All in all good value for money especially if you, like us, have a night departure from Suvarnabuhmi

This hotel was OK. A bit dated and the pool was small, but enough for our 7yo to splash around in. A/C was good. "minibar" equalled fridge and water bottles. The room seemed a bit smaller than advertised 28SQM, but had a big bed a balcony and a bath/shower and hot water, so that was good. As mentioned it was a bit dated. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. we had an early departure at 2AM so we booked the room without included breakfast. the price was the same as a 6 hour late checkout, but I preferred this way over risking that the room wasn't available for late checkout and it di not cost extra, så that was a good thing. Like many hotels around the airport they offer 24/7 airport shuttle for a reasonable 300THB. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. For some reason not further explained there are Autobot statues outside of the hotel entrance. The hotel is on a small road about 100m from the main road which made it more silent than had it been right at the main road. The rooftop bar was nice with views of the city and the airport. If you're into aviation you can spot planes taking off and landing from here while getting some food and a drink!

Some aspects need some renovation. The pool area had whiffs of sewage from near by outside toilet disturbing the ambiance. The shower could use an adjustable mount, and some fresh coat of paint here and there is needed. There is only one elevator that was quite slow.

Bargain price but at a cost to comfort

The roof top bar was nice once they turned off 2 of the speakers as it was over the top loud. The outside of the hotel and reception area is nice and tthe location is pretty good

The rooms were very old and smelly. everything that used to be white was now an off yellow. The beds were ROCK hard and so uncomfortable. The prices for things are more 4 star but the quality not so good.

Wouldn’t stay again.

The front desk staff were good. The round trip collection service from the airport was also good.

Bed was very hard, room fine and comfortable enough but in need of modernisation. Cafe / restaurant upstairs was pretty bad - pictures make it look far better than it was. The furniture has changed. There was some awful live music and a very strange atmosphere so we did not dine there. Pool was small and didn’t look a nice place to dip as right by the car park.

Hotel with a great rooftop restaurant

The top floor terrace restaurant was more than wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The reception desk staff was able to correct the Bookings.com error in my confirmed reservation (it happens often). It clearly stated that I had shuttle service and breakfast, but the hotel did not include it in my reservation. So they offered it to me anyway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The problem with the booking, but the hotel resolved it.

The place was almost perfect. Nice to stay.

We like the place the only thing that disappointed us were the staffs in the restaurant. My food was served so late. My husband already finished eating his dinner my food still not serve. But everything was almost perfect.

I like it.. some weird thing happened with an employee who dropped off some shampoo to our room. He kept trying to come

The suite was awesome with two rooms and a kitchen with full refrigerator and microwave. I asked for a giant tub and got one!

In that bathroom with the giant tub there is no actual shower, so to shower you have to use a hose that has a small shower head on it to take your daily showers. Haha .. crazy! You cannot take a bath every night! The tub took about 1 hour to fill too.

It's and old hotel. I took the stairs , the elevetaor is very small and I did not trust that. The roof top bar is on the 6 fl. so I got a bit of exercise 😃

The hotel location is good for traveler who needs to take earlier flight at Suvarnabhumi airport.

It is very near to the Suvarnabhumi airport and there is a free airport shuttle provided by the hotel.

We were unable to open the room door twice upon check in and the front desk person sounds impatient.

The transportation they arranged was fantastic, and they provided a boxed breakfast of a sandwich, fruit and juice box since I was leaving before breakfast opened. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The room was not in the best shape - the night table was broken, and the bed linens were quite rough. It felt a bit run down.

Close to airport.

Air conditioning never worked. Staff were hardly helpful. Had to pay for drinking water and ice. No ventilation in the bathroom. Shower head pressure was indecipherable.
