Tolles Hotel mit traumhaften Blick

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Tolles geräumiges Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick auf das Matterhorn. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage. Trotz den 2 kleinen Makeln eine traumhafte Zeit. Hotel kann ohne für und wenn empfohlen werden. Wir haben schon wieder für einen Folgeurlaub gebucht.

Balkon sowie Balkonmöbel (Tisch) wurden während der gesamten Zeit (3 Tage) nicht gereinigt. "Frühstücksdame" machte einen überforderten Eindruck.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in an absolute MUST book and very highly recommended.

Everything. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels of all star levels in now over 60 countries I can say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and it needs to be recognised. From the moment we picked up the phone to call them for a shuttle the experience was warm, friendly, inviting and incredibly professional. The free shuttle, the driver (who doubles up as the concierge and many other roles) deserves a medal he is an incredibly hard worker and was extremely professional. The front desk team and owner were phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every time you walked in or out of the building you were greeted and spoken to. The little details like this matter. Choose a room with a view and balcony you will not be disappointed it is worth paying the extra fee. The rooms are cosy in size internally. This hotel has a spa, sauna, steam room and contrast therapy section and it is absolutely a must stay. Upon entry the team had placed hearts with petals on our bed and left fruit and snacks with a personalised message. Whilst this will cost the hotel in time and resource fees these details are what set hotels aside. The breakfast was impeccable and the team could not be more helpful. This hotel and the team here care and it shows, many are locals to Zermatt and care about the region. They go out of their way to ensure you have an incredible stay and we had one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Absolutely nothing. A perfect stay. If you have the jacuzzi make it accessible to guests without additional payment, however this is a tiny detail and did not impact our stay in any way.

Great experience

Great welcomes from the staff who advised us a nice restaurant around (it was quite late and last minute). Spacious room, very clean with a great view. Very convenient to access the spa and book a massage, very relaxing time at the spa. Amazing breakfast with large variety of food and home-made bread and vienoiseries.

Small spa Jacuzzi which is for a single person and we have to ask the reception to use it (and it's an extra cost)(usage of a token to launch the Jacuzzi).

Absolutely perfect

The room was amazing, very clean, roomy and incredible view - the staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced and always made us feel at home. The pool and wellness area were great and really helped our ski recovery, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Exceptional

probably best hotel I've stayed in. Very large for a single room and large comfy bed. Balcony with view of Matterhorn. Kettle & fridge! Large indoor swimming pool and I was the only one in most of the time. Great breakfast buffet that varied daily a bit, with good selection of cheese and even smoked samon, with what seedmed like home made horseradish sauce. A house maid also came round every evening to make sure everything was okaywith the room! Only a short walk to both of the main ski lifts.

Amazing getaway

Lovely hotel just off the center (5min walk). It has a great spa with a large pool, two saunas, two steam rooms and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious and every morning there were alternative options of the hot food. Views from our room (on the 4th floor) were breathtaking and staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible (our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting train to Zermatt from Visp, and Johanna from the reception organised a taxi that waited for us at the station the moment we arrived). Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.
