Amazing staff and beautiful villas and pools.

Excellent service, location and facilities.

Bed didn’t have a bed head but still comfortable. The outdoor furniture wasn’t very comfortable

some facilities were outdated, but our overall stay was still great!

we loved how the villas were laid out, very nice! we liked the pool. my dad, who is a pwd, approves it! we hope the was cleaned everyday though.

the bed divan made it hard for my dad, who is a pwd. but we still had a great sleep! also, maybe they can offer other breakfast options. we stayed there for 3 days and the food is the same everyday.

perfect family villa for fun and relaxation

great layout with everyone having their own room and ensuite. living area big enough for our large group and plenty of chairs around the enormous dining table. peaceful and clean and good facilities close by. fabulous staff and breakfasts

could have been a little more equipment in the kitchen but didn’t spoil our enjoyment

Great location, quiet street with a circle K right across the road. Staff were amazing and attentive.

Although rooms are a little dated they were still amazing!

still recovering from COVID. rooms are tired and outdoor living and kitchen is hot, furniture is uncomfortable so not good for relaxing on, for example no mattress on pool lounges. facilities in villas are basic

Waste of money

Was not a lot of choices for breakfast but french toast was ok. They come to the villa to make breakfast. The location was ok.

Really old villas to stay, way to expensive for Bali! We found cockroaches under the bed on the first Morning. They came with a spray every day. Some people next door gave a party with loud music during the day. Everything is really old! If it is raining (expecially raining season) the whole Floor in the villa is wet so you have to be careful! The bathrooms are also very old and the shower is working not good. The WiFi is terrible, we had to work here, not possible! They tried to fix the WiFi for 3 days and is not working. "Sorry"

Loved it!

I loved the space of the villa, large rooms and en-suite in each room. Great friendly staff. Always helped with all my requests. Great location, close to shops, mini marts and cafes.

We stayed as a family and it was the perfect place...we all had a great time...the staff making every effort to make our holiday enjoyable..

We were troubled by the tiles around the pool becoming slippery when wet..

fantastic! highly recommend but do expect to be around nature. not suitable for anyone who isn’t fond / has a fear o

it was better than expected and exceeded the photos on booking.com. the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

there were quite a few bugs in the room due to open bathroom but nothing would stop me from going back as the rooms are cleaned daily and sprayed in the evening.

Horrible, money driven, no customer service

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is ruthless and despite numerous explanations not having the ability to travel to Bali, there was 0 flexibility to even change the dates. For a hotel this price there should be some leniency and focus on customer service

Very good

Amazing staff and location. Huge pool. Great size rooms.

Fairly outdated shower and toilet, but otherwise good. Would suggest changing the sliding doors to the bedroom for proper closing doors as the gaps are so big between the doors that all sorts of frogs and lizards etc came into the room which I was scared of.

Everyone Smiles

From the time we stepped out of our car and greeted by the Staff were so welcoming. Nothing was a bother Dewa our Butler gave us a wonderful tour and explained everything to us. The Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

We had a wonderful time at Bvilla Spa. Our Villa was perfect for us 2. The ability to go for a swim

Breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety and everyone who cooked for us was always happy and they were a delight to see each morning.

would highly recommend 5 minute walk to the Main Street and meet exactly what we needed :)

really good location, friendly staff and an enjoyable stay.

the wifi was very slow and there also wasn’t a huge amount of furniture to lie on by the pool

We have stayed many times , love the pool and the staff. Room service was a little better this time thankyou.

It is getting run down and they need to spend some money on maintenance and new furniture, the couch is old and uncomfortable. The blinds are terrible and don’t fit some of the windows

Did not want to check out!!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed having our breakfast cooked in our villa each morning. The location was perfect just a quick few minutes drive to all of Seminyak eats! The villa was also very safe. We were very sad to leave and will definitely return to stay here next time we come to Bali.

Nothing we didn’t like but the villa is a little run down but we had no issues.
