الممر بين الغرف لم تكن رائحته جيده للاسف اخبرت المسؤول عن نقل السيارات الى المواقف خلف الفندق ولان المواقف ضيقه جدا جدا جدا وجدت السياره بها خدش قوي والسبب المواقف ضيق جدا

Pleasant Stay

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was great and went above and beyond to make our worries at ease. Ideal for families with great access to local amenities.

Interior is a letdown but still better than most in Sharjah. Wifi is intermittent needs an upgrade.

Comfortable and functional place

Location is perfect . cleanliness and staff ... starting from front desk how they smile for you and choose better room to concierge with famous supervisor Balla...and his smile and assistance to the House keeper JET and gangden to the breakfast restaurant staff ..all was good

Sometimes noise from other rooms during late night specialy when some youth or singles alone doing too much noise

Amazing Stay

Appreciate Golden Sands Team for their professional effort and services.Clean,Big rooms...Beautiful ambience. Front desk team Ms.Flaurein, Mr.Kamal, Mr.Vicky and Mr. Shanbel( bellman ) were amazing and always cheerful Housekeeping Mr. Jabran provided his best services. Will come back again.

Beyond Expectations

Our staycation with Golden Sands Hotel and Residences is truly remarkable. The rooms were far bigger than other hotels, clean, organized and the bed is very comfortable. The indoor pool is also clean, both for kids and adult. AC is available in the pool area😁 Most specially, we really appreciate how friendly and accomodating are the staffs. From the security, reception, attendants and housekeeping. They are always willing to assist GLADLY and extend effort without hesitation. We even receive a call from the reception to check if everything is in order.A welcome fruit platter. Simple it may seem but gives an assurance that they truly care for their guests. Special thanks to Ms. Joan and Mr. Anup who helped us in finding my sons toy car. Its a small toy yet they understand how much it means to my son and for me as well❤ Will definitely go back....

It was an amazing stay and the best thing they have nursery where you can keep your kids there and the mall is infront of the hotel you can go there walking Best thing was the staff who were so helpful and friendly and car parking place was amazing we really enjoyed being there

My stay were not bad at all but I think it would be better to re structure bath

The staff who work in the property are incredibly supportive and responsive I would like even to mention few names Sushma and Hafisa I hope I spelled their names correctly and front disk were always responsive. I would tell the staffs are very professional

Location of the residence Residence facilities Staff are friendly and very helpful Good services Cleanses of the residence Thanks for all staff specially KAYYAIM (Parking Attendant ) , Suman the house keeping, Altaf ,Christian and Jamshed the Hotel porters , Hotel receptionists, Front House manager and Restaurant manager as well.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, special mention to front office team Joan, Rahwa, Bala, Mohammad and Vicky. And to Housekeeping team for a well done in terms of room cleanliness. Every time I’m in Sharjah, I will always choose to stay in this Hotel. Highly recommended!

Helpfull stuff

The room is dirty, cockroaches!!! It’s deeply frustrated. The curtains are dirty and with squirrel paint, the curtains did not open, very dark rooms. The view from the kitchen window to the construction site, all the windows are dirty. The balcony is not accessible and terribly dirty, the room with the balcony is very noisy. The furniture in the bathroom was rotten from dampness. The toilet was not flushed (almost every day they were repaired). The bathroom is small and smeared all over with sealant and silicone. Luminaires coated with glue-like substance. The TV did not turn off, as the remote control was broken. The mirrors at the entrance to the room were with fingermarks. A lot of mosquitoes in the room and in the parking lot, The parking lot is negligible and there is a very high probability of scratching the car. You have to queue to get breakfast. It was surprised
