Excelente lugar en Santiago de Compostela!

Personal súper servicial. El desayuno muy rico y los cuartos demasiado amplios y cómodos. Nos encantó. Nos dejaron unos kits de aseo para nuestros bebés, un detalle que ya marca la diferencia!

hotel is goed gelegen - dichtbij de stad en toch in een zeer groene omgeving ( park)

zeer goed ontbijt met gedeeltelijke bediening voor extra's (bvb omelet, enz) ligging - op 15 min wandelen van het centrum en de kathedraal prettig advies van de receptie ivm restaurants in de stad

Está bien ubicado a un paseo de 10 minutos de la catedral

Excellent room, spacious and good spa

Spacious, stylish, very comfortable and good service, the cleaning was very good. The room was very good nd the shower and bathroom were excellent. The cleaners were great at tidying the room. We only used the pool once, but it was great to be able to swim inside AND outside was especially refreshing. The sauna was lovely.

Coffee machine didn't work the first night and was replaced the next day. The staff were helpful, but we like to have coffee available all the time.

Fantastic hotel in great location

Great location with underground parking if required - kept our motorbike cool! 10 min walk into the city through the park - good sized rooms, great breakfast, good bar with plenty of choice

Todo perfecto.

Me alojo desde hace tiempo en este hotel. Andando no está lejos del centro. Habitaciones amplias, confortables, modernas. El colchón es muy cómodo. La piscina cierra a las 22:00 horas. Tiene exterior e interior climatizada. El wifi funciona bien. Para comer o cenar algo en cafetería hay varias opciones y están muy bien. El personal es muy amable y muy profesional. Aparcamiento gratuito exterior.

Nada en especial. Quizá más variedad en la carta del restaurante.

Pienso que el hotel no merece la 5a estrella, la cual cosa no quiere decir que no sea un buen hotel.

Fim de semana revigorante

Localização: sitio tranquilo e muito perto do centro histórico; camas confortáveis; atendimento simpatico e eficiente; Pequeno almoço bom.

Fazia frio no lobbie/bar do hotel, penso que devem tentar melhor isso. Roupão e chinelos não estão no quarto, é preciso pedir na receção.

Hôtel totalement climatisé pas d ouvertures de fenêtres ! Pas de possibilité d aération / pas très agréable voir gênant. personnel à l accueil très moyen trop impersonnel

La climatisation et pas d aération naturelle - trop éloigné du centre cote à monter « x « fois par jours pour accéder au centre quand on a marché dans la ville cela fini par faire beaucoup

Perfecta ubicación para un gran hotel

Muy bien el desayuno, resaltar el excelente servicio del mismo por parte de los camareros/as que nos asesoraron y estuvieron siempre pendientes de todo, incluso de acompañarlos a la mesa y recomendarnos algunos productos. Francamente muy contentos con el servicio

Sólo me gustaría trasladar una sugerencia: la opción de poder dejar las maletas hasta la salida del vuelo para evitar tener que andar todo el día -nuestro vuelo era a las 10 de la noche- con las maletas por Santiago.

Arrives vers 14h,nous avons déjeuné au restaurant qui était très peu chauffé . Nous avons été obligés de manger emmitouflés dans nos manteaux😢

How well kept the hotel was, the friendliness of the staff and the fact that you could walk to the Historic Santiago in ~ 10 minutes.

Parking lines outside the hotel, they are painted too close to each other, if cars attempt to park in between the lines then there is no space to open the doors, so many end up taking more than one space, a bit chaotic.

Quality Hotel in a great location.

Lovely large room, very comfortable bed. Location was great for walking into the old town in 15 minutes. Did not eat here but had a lovely whisky in the bar.

The spa was ok, only a small pool and steam room/sauna. Would have liked a jacuzzi bath if possible!

Nice breakfast. Room fine, but bathroom especially nice. Bathroom split in two so toilet and bath is separate to the doublebsink, which is a clever design.

Pool area ok but doesn't seem used much. And sauna didn't work, steam room underwhelming.

Comfortable and enjoyable. Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Location was good. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lounge area in the junior suite was a good space. Opportunities for public car parking outside the hotel at no cost.

Helpful staff, close to the main square, 15 minutes walk.

Strange for such a big hotel but the side light by the bed didn't work, empty handwash container in the bathroom, wardrobe door off the hinges so didn't close, under the bench in the bathroom dusty. Other small irritants
