Beautiful Island paradise, single ranch style, Master Bedroom with full bath, 2 additional bedrooms with Hall bath, Gorgeous cooks kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Built in wine and beer coolers, cherry kitchen cabinets, covered patio overlooking in ground pool in a private courtyard setting with a beautiful 6 ' high privacy wall, 2 car garage, laundry room, new circular brick paver driveway. 1 Block walk to beach or bike to Oceanside shops, restaurants, museum, marina, river view park with walking trail and tennis courts. This is a fantastic location with a beautifully remodeled home. Chuck, the host, is incredibly accommodating and lives diagonally across the street. He went above and beyond for my family. When my son arrived with an oversized horse trailer, Chuck rearranged his own vehicles and allowed us to park the trailer on his private property for the weekend. He is very available if you need him but doesn't intrude at all. The home is just a couple of blocks from the beach, though we opted to drive as carrying all our beach gear was a bit much for walking.
My only complaint is the carpet in the bedrooms. While everything was in great order and mostly clean, the carpet really needs to be replaced due to stains, likely from it being a pet-friendly home. Despite this, I still give it 5 stars.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Chuck's house. The indoor and outdoor spaces are even bigger than the pictures show. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and clean. The common areas are very nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Chuck is a great host and very communicative. We will rent again when we are in Vero Beach.

Chuck's house was a great place for our family to stay over Christmas. It is a short walk to the beach. The house had lots of beach chairs, inflatable rafts, etc. The house is very spacious. The pool was great fun. In particular we were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had a big pan that we used to cook a turkey, and lot of other equipment, pans, etc. Chuck was a wonderful communicator, and checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. This house is highly recommended!

After canceled flights on Xmas eve, we drove 20+ hours from NY to the property. Chuck was amazingly easy to connect with and communicate our change of plans. Since we would now be unable to get to the store for our Christmas catering, he got our preordered groceries for us. What a lifesaver! The home is spacious, great areas for dining and family time, nice art and furnishings, lovely yard and pool...and the location is prime. Vero beach town is the perfect dining, shopping, relaxing area to be--and Chuck's place is within walking distance of so much. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I stayed in Chuck’s home for the week for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect house to relax and unwind. My sons and husband enjoyed the built in pool. My dog enjoyed the built in backyard hunting geckos. I enjoyed the fact that the house was well stocked and maintained (and I didn’t see a single snake all week!).
Chuck is a great host and communication is great with him. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Location location location and so much more. Exquisitely appointed home with fabulous kitchen, huge sunroom, well maintained ( and heated) pool. Long Weekend
This property was perfect for the long weekend trip with my wife, child, and in-laws. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, many shops and a quite a few restaurants as well. Property was clean, pool was nice and warm (heated), with big kitchen and lots of windows to open when the weather is nice.

This was the nicest location we have ever stayed in through a vrbo rental. Chuck was fantastic as a host. The neighborhood is amazing and the amenities were great. The back yard was a mini paradise and the home was spotless. We can't wait to go back!

A "private resort"
This home and its property is beautiful!! The yard and swimming pool made it feel as if we were in our own private resort. The owner was very helpful and always accessible when and if we needed him. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again if I return to Vero Beach.

Central Beach Stay
Wonderful Vero Beach neighborhood. Convenient to shops, beach, parks, and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the beach shops to get coffee each morning and jogging under the beautiful neighborhood Live Oak trees in the evenings. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect anytime of day. Chuck made check in and out very easy and he was very accommodating. We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.

Comforts of home at the beach
The property was nice and well-maintained and we had most of what we needed. The only complaint we had was the noise curfew, which discouraged any activity outdoors after 8:47, specifically including talking and laughing. We weren’t planning any big parties, but it seemed a little ridiculous to be forced indoors before dark and at such a random time. Why 8:47? We probably will not return based upon this alone and I felt it may be relevant information for others looking at vacation rentals.

Great home away from home
My parents, Vero residents, told me that I “knocked it out of the park” with this rental! It was perfect for my family of 5; my boys loved the pool, I loved having space to spread out, and it was impressive to see that amenities were either stocked by Chuck or left behind by former guests (ie. Toilet paper, salt & pepper shakers, coffee filters, etc.).

Perfect Vacay Place
If you’re looking for a low key vacation with family and/or friends, this is the perfect spot. Plenty of living and sleeping spaces inside, a huge screened in patio and fabulous pool.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Florida at the house. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the pool was fantastic. It was only a couple of blocks to the beach and town where there were plenty of good restaurants and shops. I definitely would stay here again on the next trip to Vero Beach.

We loved this house!
This is a great place to stay! We chose the house because it’s walking distance to the beach, shops and dining but honestly didn’t leave the house much. The backyard felt like a little oasis and the house was big enough that our family of 4 could spread out and have our own spots if we wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked or ordered in every night. My husband goes to Vero often on business and we would love to rent this house whenever we join him. It worked much better for our family than any hotel on the beach has.

This was a wonderful home. Chuck takes great care and provides many amenities. If you are looking for a place to relax near the beach but not HAVE to go to the beach everyday this is perfect. The outdoor space is amazing. The grill worked. The pool was excellent. The screened in porch is excellent as well. The place was very clean. All of the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating and living space for multiple activities within the house with kids. The fenced in yard is excellent for pets. Would definitely stay here again. Quick drive to multiple beach access points and close to shopping whenever there is not a global pandemic.

The house was beautifully kept and well maintained. They had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Very convenient to the beach and shopping. We had 6 in our group...grandparents, us and 2 teens...plenty of room for everyone. Pool was awesome. Chuck was there to greet us and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The Coulters
