Well located to the ferry stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but OK. The beds were not so comfortable but was fine for one night stop over. Bus tickets to train station for our onward journey could be purchased at reception and again, the bus stop was only 50mts from hotel. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could imagine.

The location of the hotel is the main selling point. It's very central and offers an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful sunset & sunrise experience which was incredible. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything, not vast options, but good for 3* hotel. Although the parking wasn't provided by the hotel itself, we were advised on the options around (free and paid for) which was helpful. The location is very walkable, it's 5 minutes to the central square with all the shops and restaurants and boats. Same to all the beaches (there is a small beach just outside, but if you want a bit more space and to be a bit further away from the road there're options nearby). Close to Sirmione (20 mins by car), and a 40 min car ride to Verona, which was great.

There is NO FRIDGE in the room. Not even talking about a minibar, there is not even just an empty fridge to cool drinks or food (we had yoghurts which we brought but weren't able to store properly). There's no cutlery or glasses in the room either, but we were able to get some from the bar downstairs. The aircon was quite old and wasn't warking properly, the temperature you chose on the remote didn't matter, it was either going to cool the room significantly when the chosen temperature was 24 or heat it when it was 25. So not great. Although the staff were friendly, they didn't help us with luggage on our way in - the man watched from the building as we struggled with the bags. There were some rooms which weren't renovated and some that were. We weren't lucky and got the old room which looked tired and worn out. However, perhaps that won't be an issue soon once all of them are done. Check pictures before booking if you want a renovated room.

the location was superb and the bed was very comfortable . the mgmt was super helpful for anything one needed . there is a little beach right across the street that has chairs and boats . we will return for sure !!

breakfast only started after 7 so a coffee maker or kettle in the room for those waking to watch the sunrise or early risers would be very helpful. tried waking to the center to find a place for a coffee no luck. everything else was perfect but I highly recommend to mgmt to get in room coffee and kettles

A fridge in the room would have been very useful; and a kettle for tea/coffee making
