Restful break with amazing view

The view on the Alhambra is truly amazing. The room has got everything you need and Juan is very generous with keeping fruit and coffee always available for the guests. It’s a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood so we had restful nights.

Probably one of the best choices to experience both Granada and Alhambra

Best location ever! Cosy, clean and nice apartment house that has everything you need. On the roof there is a beautiful shared guest terrace with magnificent view of Alhambra. Juan as a host is great - he gave us all the information we might need. You do not see him much but he is always there if you need him. Perfect stay, perfect choice!

Fantastic place to stay

Best location, great hosts, clean and comfy rooms

The apartments have the best location to view the Alhambra. Doesn't matter which room or apartment you book, the communal terrace with a straight view of the Alhambra is there for everybody to enjoy. By the way the breakfast is fantastic.

Great authentic apartments with stunning views

The location is amazing! Stunning views of the Alhambra castle from the rooftop terrace. Quick walk away from the city centre via the old streets of Granada and lots of local restaurants and bars around! The apartment building is very authentic, room was very spacious and cosy. Also special thanks to the host for helping us with parking!

Just a word of caution when arriving by car, please read the parking instructions provided by the host carefully as the street of the hotel does get super narrow and you might end up getting stuck!

Excellent apartment, location and host. Great place to stay to explore this beautiful city!

Superb view of the Alhambra from the shared terrace, which was a lovely place for breakfast or a drink in the evening. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have an apartment with a table and sitting area and small kitchen as well as bedroom and bathroom. The building is fascinating and has been sensitively renovated and modernised whilst preserving some of the old city wall. Juan was extremely helpful and arranged parking for us as we had a small hire car. All of the team were excellent and it was good to have the option of a reasonable priced breakfast. The location of the apartments was also excellent-very central to the attractions but in a quiet part of the old city.

We absolutely loved the location in the old town section. The best part was the spectacular view of the Alhambra. We loved the sunset and night time views while sipping wine on the rooftop patio

Everything! The location, the communal rooftop terrace and view, caring and helpful staff, an ever supplied bowl of fruit for guests, and its deceptively simple rooms — only 7! — that are well equipped with a comfortable bed and quality linens.

There was nothing to dislike.

We were so impressed with the lovely studio apartment.

The apartment is set in the old Albaicin area of Granada which is very quiet part from a few barking dogs at night. It has an incredible view of the Alhambra which can be seen from the roof terrace where there is a comfortable quiet area to sit and relax. The super kind size bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals for two people. The location was amazing, only a short walk to the Alhambra although this is up and very steep hill. Juan was incredibly helpful and we loved that he had left a few simple bits like tea bags, olive oil and fruit in the reception area for people to take. This and the shampoo, shower gel and body lotion were really nice touches. Lots of fabulous restaurants all a short walk away too.

It was all lovely apart from the barking dogs at night. The apartment was rather dark, some more lighting would be helpful.

A view of the Alhambra and a great stay.

Great location with a beautiful rooftop view of the Alhambra. Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed and furnishings and enough of a kitchen to be able to prepare simple meals. Almost no car traffic on the old, narrow and steep hillside streets and paths! Our host alerted us to the Granada Card tour package, which saved our visit. We didn't make advance reservations at the Alhambra and thought we would not get in. The card did the trick and a lot more.

The location is on a popular tour walking path. No problems, but a bit of late evening festivity. Not enough to keep us from returning.

Incredible! beyond expectation.

top floor bedroom was spacious with fully functioned kitchen, living area and window all round. Roof terrace over looking Alhambra where we had breakfast and soaking the sun and relax. The hotel sits in an quiet residential close to nice walk along the river, 15-20 mins walk to Alhambra, 10 mins flamenco dancing in cave, local bars restaurants and nice walk to city centre. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. thank you

I loved the room and location. The terrace looking up to the Alhambra was beautiful.

This is a beautiful property in a extraordinary location.

The taxi could not leave us in front of the hotel so we had to take a lane with stairs. More information before arrival would have helped.

There was great communication with one of the hosts Juan. He met me on site and allowed me to check in to the hotel early. I had the most basic room but it was everything I needed and still very comfortable. The rooms mostly look out into the hotel courtyard/hallway but one hardly spends time in their room anyway. The rooftop patio was amazing with great views.

Overall great stay. Nothing negative to report.

Incredible views

Comfortable, well equipped room. Situated in historic district and walking distance to Alhambra. Incredible views from rooftop terrace. Helpful and friendly staff. We took a taxi that dropped us right outside the apartment. Staff helped to arrange taxi on day of departure.

Nothing. Loved our stay. Wear comfy flat shoes when walking in this neighborhood, lots of hills and pebbled uneven streets! Breakfast not the best value for money

Great staff great site

Brilliant location with Alhambra views in a historic quarter of Granada . Very helpful staff. Juan has excellent English plus local knowledge and will always respond.Clean, very well-equipped appartment. Very good breakfast offered if you want. I have been twice I liked it so much.

Door handle is too close to frame so electronic opening of room was painful or uncomfortable.

Relaxed stay with an amazing view

Juan was in constant contact before our arrival and because we asked to use their parking facilities met us on arrival (note only do this if your car is less than 1.8m wide and you are a confident driver, even then you will have to pull the wing mirrors in!) We had an executive apartment, the bed was huge, the shower tall with great pressure and the little kitchen well equipped. The breakfast offered was lovely and a bargain (also free coffee pods!). We made good use of the terrace because of THE view…..the view completely made it. The whole stay had a lovely relaxed feel and the building has been done up very cleverly. Finally a shout out to Nacho who took it upon himself to guide us out - no scratches on the car!

A marvelous and comfortable base to explore Granada's history from.

Excellent and friendly service from Juan whose English was perfect and Nacho, his staff member. They were super-helpful and accommodated my every need. The views from the rooftop patio shared by all and from my room were wonderful. Although hard to get to, the location in an historic building in a historical (and protected)area was excellent for a historian like me. Breakfast was very good value: note that there are no nearby alternative providers. There was a well-equipped kitchen.
