Świetna baza aby zostawić samochód i iść zwiedzać Kraków. Łóżka wygodne.

Duży pokój, odpowiedni dla 4 osób, czysto, z balkonem. Były przygotowane ręczniki. Bardzo miłe było ze strony właściciela że można było pozostawić auto przed zameldowaniem, jak i po jego upływie ponieważ aż do tego miejsca sięga SPP.

Zestaw naczyń trochę skromny ale wystarczył.

Pensjonat przytulny szkoda ze bylem teraz bo latem jest napewno jeszcze lepiej

szkoda ze nie ma kuchenki w pokoju aby zrobic sobie cieple jedzenie... np jajecznicy na sniadanie nie ma no i ja nie przepadam za wloska kuchnia... a restauracja otwarta byla dopiero od 12... w dzien wyjazdu spadl snieg i ....niestety personal nie wpadl na pomysl aby dojscie do ulicy odsniezyc ...wg mnie kosztowaloby to max 5 min pracy

Good price and quality while a bit away from the old town

Well situated hotel with a private parking. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the Cracow old town but the path is nice. The hotel has a restaurant that is popular with people, we took coffee and ice cream there that was nice. The rooms are good, no weird smells, clean and has the basic things one would expect.

We imagined the room to be a bit bigger. After we took our suitcases in, it was really just for sleeping. While everything works and looks fine, the rooms are not newly renovated.

Good value for money accommodation stay, in good location and with excellent pizza.

Great location. would recommend for anyone looking for good value for money whilst being relatively close (few bus stops or half an hour walk) to Kraków town centre. The restaurant below the property has some of the best pizza I've had in my humble opinion. Nice, patient and helpful staff too. Free parking, albeit it is rough/uneven gravel type, so perhaps not for a low suspended car.

The room window wasn't letting too much light or air in, and the weather was sweltering. The room, being very small could've perhaps been equipped with a fan during summer seasons as it gets pretty hot/humid.

we are happy about the accommodation as the arrangements in the rooms were good.

Despite the positive remarks we made, we would like to mention a bitter experience we had regarding parking of the vehicle. As soon as we reached the place, we asked the person at the reception regarding parking. He told us that we could park our vehicle on the adjacent road. We repeatedly asked him whether it was safe and legal to park it on the side road where he had asked us to park the vehicle and he reassured us that it was safe. However, to our utter shock, the next day we found a slip, written in Polish language, affixed to our vehicle fining us for wrong parking. We showed it to the same person at the reception, but he could not give a proper answer. Further, he misguided us on the fine amount. He told us that we have to pay a fine of 150 zloty. But, when we got it translated by another person, we were told that the fine amount is 250 zloty of which 150 zloty would go to the local government. It is unfortunate that a person who cannot properly guide the guest is at the reception. It was because of his mistake that we had to make the payment of fine. Hence we request you to return the fine amount of 250 zloty as we had to make the payment for no fault of us. I am a genius customer of booking.com and it is the first bitter experience I had with booking through you. I hope you would consider my request and take the necessary action.

Free parking places, very tasty pizza on the ground floor of the pension. And there's a brand new Vespa exposed in the pizzeria.

Nice location, about 25min walk to city centre. You can either walk via a Park or follow the river or you can also take a bus. There is an Italian restaurant in the same building which is convenient.

Acceptable for very short stay without luxury

Relatively close to the city, in vincinity of large green area in the Krakow. Free but little parking by the hotel.

An intensive smell of burnt oil and garlic in the hall (an italian restaurant on the ground floor). Anybody came to check clean in the bathromm or change towels during 4 days, only one small towel distributed on arrival. Lack of toilet paper, only a little roll was in the toilet...

The location of the apartment hotel was great, it was 20 minutes by walk to the city center and simultaneously 10 minutes to the Kościuszko Mound, where is nice nature and views.

It is walking distance to Błonie and Old Town. Quiet and comfy. Very nice service.

The room was a bit to small for my taste but it was just for one night and I was out for the most of my stay so it was ok.
