Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great location. Reasonably priced for key area of Lincoln. Accepts genius discount.

Noisy due to it being pub with beer garden. Some of the facilities/ furnishings in rooms are a little tired. Linen delivery in corridors restrict easy access in morning. Could do with later breakfast option.

Good location and hotel for leisure stay

Nice room and hotel. Good location by castle for concert. Nice breakfasts.

A little noisy in the evenings with people talking loudly out on terrace below till midnight. WiFi didn’t work for me up on top floor which was a nuisance and despite mentioning twice to staff.

The location is brilliant and the restaurant food is absolutely delicious, can't fault either the dinner menu or the breakfast choice for the quality, very high standard

I appreciate renovations have to be done but not maybe as early in the morning

Good place to sleep but not much else.

Clean, good location

The breakfast was not good. We waited 45mins to an hour for food. I only ordered a yogurt and granola pot as well as crumpets, something that would be extremely quick to make. The crumpets were rock hard when came out. My friend ordered eggs with extra bacon. There was no bacon and the eggs were overcooked.

Very pleased with the service that the Team at Tower Hotel provided. Highly recommended.

Organised a leaving do for a colleague where 33 of us attended. Adam, Dane and Vicky went out of their way to ensure the evening ran smoothly. Very professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Excellent bar, excellent breakfast, excellent staff. I've stayed in alot of hotels in my time, and I have to say, I love this style of hotel the best, small independent, but delivering exactly what the customer wants. So as soon as I walked into the bar, which had a pleasing look of relaxed chilled design. I just knew exactly what I was getting, no surprises that it had a good range of beers and wines. And it was the same in the morning at breakfast, absolutely spot on full cooked English breakfast. This is now my go to hotel when in Lincoln.

Nothing really. I'd be nit picking if I did. So I won't. Doesn't have car park, but there's one directly over the road, 9 quid for overnight parking.

Very enjoyable stay, pity about the breakfasts

All of the staff were very friendly and did their best with a very old and quirky building. Our room was very nice albeit old fashioned but was spotless and serviced brilliantly each day.

Breakfast was very hit or miss, mostly miss. The first day, our cooked breakfast took over an hour to come and it tasted like it had been standing for most of that. The coffee wasn’t too bad but the tea was served from an urn which was topped up from time to time and consequently was not boiling. My daughter had brown toast which was completely burnt, she wasn’t the only one and the croissants were the same. Jam and marmalade had to be specially requested. The last day, things had got a bit better, still not great. (Less guests?)

Superb

Second time myself and wife have stayed at the tower hotel, such a nice place & reasonably priced, the location is perfect for the cathedral, lots of bars and restaurants nearby not that you need them as the hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant too. Very comfortable and well proportioned rooms, great bar and food couldn't ask for more
