It was clean and tidy but a few minor touches could make a huge difference in the stay.

It was clean, staff were very helpful and lovely. Great view, able to have fresh air through balcony door, rooms were smart and clean.

The pillows were awful, the beds (2 king singles) were joined together and the mattress sank in the middle. The balcony was taken up by the air con so couldn’t stand on it. Although I’ve it is a bit too far from town. But close to the airport.

Room was comfortable but dated, lovely location, staff were frazzled.

The location was lovely, a little far from the city. I imagine if we had more time we would of enjoyed the facilities - we only stayed overnight.

Busy at reception when we arrived. Staff a little frazzled, we were told at 5pm that our room was not ready. The staff member did not seem too concerned. Thank goodness the supervisor caught our eye and came over to rectify the situation and find a room that was ready. The room was comfortable but dated, bathroom tiny.

The room is spacious and comfortable. There's a water taxi (about 10mins walk from the hotel) and bus stop (about 20mins inclined walk). WiFi is strong. They tidy up the room each day. Breakfast was OK, the staff knows already what I wanted on my 3rd day.

The breakfast menu was the same each day.

An excellent day in our beautiful Country.

Friendly helpful Staff, quick check in, clear, concise directions and lovely unit to stay in, easy check out with very courteous Staff. Thank You. We celebrated my Wife's Birthday with a Trip on the TSS Earnslaw to Walter Peak Farm, lovely day weather wise and finished the day with a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown.

Really enjoyed our stay

Very sound proof room, perfect for two people, great value for money, very clean and great view

Bathroom products (shower gel, shampoo, soap etc.) were all “male” scents. Had to pay for parking which could just be incorporated in the costs. Cheapens the hotel.

Comfortable stay

This was a perfect choice for pur over night stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of lake and mountains. Great value for money And the staff were so lovely and welcoming

For a hilton, it could have been better

The staff on arrival were friendly and accommodating, noticed it was my birthday and making us feel welcome with a treat and birthday card left in our room while we were out for dinner. The room was well presented and the parking easy to enter.

The bed wasn't made properly and I had to remake it late at night as I couldn't find staff on the desk and was tired and just wanting to sleep. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed and when I first climbed in, it didn't cover the bottom 1/3 of the mattress and when I remade it i couldn't tuck it in the top and bottom of the bed. The room and bathroom had a lot of old paint and rough look for a hilton. The shower had 3 bottles of supplied toiletries but one had fallen off the wall, leaving a silica ring where it was attached, they had replaced this by fixing the bottle to the window in the shower that mean the window couldn't be opened. The glass sliding door between the bathroom and lounge allowed for little auditory privacy when in the bathroom.

A few minutes out of Queenstown however very Close to the lake. Very clean room and bathroom!. Staff were amazing, so kind and very helpful. Fast and efficient check in ! .

wouldn't stay next time

bed was spacious and comfortable

No conditioner in the pump. Scratched up pan for cooking vomit marks on the wall next to the bin. Prompted twice to reception to get a better condition frying pan Hilton (sister hotel chain) staff was unpleasant and stuck up, rude and inconsiderate.

Accomodation was nice

Paying for parking when you're already paying a premium for accomodation is a slap in the face, especially when you're not expecting it. A round trip of 10 minutes if you forget to bring something from the car.

I obviously loved my stay and my upgrade I will come back agai

I loved everything about the property the location is amazing the view is great . I got my booking changed from double tree to Hilton. Service is great

The rooms aren’t that clean there was hand marks on the mirror and beds weren’t done up properly

Excellent getaway

Their 24 hr reception hours. We returned from Milford Sound quite late, so the 24 hours check-in hours was very convenient.

Enjoyable place

1. The room is clean, and the housekeeping is done very well. 2. The room size is big, and you can find everything you need in the room 3. The staff is amiable and always happy to help. 4. The location is far from the CBD and a tranquil, relaxing place.

1. You only have 3 hours free/day for car parking and $4/hrs; max cap is $16/24 hrs 2. The window is only in the living and bathroom, not the sleeping room. 3. The sleeping room is not quiet enough. You will hear some noise from outside when ppl walk by or close the main door.

Modern, luxurious, beautiful room, view of water and mountains, newly built property, pool use available at the gorgeous Hilton resort across the road, staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job with our stay over service and in general the housekeeping was absolutely perfect.

Be aware with parking, worth paying to park in the underground carpark, I saw other cars get clamped, don't try to cheap out on parking!

The bed and the pictures online are pretty much a lie they are mostly pictures of just the Hilton the beds are just to singles pushed together. There is no where that says about the $50 card bond or if cash $100. Says free parking on site love to know where it’s $16+ to park there.

Nice and cozy.

Very good location near the lake. Staffs were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good nice. Worth every penny.

Not many parking spaces are available within the hotel other than paid parking space. Also the living room couch was little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

A pleasant stay with great service, beautiful views and close to the wonderous natural environment of Lake Wakatipu &

Location suited us perfectly as we did not want to be amongst the hustle of Queenstown - loved being by the lake and being able to have a pleasant walk. Beds & pillows were truly comfortable. Paid extra for a room with a view and it was well worth it.

I don’t believe one should pay for parking when u are a paying guest. However that is my only small complaint.

离市区有一点儿远。需要坐ferry或者自驾，但是坐船的体验很棒，酒店楼下可以买Bee卡。

Great stay at a beautiful location just along the water. The room and beds were so comfortable and clean, equipped with a little kitchen which is a bonus and warm cookies on arrival.
