Feeling Home

This is my second time at Petit Hôtel, it is my pleasure to stay at this hotel, it is clean, nice, cozy, very special interior design, delicious food, great location, great services,lovely and friendly staff. Wonderful hotel for romantic getaway

This is the most wonderful little hotel. Everything was wonderful- the comfort, design, and little treats. Strongly recommended for a romantic getaway

The breakfast was expensive and simple- with any additional dish at an added cost. Everything else was wonderful

Picturesque boutique hotel for a romantic experience that touches all senses

We were cared for exceptionally well from the moment we walked in. The management are professional and pay attention to small details. The building is gorgeously maintained (I believe they said it was from the 13th century) and the room was modern and had all the necessities plus extra. We enjoyed the fact that the steam room/pool was reserved privately for all guests which was a surprise and made our stay very special. The restaurant was one of the best dinners we have had.

A perfect night in the heart of Chambery

Very well located, full of character, beautiful and spacious room and very quiet. The team makes you feel very welcomed and are always at hand to help. Confidential isn’t just in the name, it is fully part of the experience. The continental breakfast served in the room was a particular highlight, freshly made bread and succulent croissant & pain au chocolat topped up with a delicious local honey (I can’t recommend enough the honey!).

Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel

Interesting interior, good location

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Wifi was extremely bad, even basic apps like weather app didn’t work, when said that to a receptionist, she denied there was a problem even when I showed it to her how bad the connection was. Not even a simple apology, instead souer face. Sauna wasn’t working, and pool is extremely small, more like a jacuzzi with cold water. Had to wait for 5 minutes in the shower to get warm water, stone floor was extremely cold. There was noise, we heard clear talking through closed windows.

Petit Hotel Confidentiel is one of Chambery's best kept secrets!

This hotel is simply amazing. Quality throughout. The breakfast is simply unbelievable. Table service and so much food that the table was completely full :)

Hotel & Restaurant, definitely to be be tried out - Spa & Massage can be skipped.

Overall a fantastic relaxing weekend with a great, warm and welcoming service in a beautiful and charming environment. I highly recommend to try out their restaurant (the chef's menu is a dream).

3 little "negative" points: 1) The price for the massage & Spa is too high for what it is - I would not necessary book this service again. 2) When the room was cleaned, the toilette paper & cotton bud were forgotten to be refilled. 3) The bathroom scale does not really scale (weird mechanism), therefor useless to have one in the room

Absolutely wonderful!

The Petit Hotel is welcoming from the moment you step into reception. The decor, the smell, ambiance and the smiles from Charlotte and her lovely staff. The entire team cannot do enough to make you feel at home. The entire hotel has taken every consideration into account and does not miss even the smallest detail. The rooms are wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious from the room service, to a delightful breakfast and ending with a gastronomic dinner experience. We cannot wait to return to this lovely hotel in Chambery.
