Comodidad excelente! las habitaciones impecables excelente room service, la piscina amplia, hermosa y muy higiénica! la alimentación del restaurante deliciiosa y a un buen precio. Los desayunos: variados, deliciosos, nutritivos. En resumen: 100% recomendado!

Agradable pero hay detallitos que tienen que mejorar respecto a las instalaciones y la organización

La comida, la comodidad de la habitación

No me gusto el aire de la habitación senti que no llenaba el cuarto Bien me tuve que levantar de noche a ver si estaba apagado el aire porque estaba durmiendo como si fuese con abanico y ps tambn ise una extensión de la reserva que tenia y no hubo buena comunicación del personal que me habrieron la puerta estando adentro de la habitación y pedi comida por la aplicación que tienen con el servicio a la habitación y nunca me llego

i love this is hotel the rooms are not updated but is very comfortable all the staff very friendly

ALL staff great you with Respect, they acknowledge you when you speak to them comparing with other hotels I stay when I go to Panama, example the Hilton & HOTEL Riu breakfast has a lot of variety, the young man from the pool they very nice they make your stay more comfortable apart from the rooms I give then a 10

bath was not to clean, just need to up grade rooms

Hotel muy agradable

Personal muy atento y cordial. Las habitaciones en perfecto estado y muy limpias por lo demás. La piscina y restaurantes a servicio muy completos.

No encontré areas comunes tranquilas para el descanso ya que al haber muchas personas hay musica fuerte y animada, no obstante, es muy alegre el sistema.

A decent stay in a five star hotel with a nice pool

Its a nice 5 star hotel that needs a refreshment but the price was very competitive.

Not so clean in common areas (hallway), it looks a bit rundown and big windows facing the city could be cleaned.

Nice room with 2 access, 1 directly from the pool. The prices of the food for room service.

It’s a little old and didn’t have enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The prices of the cocktails are too expensive.

It was just OK. Stayed there to catch an early flight the next day.

The room was rough. Getting old. The bottom of the bathroom door had a lot of wood rot and couldn't close properly. Also, you have to stand under the shower to turn it on. Cold. The rooms by the pool were all old looking. I have stayed at this hotel since it was built in 1953 and the condition now is just old. I thought I was getting a room in the main building and was surprised to get one of the outside rooms.
