A fantastic hotel in an amazing resort.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Spa area was so nice and relaxing after a hard day skiing. Great selection of food for breakfast, and afternoon tea, will be back.

Our room was opposite the bar with live music & a nightclub, could hear people leaving, was too loud to have windows open. Take earplugs and keep the windows closed and you'll be fine, or go to the club and join in. Would love to have a kettle in the room to make a cuppa in the morning.

Amazing - would stay again

The Spa is amazing - especially the sky pool. It's a shame all the main sauna areas are naked only, but I guess that's just a cultural thing. Breakfast is very good - extensive variety

The single rooms are quite dated, but to be fair this is reflected in the price which was very reasonable. Beds were very comfy. Rooms are quite hot and you need to leave the windows wide open to cool them at times - even with the heating off.

It’s my 2nd time and I’m already looking forward to my 3rd! It is spotlessly clean, staff could not be more friendly and helpful, food is excellent, spa facilities just what one needs after a days skiing. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel and staff.

Breakfast was very good. Waiting staff were excellent! The staff in the Hotel Schwarzer Adler are very welcoming and professional. I would particularly like to mention Zoran who was very helpful in organizing ski school, ski passes etc. I would also like to thank Anna for all her assistance and problem solving skills. It is a great hotel and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Didn't enjoy half board dinner. Did not feel it was value for money.

A wonderful trip in a beautiful hotel!

The food was great, and the rooms were better than expected.

Service at dinner could have been a little bit better. Additionally, the outdoor pool was a bit too cold and wasn't regulated to outside temperature - should be a little warmer if it's cold outside.

no coffee or tea making facilities in the room ! there was no fridge also but we could put bottled water on our balcony!

It is a great hotel, with an amazing spa. The outdoor pool is just perfect for a quick swim after a long day of hiking.

excellent very personal service delicious elaborated gourmet restaurant fantastic staff - the people working there are super nice to the customers, making you feel very very welcome superb spa - loads of different options of saunas and steam rooms top massages

the moment we were there there were looooooooooods of families with very small babies. Nothing against babies and they cry and scream of course, but would be amazing having them all in one space (and definitely not in the relaxing spa zone) so you don't have to hear a constant baby cry from early breakfast to late dinner.

Agreeable stay in apparently low season atmosphere

This is a very convenient hotel if you need a Parking as the main street is pedestrian and the location is right at the entrance of this alley. Breakfast is amazing with all the possible choices of bread and cold cuts, eggs on demand and amiable Staff.

When full house it might becoMe a bit crowdy.

Exceptional

The staff was the best, great people working!! They were really welcoming. The waiters in the restaurant were super friendly and cordial. Always with good vibes and predisposition, both waiters who attended us: Simone and Nikolas and the receptionist (I don't remember his name, he is from Cuba and he was also very loving and warm person). For sure we will come again next year! Celina and Pedro from Argentina living in Amsterdam
