Problem, für starke Allergiker jedoch nicht irrelevant: Auf dem gesamten Gelände (auch am Pool) gibt es zahlreiche Katzen. Diese zeigen jedoch wenig Interesse an den Menschen und waren nie aufdringlich oder haben gebettelt.

La difficulté pour arriver à l hôtel en voiture il faut traverser les rues étroites et piétonnes de la ville en pleine après-midi. Un peu stressant car beaucoup de monde

Sirmione in angenehmer Atmosphäre

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage nahe Zentrum Siurmione. Schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Wir hatten ein Premium- Zimmer im Maisonette - Stil mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Zimmer, Bad , Schränke waren ausreichend geräumig und modern ( bodenebene Dusche, großer Schrank ). Frühstücksbuffet war gut- bis auf Zusatzkosten, die in anderen Hotels inkludiert waren.

Als völlig unangemessen fine ich den Zusatzpreis von 8€ für eine 0,4 Ltr. Karaffe Orangensaft zum Frühstück ( wenn auch frisch gepresst ) - da hätte eine Saftauswahl ( ohne Zusatzberechnung ) am Buffet besser gepasst. Auch ein Omlett für 10€ Zusatzkosten ( Rührei und Spiegelei waren inkludiert ) halte ich für unangemessen.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from. I loved the restaurant, crisp white linen, silver cutlery, everything was of a classic and beautiful standard. The gardens and outdoor space are very pretty and well maintained with a wonderful selection of plants. Spending time around the pool was very peaceful and relaxing. The spa and the facilities are outstanding. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional and their multi lingual skills were much appreciated and admired.

The bed pillows were too hard for my liking.

Evening meal did not cater for vegetarians. My husband had to live on soup and cheese board.

Hotel is great location. Walking easy to restaurants and ferry. Staff were lovely. Breakfast really nice. Pool bar really good. Loved the pool

We paid more on booking.com than the hotel rate we could have paid which was disappointing. Other than that would return here.

We had a lovely stay in the very lovely Hotel Olivi in the beautiful town of Sirmione on Lake Garda

This pet friendly hotel is set in a lovely quiet location yet still only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the village and busy harbour. The room were cleaned daily. The self-service breakfast was very good and the food offerings were excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. The staff on the front desk were always very helpful and gave great advice regards trains, taxis etc. The harbour has a great choice of boat trips and ferries to other towns along the lake. We took a ferry to the town of Garda for an afternoon.....lovely to spend time seeing another part of the region. We also hired our own boat for a full day....we travelled up the lake as far as possible, it was a fantastic way to really see the vastness of the lake and we pulled into a few of the little harbours along the way. We also did a day trip to Verona which is about an hour away. We went another day to Venice which was a 1.5 hour journey from the Desenzano train station by fast train.

I'd like to see the use of the spa facilities included in the overall price of the stay. We did use the spa one day and also had treatments which were very nice. The pillows in the bedrooms were quite hard but maybe thats just a personal choice....the very nice lady who looked after our room immediately gave me a memory foam pillow which was an improvement. Only news channels available in English on the TV.....need more choice for english speaking guests.

amazing experience

everything was just amazing. the location is spectacular- nice and secluded from the masses of tourists, but at the same time in the very heart of Sirmione. facilities are very nice, rooms large enough, nice bathroom, good AC in the room, it has parking, spa (did not use it, because weather outside was too hot for a spa), cozy outdoor pool. I’d say that the facilities are much better and cozier than the impression provided by the pictures. breakfast is awesome, everyone very nice, good variety. our special thanks go to Alan from the reception- he helped us to arrange our car being towed away and looked at by a mechanic, as it broke down upon entering Sirmione. he helped us to communicate with Italians and find solutions. also provided great advice on restaurants and what to visit and see. thank you so much for this very pleasant stay and taking care of us!

probably the only thing that could be improved is the food quality at the pool restaurant.
