Mint külföldön.

Nagyon szép volt a kilátás, a szoba, a kényelem. Az ételek finomak voltak és bőségesek. A felszolgálók kedvesek. A wellness részleg is jó volt. Tetszett, hogy raktak ki gyümölcsöket, teát és vizet frissítőnek. Volt fitnesz szoba és okos játék asztalok.

Parkolóban nem nagyon volt hely. Ami nem tetszett, hogy reggelikor és vacsorakor ha mindketten fel álltunk az asztaltól, hogy a második fogásért menjünk, mire vissza értünk elvitték a teli poharunkat és le szedték az asztalt.

Minden tökéletes volt.

Kedves személyzet. Villában szálltunk meg ami nagyon jól felszerelt és csodálatos. Tisztaság volt mindehol. A wellnes részleg is szuper. Masszázs szolgáltatás is nagyon remek.

Az Ár / érték arány szerintem nincs közel egymáshoz. (összehasonlítva más hotelekkel)

Wellness részleg , tisztaság, személyzet , környezet, és nem utolsó sorban a hegyi levegő, ami mindent visz.

….a vacsora egy jó közepes szintet ütött meg, a reggelinél a kis kolbászkák szikkadtak voltak, a citrom a teához szintén. Gyanús , hogy 1-2 naposak lehettek már. Az ízzel nem volt gond. Ennyi pénzért (normál esetben kb 130e / éj) szerintem lehetett volna jobb az ellátás.

Nice stay for a weekend

The resort is located near to the highest point of Hungary. It is easy to reach from Budapest in an hour depending on the traffic. The rooms are good and well equipped with air condtion and minibar etc, The beds are very comfortable. The food was excellent and the spa area with infinity pool was very nice.

The checkout time especially on the weekend should be revised .- 10am is not standard any more. Same for the closing time for breakfast (also 10:00am). You need to bring out the "Do not disturb" sign out because for us the housekeeping knocked already at 08:30am at our door.

Enjoyable place but some adjustments needed

Great location and beautiful view from the room if you take the panorama view. The spa is well designed and clean with beautiful amenities. The staff is professional, competent and pleasant. The food at dinner was good and the breakfast delicious. The possibility to continue enjoying the spa after checkout is most appreciated. It was a great weekend escape.

Two issues should be remedied in the room. First, it was not possible to take a proper shower in the bathroom because the holder of the shower head is inadequate or poorly designed. Only a hand shower was possible. The second and more annoying issue was the excessive bright light in the morning, coming through the glass door of the bathroom. In our case, it meant being awakened at 5:30am. This could be easily fixed with a dark film on the glass bathroom door (which would also provide some privacy when using the toilets).

great villa and location but the rest of the facility has not kept up

location and the villa was exceptional we have stayed many times

there is no upgrade to wellness area - English language was extremely limited - I understand it’s in the middle of Hungary but all of the cleaning staff were from overseas and spoke better English than the support team. We were disappointed by the lack of seating by the pool. As they have upgraded the amount of rooms they need to catch up with the rest of the facilities.

Fantastic breakfast & dinner

My wife is vegan, we have marked this when booked, but it had not been forwarded somehow to the restaurant, so first night it was remained unsolved and the following nights vegan options were a bit boring Breakfast is the same, not so much options for vegans, this could be improved Anyway, for me it was fabulous, and there are supermarkets nearby :)

It was busy time when we went (Christmas time) and was overcrowded you couldn’t enjoy the sauna because it was no space

Overall the hotel is nice clean and the stuff is friendly

beautiful nature and absolute quite peaceful tranquillity. very helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast with beautiful view, nice rooms with comfy bed and big bathroom.
