Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, stunning view from the balcony, close to the center, air conditioner helped a lot. Every single detail well thought of.

The appartment is on the top floor - lots of stairs to climb.

Functional comfortable studio in great location to explore old town

Only 15 minutes walk from old town beautiful location. Property arranged pick up from airport which was great and very helpful with information

It wasn’t a problem for us . But some people may have difficulty with stairs if any mobility issues

I liked a lot the view from the balcony. In the apartament you can find everything you need. Also the location is in a quite place and it is not too far from the Dubrovnik castle. For us was a wonderfull vacation.

Incredible, I was very sad to leave. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!

This is the most amazing place I have ever stayed at. I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. The view was incredible, the room was spotless with a large comfortable bed & everything I needed. The host was excellent and very accommodating.

Nothing. People have complained about the stairs. It was totally worth walking up the stairs to enjoy the view.

We got the last parking space on the street below, even though we arrived late afternoon when everyone was home from wor

It was bright and clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Though small, it had everything we needed - we didn’t cook in it, but we could have. We loved the fact that there were two opening windows in two different aspects of the room, and another in the bathroom, fresh air was much appreciated. Bed was large and comfortable. A nice touch was some novels to read and plenty of tourist material, including a lonely plant guide book in English. Host was available on the phone and very helpful.

We didn’t like the 93 steps up to it!

Amazing view. Short notice taxi transfer both ways arranged for 30euros. Was really helpful explaining the city and making recommendations. Apartment was clean and tidy throughout and air con was perfect. View from balcony was spectacular. Thank you.

Lots of steps to the beach and lower level but knew this when we booked. Certainly kept us fit!

Most things about the apartment were great and if you'll be driving to Dubrovnik and having a car then it's great!

The location for a solo traveller in my opinion wasn't ideal especially with no car and to reach the old town took me 25 minutes walk each way. The apartment is also on top floor and unfortunately due to the host being away during my stay I had to lift both my big and small luggages up to 4th or so floor on my own which was definitely not ideal for me! On a plus side the view from the bottom of apartment was amazing just wish the apartment had a window or even balcony overlooking the same view ;)

It was clean and comfy.

There was no parking place like they described. It was a really small way to go in with the car. When my friend tried to go up with the car and to drive down again he hit the rock on the way back. And it’s on the 5 or 6th flor. So be ready to go up alot of stairs.

Perfect little getaway

Staff were super friendly. Accommodation was very clean, compact. Our room was small and compact - it had everything we needed including a hob to cook food. Ideal location only 15 minutes walk from city centre, there were lots of stairs to climb though!

It was noisy, we could hear other guests next door tv on and walking up the stairs in the hall in the early hours of the morning. Shower kept going cold at times too. Our TV didn't work and neither did our Aircon.

The aparment is good. Small, but it has everything you need. I recommend taking the bus number 8 back to the apartment. The ticket is extra cheap 15 HRK which is 4 euro in total for 2 persons. Also that bus takes a complete circle around the town, so it's like a mini tour of the town. We entered in the old town station. The host is very hospitable.

Nice property, good place, everything you need for stay was in the apartment.

We chose the apartment because we liked the view that is advertised. Unfortunately not all apartments have this view – our had none and windows were situated against the hill. That was bit disappointing.

Lovely apartment with amazing view

The view from the balcony was amazing and exactly as advertised. The apartment was exactly like the photographs - clean and modern with everything you could need. It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town, along the sea front but there is a bus stop close by if you do not want to walk. There are a lot of steps leading to the apartment so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you, however there are steps in the whole of the old town area. The view is worth the steps though. Check in was quick and straight forward and I felt I could ask the owner any questions afterwards. I would book this apartment again if I was to return to Dubrovnik ☺️

The location was not too far from the old town but it was on a hill and it was very tiring to climb. There were also many stairs to climb as the apartment was located on the top floor of the building.

All you need, for a quiet cozy stay

- easy to find, and check in. - property was clean - had everything you could need on a trip. - free parking was available on the street. it’s a narrow street, but finding a parking spot was not very hard. - not a very long walk from the city center, and the route is very enjoyable, full of panoramic spots. - the balcony had a great panoramic view.

Absolutely worth it!

Our host was very friendly and there were many snacks waiting for us. Whenever we needed something we could contact Ismail. I’m glad I chose this apartment because the way to the beaches were short and someone really cared about us having a great time!

Though it is a bit challenging walking around Dubrovnik in general, there are many stairs due to the hills and cliffs, it is absolutely worth it.
