Wouldn’t go back, I’ve tried to find the contact for complaints but haven’t recieved a response

The noise in the morning was awful and you could hear the metro running under the hotel. The cleaners were very loud and inconsiderate in the morning when clean other rooms, like they were trying to wake you ready to clean the rooms

Todo estaba muy bien, el desayuno riquisimo

Que me movieron de hotel, de Catalonia centre a Catalonia examble y no me llamaron por teléfono a comunicármelo, me mandaron un mensaje a través de la app que con las.prisas del trabajo no leí bien, y me plante en el que habia reservado. Una vez allí si que ellos me organizaron el Transfer al otro hotel y todo muy comodo

Que ofrecen habitaciones triples pero en realidad la tercer cama es un pequeño sofá que se abre. Cuando consulte me informaron que todas las habitaciones triples eran iguales, que no cuentan con 3 camas ya sea individuales o una matrimonial y una cama tal como lo ofrecen en Booking

Lovely second stay at this place

My second stay at this hotel. The first time we stayed in 2022 and in the old part (non-renovated). Back then it was okay but felt dated and you could hear the subway which runs underneath the hotel. This time we stayed in the renovated part of the hotel and the experience was much more enjoyable. Rooms were new, fresh look to them, clean and wonderful to come back to after a long day out.

The only downside of the room was that it overlooked what seemed to be a backyard in which noisy/drunk youngsters would gather at night and scream, sing, etc. One of the nights we could hear them a bit through closed windows. If you’re a light sleeper definitely bring earplugs.

L’emplacement était très bien.

L’accueil, le service, la disponibilité des perpétuités: shampoing, gel douche et après shampooing ( les flacons étaient vides), ils offrent 1 seule et unique bouteille d’eau même si vous passez 7 jours!!! Aucun prepayement n’était mentionné sur ma réservation, cependant avant mon arrivée, le paiement était déjà fait, prélevé sur ma carte. Alors que je devais payer sur place à mon arrivée. La réceptionniste m’a exigé un paiement de loin de 1000 eur en espèces en cédant appliqué selon elle une réglementation propre au manager de l’hôtel !!!! Du jamais vu, étant non européenne, j’avais le droit de payer en espérant tel que je le fais habituellement dans toute l’Europe.

Top Hotel in einer ausgezeichneten Lage

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Reichliches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist top. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich eine Metrostation, was es einfach macht, schnell und kostengünstig in der ganzen Stadt unterwegs zu sein. Alles in allem eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Barcelona, genau das Richtige!

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders der Portier. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Die Tiefgarage, die zum Hotel gehört, ist sehr praktisch.

Personal todos son muy atentos y muy amables !!!!!

Lá habitación un poco antigua , las puertas una del pasillo y la otra puerta del baño hacía mucho ruido , la ducha el agua salía muy flaquita y el baño muy antiguo también , las amuadas que teníamos en nuestra cama eran muy altas y muy incomodas , la piscina muy muy pequeña . Estaría bien esa habitación (família premium)que hemos corrido para pocos días como 3/4 y no para 10 como fue nuestro caso .

Great location but the plumbing should be fixed.

Location was great, close to all transit. Room was clean & just as in the pictures on the website. If you can get the breakfast included in your price I would recommend. The pool is small but we rarely saw anyone using it so it’s a nice place to sit outside.

We had room 205 which looks like it had prior issues with leaking from the ceiling outside the bathroom but has been repaired a few times. We came back one afternoon to water all over the floor. The staff promptly came and cleaned the water and went up into the ceiling space to wipe up the water. They said it was condensation from the air conditioner. If we wanted to move rooms we could do so before noon we were told at 8 a.m. the following day. Unfortunately we could not move all of our things before noon as we had a tour booked. And we were leaving in 2 days.

swimming pool is not a swmiing one, except for kids maybe. it's basically a pond. the sapce arond is not that big, and smoking is allowed, so if you're a non-smoker.... difficult to appreciate the spot

Super clean! The lobby smelled soooo nice! The room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking Spanish balcony buildings. In an excellent location, next to a metro stop. The pool is small but my 6 year old son was so happy he could stand and cross the pool by himself, was nice to cool off. Staff was friendly, helped us find an amazing Italian restaurant close to the hotel, helped us with luggage and were very friendly. Enjoyed this hotel, modern, very clean, comfortable bed. They even surprised us with a fruit platter and candies for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our family room had a window that opened into closed space, so there was no fresh air in our room. The pool is really small, not appropriate for an adult person- it is as big as an average jakuzzi.

Amazing room, city view balcony, clean, modern, friendly and everything we needed to enjoy Barcelona

Corridors and rooms around ours smelled of smoke. Travelling with kids we found this disappointing especially as all the spaces specified non smoking.

It was what it said it was, but was a little overpriced for what it was.

It was largely what it said you’d get. The rooms and bathrooms were to the standard of the photos and the staff were mostly lovely and willing to accommodate. The breakfast was a good enough quality of continental, nothing special.

The pool is advertised to be rooftop, but it’s on floor 2 and surrounded by buildings. Equivocal with the truth to say the least. Additionally they said there was pool service and then said, they didn’t have the ability to serve us by the pool.
