Хороше житло але поки недостатньо обжите

Чиста постільна білизна, багато рушників, дві душові кімнати з туалетами. Хороший персонал, який постійно був на звʼязку і готовий був допомогти вирішити будь-які питання. В готелі є рецепція, що значно прискорює комунікацію. Була парковка, але без тенту. Зручний підʼїзд до готеля. В наших апартаментах ремонт був дуже свіжий, все нове. Можливо ми були одними з перших відвідувачів цих апартаментів.

Ергономіка апартаментів незручна. Меблі розташовані таким чином, що ми постійно бились об них. Кутки меблів гострі, кілька разів зачепились. На кухні мало кухонного приладдя. Проте, ми попросили чайник, дошку та миску для салату і нам одразу все видали. Якщо кімната виходить на сторону дороги, то досить шумно. Проте, з іншої сторони чудовий сад і газон. наші апартаменти виходили на обидві сторони, тож нам було ок.

Everything was just wonderful! Clean, new towels every 3-4 days. Nice householder! Beautiful garden near our apartment, that was on ground floor, was the best choice for our kid. Everything was like On the pictures. Kitchen utilities, enough for cooking. Nice and not crowded beaches 5-7 minutes by foot. 2 minutes by car, and you can find another beaches, sandy and not just rocky. Small Shop near by (5 min by foot or less) with everything you need. And another one may be 10 min or less by foot. Two restaurants the same distance as shop, and more other 10 minutes by car to Skala Fourka, and other I suppose of you need. Would be happy to come back!

Good value for money accommodation in Halkidiki

Great friendly host, family friendly, amazing sea view.

Could have been better for us if a microwave was available, but not a major issue. Everything else was great!

Highly recommended place for a fair price.

Great place for families with children and anybody who wants to relax at a peaceful place. Well-equipped and clean apartment with big balcony and wonderful view, beautiful garden with a small playground for children, toys are available as well. The owner is friendly and helpful. You can reach nice beaches at a walking distance and you can go hiking to the mountains.

Perfect location, very beautiful view from the balcony. The host is very kind we had a few kilos of figs just for free. Air conditioning works well.

It would be good to have a cattle in the room. WI-FI was terrible, if you're planning to work there you have you think about your own Internet.

i liked the room location. was suitable for kids because had a large yard with a small house for kids and lots of toys. Every day the owner surprised us with fresh fruits from the yard trees.

The place has a beautiful garden equipped with slides and see-saws. There are olive trees and figs in the garden too. Our apartment was amazing, new and modern bathroom, two separate rooms and a huge terrace. Everything is near, the beach, supermarket and taverns. The host is kind and helpful. They change the towels every 3 days. We would certainly recommend this place, especially for the families with kids. See you soon Petradaki😊

We had a great time at Mola kalyva . The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the beach 🏖️, don't need a car . I will definitely visit Petradaki Apartments again .

Hidden gem of Mola Kalyva

If you want a place that is near the beach and "ready" to be on the road and explore, this is the place for you. Vasilis (the owner) is really nice and always there if you need help and advice were to go. The appartments have everything you need for a nice vacation. Is a nice little town, perfect if you dont want to be in a crowded area. A well stocked market is like 5 min walk distance. There is a few good resturants in the village. Because there are no parking fees on Kassandra, you can be on a different beach every day, with Petradaki as your "base". There are a lot of beautiful beaches all around, just take your pick. I highly recommend this appartment.

Great place, nice people

Good location. Clean. Owner is very very nice man. Apartment was on the 1st floor overlooking the garden with beautful olive and fig threes. On one side there is good communication (main road is just there), on the other side green paradise. Apartment with big bacony, brand new bathroom, very cosy and nice.

There is nothing that i didn't like.

long story short, we were very lucky to find this place, being in the area in the future we have no reason to look for a

The owner is very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, newly renovated, well-kept air conditioning, a giant, comfortable bed. Neighborhood is cozy and safe, you can safely walk in late hours. Nearby there is a great tavern with very good food, casual atmosphere and great service. When it comes to beaches, it is worth having your own car, although you can swim in the sea a few meters from the property, but the beach here is rocky and narrow, in this place private gardens almost reach the sea. With your own car, you can reach many nearby beaches within a few minutes. There are both picturesque coves, to which you have to walk a bit through the forest (easy, no climbing ;) ), as well as those easily accessible with a parking lot next to it.

a larger knife and a kitchen board would be useful ;)

A cozy stay!

Apartment had beautiful garden and placed in a a location full of good restaurants (the best restaurant i have ever tried in Greece actually) and super markets...also close to the beach...the Host is really helpful and friendly

The facilities in the apartment were as basic as possible, fridge was making noise, and the herd was very weak and was able too cook an egg only, there was no shower cabin in bathrooms and everywhere was getting wet...

Ieftina incat sa merite, fara pretentii de romantism.

Location is right at the main street, has two balconies though, one in front, one in the back, viewing the garden and the sea, but that one is common with the others, actually the stairs-access zone. The sea-view is great

Some doors are creaky, the apartments are noisy, I can easily hear my neighbors.

Very helpful and friendly host! Very close to a small beach. Very easy to reach. Cozy garden with olive trees, nice veranda.

We had troubles figuring out how and when the shower works. The mattress was problematic.
