Hotel con algunos detalles ..

La vista es muy agradable ::

Tiene varios detalles .. El estacionamiento está cruzando la calle .. en caso de lluvia es un tanto complicado.. Los contactos de la habitación no funcionaban. El baño desprendía un olor a drenaje .

Es un lugar limpio y muy buen trato de todo el personal

Pedí ensalada y no tenían los ingredientes para prepararla (lechuga y demás), pedí enchiladas verdes y para el precio, la cantidad era poca y no tenían guarnición. La relación calidad/precio en restaurante está muy desequilibrada. Las habitaciones del primer piso, no tienen ventanas

Pěkný a čistý hotel s bazénem za výbornou cenu.

Pokoj byl pro 2 dospělé a dvě děti naprosto dostatečně velký s krásnou koupelnou a balkonem orientovaným na západ. Bazén příjemný, čistý a osvěžující. Hotel je asi 1km chůze od autobusových terminálů a také od centra. Jardín Borda je na dohled. Cena zřejmě díky nějaké akci na booking.com byla o dost nižší, než uváděl ceník na recepci.

En el restaurante la única persona que estaba atendiendo tenía una pésima actitud, parecía que nos regalaría la comida, cada cosa que se le pedía ponía su cara y se molestaba, además de que casi toda la comida estaba insípida

Location was good. Clean hotel. Nice views from the room. big room.

the water of the shower was cold! I did get hot water until the shower was running for 30 min and that was a GREAT waste of water. the next room was smoking and it support to be smoke free hotel. All his smoke was coming to my room. there is no refrigerator in the room.

Very disappointing and will not ever stay there again

There was not a single redeeming factor

Location: It was out of the way from town, lots of steps to reach the city. Room: Totally outdated, sparse, there was not a single seating area inside of the room . Closet with not even a hanger . One electrical outlet in the room. TV with few local channels and remote control barely worked. Black out Drapes for windows were raggedy Bathroom: Big counter was the only plus . Shower did not have light and no hot water . Strong sewer odor. Staff : Totally unengaged and apathetic.

ok for a chill weekend, but nothing wow

the location is good. you can walk to the historic center in about 10 mins. it has a very large balcony.

the room wasn’t very clean (mystery marks on the floor and hairs in the shower when I arrived). the bed was a little hard for a side sleeper. the rooms furniture and decore is dated but fine. the TV in the room was old and I was not given a remote for it so I had to use the buttons on the TV. it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but there wasn’t one.

The shower is not good. the device sparkling was terrible. Hot water takes too much timeto be ready. Restaurant service was open until 22:00 and in theory should be 24 hrs.

Great location with little care about guests

Great location and size of the room. Housekeeping

Staff at the desk was not friendly and didn’t seem to care too much. Borderline rude. Music at the restaurant downstairs would not let you sleep. Food at the restaurant mediocre at best. Overall no one really cares about the comfort of the guests…

A family, quaint hotel in the heart of Cuernavaca!

The best is the location, in the center of Cuernavaca. Also I liked its personnel, especially Margarita Gomez at the kitchen very efficient and extremely courteous, also her staff…kudos to Margarita, Jennifer and other. Also people at the reception.
