El sorprendente Paraguay

la atención de sus colaboradores, el desayuno con su repostería creativa, exquisita. La ubicación cerca del centro histórico, cerca de museos, el de economía me encanto. A la par de Osvaldo, el mejor restaurante de comida con cortes únicos para saborear junto con las ensaladas y postres. El tour al lago Ypacaraí. simplemente fabuloso

Ubicación y la cordialidad del personal.

No había suficiente personal.. desde el dia que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos habian unas tazas con capuccino en el patio de atras y naaadie las alzo nunca y me quede con una mala imagen de la administración que no ve esos detalles. Los baños de las habitaciones no tienen extractores y los olores salen a toda la habitación. Ademas que no tienen colgador para la toalla cerca de la ducha y uno tiene que mojar todo el piso para alcanzar la toalla.

good breakfast, great location, friendly English speaking staff

no hairdryer, pool was full of insects after a rainy day (not cleaned daily)

Staff were very helpful and accommodating for any issues. The food was good.

The place is due for a refurbishment, and the sound isolation is very deficient. The gym needs to be cleaned or at least wet sanitizing wipes should be provided (some machines were sticky)

Good lobby, garden and restaurant

That's not 5 stars hotel. Yes they have a great lobby and restaurant, but the rooms are too small and durty. The fridge is wobbly and not fixed. Sockets are very old and worn out. the sewer is clogged and the water in the sink does not drain, there is no extractor fan in the toilet, the windows do not open. Towels was dirty. Carpet stained. in the shower only soap and shampoo.

Nice Place to stay! facilities were ver confortable

Nice place and the 5th floor Bar was amazing! The Bartender guy was vey nice and helpful you need to recognize this boy!

Piece of glass found inside a salty cookie at breakfast

Nothing special, for a 5 stars hotel it is a reasonable 4.

Bad surprise at breakfast, when a piece of glass I found inside a salty cookie called chipa. That is really an absurd, impossible to accept, nothing can be told to justify that thing, employees listened to my complaint, don't know what happens after xbox at restaurant, I was asked what I would wish as a compensation.. that's not a question of compensation, it could be a real problem if swallowed a piece of glass. Not accepted anywhere never expect in a 5 star hotel. Never back to Crowne Plaza.

Great Hotel, Good Breakfast, and their location isn't bad. Good option to stay in Asuncion.

Clean Room, Clean Sheets, Good Bed. Good Location, they are at 3 miles from Old Downtown Asuncion and also about 5 miles to the New City Center so your are close to both sites. Great Breakfast American Style, recommended to start your day.

Check In Time, they said our room would be ready for 15:00 hrs and instead were ready at 16:30 so we have to wait about 1:30 before we can check in. The Hosts at the Hotel could not explain to us why this delay was instead they make us only wait.

The font office staff were so helpful and respectful, Virginia was the lady whom was on duty the most whist i was there and Virginia was outstanding, Enrique was very helpful and respectful, also Lorena , thank you so much you made my stay in Asuncion even more special thank you graham cooper

just a fee hints to improve your service. No battery in safe, no TV signal, transfer price to Dazzler Hotel at 135.000

The bed is great, large room Staff was very helpful

Breakfast was varied but the food was below average; There was hardly any water at the shower and the water was cold in one of the days

I would never stay there again

Location

The room was not the room shown in the booking photos, I had to request to clean the room, they forget my room. there is no a bidet, the hot water is very poor, the soap is miserable, very little and poor quality, the heating system is noisy.

Great Hotel

Beautiful hotel - very stunning. We had a comfy room and enjoyed our stay here. The pool was beautiful and the gym was lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

The WiFi wasn’t great unless you were sitting directly in the business suite.

Disappointing

One day they did not clean the room. I left the hotel during the morning, came back at 18:30 and my room had not been cleaned. I was out for 7 hours and the room was not cleaned.
