Perfect property if you are staying in Foz do Iguacu

Não recomendo, este hotel. Chegamos.no feriado dia 30/5 até fui atras de outro local, mas tudo ocupado.

Péssima experiencia de hospedagem! Chegamos no quarto, não tinha coberta, minha esposa precisou descer buscar, pois o interfone do quarto nao funcionava. O banheiro sem toalhas, novamente descer na recepçao buscar toalhas. Fomos ligar a Tv, controle nao estava funcionando, as tomadas da cabeceira da cama, também nao funcionavam, somente a tomada do banheiro enabaixo da Tv. Por fim fomos tomar banho, chuveiro horrivel, pra aquecer a agua, tinha que fechar quase tudo, sem contar o péssimo estado do chuveiro, sujo, sem manutenção. Fotos a seguir. Pra completar nossa decepção, não serviam café da manhã. Ficamos ali devido o alto fluxo de pessoas no feriado e nao conseguirmos outro local.

Roupas de cama, toalhas e quarto extremamente limpos

Na verdade não é o que eu não gostei, o hotel é antigo, porém reformado, então não tem algo que não gostei

Easy to find and the location was okay to town and surrounding areas. Room was clean

Some of the staff were not very helpful at all, didn't really do their job properly, when we arrived they just said here is your key, find your room basically. They will charge you for the water in the room even though there is no sign saying they will. Kitchen has hardly any utensils and one and a half broken plates, and the only thing you can cook on is a weird electric pan thing, no hob so only one pot meals and only one person cooking at a time.

Good for the price.

I liked their price. Was very cheap, clean. Their bedroom had fridge, bathroom, location wasn't far from the terminal.

They need to improve cleaning. I saw a few little cockroaches. Their mattres wasn't very comfortable.

A very convenient location to be able to visit the falls, staff helpful and room decent.

The kitchen is very poorly equipped/supplied - no hob or oven (only a microwave and sink), no bowls, - hard to actually make any food

Worth for the price paid, could’ve been even better.

Really nice front desk. We arrived early (11am) and they allowed us to check in early. Nice ambience, comfortable bed and okay room space.

AC/Heater broken. Pillows not that good. The safe didn’t work and was being locked by a plastic bottle lid.

Staff was nice and sheets and towels were clean. Good location.

The wifi was not working at my room, room was not that clean and besides that there were cockroaches in my bedroom. First night I thought I could have only dreamed with that, but the 2nd night I saw plenty of them. I complained with the staff and they just changed my room. I noticed that the management was aware about the problem but does not take any action.

Good choice. Gostei.

Great location, near both the avenue and bar area. Easy to take bus to visit Iguaçu waterfall and Itaipu. Comfy mattress and quilts, we had a very good sleep. Strong hot water. Fast Wi-Fi . Near the reception has one small kitchen quipped with everything you need to make your own food.

I saw some reviews saying that it’s a pity that this hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. Well what I want to say is there is a supermarket three blocks away from the hotel, called “ ÍTALO”, which provides very delicious breakfast including pastel sandwich fruit juice etc you can imagine, with very reasonable price.
