Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik

Öncelikle tüm çalışanlara teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve son derece yardımseverdiler. Sayelerinde çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Odamız standart çift kişilik oda olmasına rağmen, gayet büyük ve konforluydu. İkiz çocuklarımızla çok güzel sığdık. Yemekler harikaydı! Tüm mutfak çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz. Ellerinize sağlık! Eşim özellikle dil çorbanızı çooook beğendi 😂 Çocuk büfesiyse ikinci favorimizdi. Ve tabi ki her öğün ortaya çıkan dondurma standı. Dondurma standında duran ablamız çok iyiydi. Burdan da kendisine sabrı ve çocuklarımıza olan güzel tavrı için teşekkür ederiz. Restaurant kısmında bize yardımcı olan ve içecek getiren bütün arkadaşlarımıza tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Otel ultra her şey dahil gibiydi. Asla aç kalmadık ve bardan istediğimiz an istediğimiz içeceği (alkollü/ alkolsüz) alabildik. Otelin yeri harikaydı. Çarşıya çok yakındı ( yürüyerek 2-3 dk). Ölüdenizdeki Suncity plajına ulaşım arabayla 15dk ( trafik olmazsa). Otelin kendi plajı çok güzeldi (kumburnu plajında değil ordan daha ilerde)kalabalık bile olsa geniş alan olduğu için asla hissedilmiyordu. Ağaçların arasında bol gölgeli bangır bangır müzik olmayan tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Oturma/ yatma alanında ince kum olmamasını çok beğendim. Sadece suya girilen kısımda çocukların oynayabileceği kadar bir kum alan vardı. Deniz çocuklar için ideal, çarşaf gibi bir deniz. Girişte biraz taşlık da olsa sağ tarafa doğru yürüdüğünüzde kumlu ve akvaryum gibi. Adeta balıklarla yüzüyorsunuz ve asla ısırmıyorlar. Plajda her şey dahil sistem yoktu ama otel müşterisine özel indirim yapılıyor. Giriş ve şezlong tamamen ücretsiz. Plaja ulaşım otelin servisiyle her saatte bir olmak üzere yapılabilir. Fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle çok iyi. Aldığı parayı sonuna kadar hakeden bir otel. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Kendi arabamızı kullanmak istemediğimiz için otelin servisiyle plaja gittik. Yüksek sezonda servis sayısı çoğaltılabilir. Özellikle akşam 18deki son sefer. Çünkü çoğu otel müşterisi sonuncuyla döndüğü için servise sığmadık ve en az yarım saat daha geri dönmesini beklemek zorunda kaldık. Ölüdeniz içindeki müthiş trafik yüzünden gidip geri gelmesi bazen çok uzun sürdü. İkinci olarak da otele giriş yapmamızdan itibaren 3 kere kapıda kaldık. Anahtarımız düzgün çalışmadı ve resepsiyondan bize tamir edileceği söylendi fakat bir türlü yapılamadı. En son gece 1de uyuyan çocuk kucağımda kapıda kalmamız hiç hoş değildi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendinin umursamaz tavrı da bizi çileden çıkardı. Yarım saat dışarda oturduktan sonra çalışanlardan biri gelip kapıyı açtı. Üçüncüsü de otel içinde bulunan markette yaşadığımız bir olay bizi çok şaşırttı. 850 tl ye deniz gözlüğü seti aldık. Ertesi gün arkadaşımız çok beğendiği için ona da almaya gittik. Kasada başka biri vardı. Birebir aynısına 1600 tl istedi. İtiraz ettik fakat barkottan o fiyat çıktığını söyledi. Almadan çıktık. Piyasa da 650 tl ye satılan şeye 1600 tl veremezdik.

Quite good drinks - staff quite nice - evening entertainment was good

Food was average for Turkey - a local restaurant would be far better - They said there was a mini bar - didn’t see it - charged me £9 to use the safe - arcade prices very high

Food was lovely and attentive staff.

Pool was dirty. All of my family had ear infections which resulted in 2 days in bed and alot of money spent seeing GPS and buying prescriptions. When only there for 4 days half of our holiday was ruined due to swimming pool bacteria.

