Prima hotel op centrale lokatie, zeer matig ontbijt

Lokatie is perfect en in hartje centrum. Kamers prima en bedden ook zeer goed en genoeg faciliteiten.

Het ontbijt was niet zoals het hoort te zijn. Weinig aanbod, oud brood, kleine ruimte. Voor de verbouwing was het ontbijt een pareltje, maar nu mag dit de naam ontbijt niet hebben. Jammer. Verder hangt er een apart luchtje op de gang en in de lobby.

Non all'altezza delle aspettative e del prezzo

Posizione a due passi da Vitosha Blvd Pulito Doccia discretamente grande Camera (affacciata sul retro) silenziosa TV molto grande e con molti canali di sport in diretta e anche un canale italiano (Mediaset Italia) Staff alla reception cordiale (cosa che in Bulgaria non è così scontata)

Prima di tutto volevo sottolineare che prendere come cauzione 25 BGN a persona per un eventuale uso del frigobar (dicono che li restituiscono al check out e non ne voglio dubitare) è una pratica OFFENSIVA verso l'ospite: state insinuando che i vs ospiti sono dei ladri pronti a fregarvi sulle consumazioni minibar dell'ultimo giorno... Detto ciò 1) letto matrimoniale formato da due letti accostati. NO GRAZIE 2) Stanza di dimensioni appena sufficienti 3) Prodotti da bagno di dubbia qualità 4) Spazi comuni inesistenti: la sala colazione coincide con l'ingresso dell'hotel (non si può parlare di hall date le dimensioni) e contiene non più di 5-6 tavolini. 5) aria condizionata molto rumorosa se non messa al minimo Onestamente per un hotel a 4 stelle e che si fa pagare per tale mi sarei aspettato un livello molto più alto

Leuk, net en schoon hotel op super locatie.

Ligging is super, dichtbij het centrum.

Temperatuur op de kamers. Zeker 25graden en niets tegen te doen. Airco koelde niet helaas

Good hotel except for this incident with the payment of the breakfast, which made me feel unhappy.

The location is great as the hotel is near a lot of landmarks in Sofia as well as a street with a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was included in the price but a member of staff at the reception was insisting that it was not. I really had to stand to my ground and explain that I had already paid for the breakfast as I had an email to prove it, and I would not pay again.

Great location in the heart of Sofia, the room are spacious and clean.

The staff on our first day was barely polite and unwelcoming. Breakfast is poor quality, orange juice and coffee were the worst

Top hotel, I'ld recommend it to everyone.

Very very nice hotel, better than we expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big with very comfortable beds. All the essentials were included (very nice shower gel and shampoo). Location is right in the heart of Sofia.

Perfect Location

The location of the hotel, cleaning, employees are perfect. The beds are really comfortable and you can sleep well. The hotel is just next to the famous Vitosha Street and it is really great. We liked the hotel very much and we stayed 1 more night.

Everything was great but the price could be a little cheaper.

Rooms very clean and comfortable and a very good location. Honesty bar prices ridiculous 🙄

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was not made clear at point of booking rather annoying as the whole point was to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner with friends. Not particularly friendly staff .

Very poor

Hotel is just 100 meters away from a main shopping street and its very close main historical building. Hotel has its own closed parking place which needs extra money.

Staff is not so friendly. The room was just above the car park entrance, the floor of the room was super cold. We couldnt make the room warm all night long. It was very cold. We can handle it maybe but we have a new born baby and he had to sleep in a baby crib which he sleeps almost on the floor. So he couldnt sleep all night long because of cold. Staff knows about cold on that room for sure and they still gave that to us. When i ask them, they only said this was the last room they have. If they had told me about that, i would rather not to stay in this hotel. Totally one of the worst hotel experience that i have.
