We felt treated like strangers. Though the place is excellent, everything is provided for an unforge

We were discriminated against because we put the accommodation on Bookingon. Our siblings were not put on the breakfast table because it was supposed to have been requested separately. So every morning we had to look for the tables that were already vacated. When booking directly on the hotel page, dinners are included in the price.

Do not expect too much...

The location is nice. Remote and silent area which allows you to de-connect from city lifestyle. I like the local products served in the breakfast or dinner(honey, pumpkin seeds oil... Wonderful products)

Rooms were noisy and you can easily hear almost any word or thing which the other guests are doing. And I am not particularly one person who is sensitive to noise... Staff could be more friendly. I did not felt welcomed and I was like unwanted in their facilities. I was/am a fan of JUFA concept and style and I was expecting more from the Hotel.

Small indoor play room and less activity plan for kids (need at least half an hour to drive for something.)

Very good

Everything was clean, breakfast good with regional products, good playground, farm animals, the landscape around, staff nice.

Unfortunately, the night we stayed someone was partying smth like a bachelor's party. They were singing and playing really loud music with an amp just by the Reception and all this stopped when my wife and I leaving two children in the room came down at 1 am. We regret that the hotel personnel did not tell the guys earlier they were doing wrong. The rooms that are above reception and restaurant do not have good sound isolation, this is the factual thing.

IN general, all OK

No air conditioning in rooms. In summer over 30 grad Celsius in the night. Horrible sleeping. Probably best in winter but in summer sleeping is not fun.

Superb

Good breakfast,

Would be great if more english speaking person would work for. Unfortunately I can’t speak german language which made a bit hard the communication. Overall the hotel , staff was good.