A comfortable and relaxing experience with everything needed

There were great events and the food was nice. The bar included had tasty drinks and the pool was lovely.

Would've been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room.

SunCity Hotel Oludeniz 8/10 stars!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations specially if you have All Inclusive, the food is very good , lots of options for food, drinks and deserts, ice creams for kids, drinks( Efes beer and cocktails) all day until midnight etc. The snack bar beside the pool wasn't so great but between 10-12 pm you can get a snack again, make your own burger, chips, salads etc. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking to beach and 2-3 minutes to all the shops and local handmade shops, they do lots of amazing stuff over there. The stuff was very helpful all the time and the cleaners as well, some don't speak english but would come back to you very quick with somebody else that does. Also they have an entertaining team with shows every night for kids and adults, during the day competitions around the swiming pool , darts, table tennis, pool etc. It was a great week all together. The reception always helpful if you need something. They also have a shuttle bus to a private beach , more like a garden, its beautiful and quiet .8/10 stars for a 4 star hotel.

Bathroom outdated but was ok. I would say 6-7/10 stars. And snack bar during the day for food, for drinks it was ok'ish you can get coffee's,juices,water etc.

Istanbul via Oludeniz

The hotel management and staff are very friendly. Çan looked after us very well. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were pretty good. There's lots of choice with the food and something for everybody. Generally it was good. The pool is good and the hotel gardens look great. We thought it was good value for money. I would go back.

- The staff are awesome so nice and super friendly - The hotel has one of most beautiful garden you can find - The food was great with a lot of varieties - The location is wonderful, close to the beach, shopping area and restaurants

The staff, especially animation team!! Cleaners very friendly, food was great, bar staff great! Gardens beautiful. Private beach at lagoon was breathtaking, but beware it was 90 lira for a beer!!

As we are over 60 we chose the adult only pool over the larger pool, but people were putting towels on 6.30/7 in morning and then not using them for hours! also think that smokers should smoke outside pool area, a couple of times we had to leave because of heavy smokers not having any consideration for people around them. We ended up at larger pool as it was alot easier to spread out but was too noisy for us

Exactly as advertised - hotel a bit dated but a great family holiday that kids loved! Good value.

The Sun City Hotel is exactly what you expect. It's fairly dated, definitely not luxurious, if you're used to 5* plus then you'll be disappointed but overall it's really good value for money and as far as these types of holidays go, we had no complaints. All inclusive food and drinks were a good standard. The dining area is outside and spacious, a lot of food on offer and fairly fresh and varied. It does get busy and not quite so fresh looking by the end of each sitting but for what you're paying it's a good standard. Kids club and entertainment is "basic" but kids absolutely loved it and it kept us entertained for a week. Room service is good, rooms cleaned daily to a good standard and towels and linen changed as required. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is dated and therefore a bit tired looking so I'd say it's a lower 4* but a 4* all the same. Bathrooms are a big thing for me and they are dated but big and clean. No baths, just showers which is a bit tricky with kids but we managed.

Could do with an upgrade and not all the staff were as friendly and helpful as we like on holiday. Reception staff not very welcoming but the bar staff and entertainers were great and the kids loved it. Pool side gets very busy and the usual issues of people reserving beds meaning you can't get anything passed 9.30am. Didn't love the resort but the natural beauty in surrounding areas - the beach, lagoon and the mountains are incredible and definitely must be seen and experienced. Not the most luxurious holiday we've ever had but it ticked all the boxes and kids loved it.

excellent place and food, beautiful garden and mountain views around the hotel

The flower garden around the hotel is amazing and the food is exceptional. This is my favorite place where I’m sure to return. Have been two times over a few years and have been pleasantly impressed that the food quality is same amazing every time and it didn’t change. the sea is cleanest and most beautiful, great spot for swimming, the beach is long, free of charge, enough place for everyone.

there is only one thing that spoiled the impression - mosquito paradise: we killed around 14 mosquitoes the last night only, and don’t like to exchange fresh air for air-conditioner either. Good thing the mosquitoes are harmless and doesn’t spread anything in Turkey. the noise until midnight also a bit on higher level - music and people.
