. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber!. Das Waschbecken konnte man nicht nutzen, da das Wasser nicht abfließen kommte, da es verstopft war. Nachdem man es dem Personal gesagt hatte, wollte man so h drum kümmern, jedoch wurde es schlimmer. Zusätzlich steht auf der Website, dass Parking inklusive ist, jedoch kamen dafür zusätzlich 15-17 € Kosten auf uns zu für eine Nacht. Alles in allem schlecht.

Graz accommodation is expensive, this was our cheapest option. Despite this I would not stay here again.

- Very close to Graz Main Train Station - The staff allowed us to keep our luggage in their luggage room for 6 hours after our checkout. - Common area is modern and kids play area was nice and handy for us (ages 3 to 5 ish)

- No Air conditioning and no air flow at all. It was very humid on the first day, I literally had 3 showers in 4 hours to stop from sweating to death. Out on the street felt 10degrees cooler somehow. - TV was the size of a laptop screen - No room appliances such as kettle, stove, fridge etc (but I knew that when booking, so no fault there, just an FYI for next guests) - The pillows felt like bags full of cottage cheese - The bathroom towels were the size of kitchen Tea Towels - Washing machines were not working at the time of stay

Csodálatos

ezen a hétvégén én és a feleségem csodálatos nyaralást töltöttünk az A&O Hotel Grazban. A helyszín tökéletes volt számunkra. A szobánk nagy volt, világos és jól tisztított. Mindig nagyon szívesen éreztük magunkat, és az összes alkalmazott barátságos és kedves volt velünk tartózkodásunk alatt.

Мені подобається це місце - це був ідеальний вибір, щоб зупинитися з друзями. Ми зупинилися на 2 ночі і весь вільний час грали з друзями в настільний футбол у холі цього готелю. Було дуже приємно проводити таке заняття в готелі.

Für eine Nacht notgedrungen ok, für diese ‚Leistung‘sehr teuer

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich

1. lagen um 15:00(!) noch benutzte Laken vom vorigen Bewohner herum 2. waren die Mülleimer nicht geleert 3. stand plötzlich ein Zimmermädchen im Raum, ohne klopfen(!) sie murmelte ‚sorry‘ und war wieder weg 4. ‚Do not disturb‘ Schild gab es nur auf Anfrage an der Rezeption

Atrašanās vieta tuvu centram. Pieejams kafijas aparāts ar samērā garšīgu kafiju.

Numuriņā grīda klāta ar putekļu vērpetēm, logi ļoti netīri, atveramais logs gāzās ārā, palagi pleķaini un ar caurumiem, Apgaismojums nereāli blāvs, laikam tāpēc, lai neredzētu to, ka ir netīras sienas un grīda. Nav kur pakārt un izvietot lietas ne istabā ne vannas istabā. Pirmajā vakarā atgriezāmies numuriņā un tualetes podā peldēja zaļi duļķi, tā arī nesapratām vai tas ir pēc uzkopšanas vai kā. Salīdzinot ar 2* hosteli Polijā iepriekšējā naktī, tad šim dotu -2*

Nicht von außen einsehbar (5. Stock); Dusche/WC bequem dimensioniert; schalldichtes Fenster; Nähe zu ÖPNV-Haltestelle und Hauptbahnhof

Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer; kein Stauraum für Wäsche etc., dadurch "Leben aus dem Koffer"; kleiner Kühlschrank (nicht Minibar!) wäre wünschenswert

Very basic but ok for a sleep over on the way.

Simple and clean, nice for a quick sleep over on the road.

No parking, we had to leave the car in the street. Luckily on Saturday night we didn't have to pay anything but would maybe choose differently knowing it looks like that.

Ok, aber nur für 1-2 Übernachtungen

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ok, Betten sind bequem und wenn man keinen Luxus, sondern nur einen Schlafplatz will absolut ok. 5 Min zu Fuß vom HBF entfernt.

Leider war das Frühstück am ersten Tag an der Rezeption, wo es nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Daher hatte ich so gut wie nichts mehr. In mein Zimmer ist jeden Abend Zigarettenqualm eingedrungen. Auch Bettwäsche ohne Löcher wären super.

Great stay and great value for money

Really great location next to the station. Easy to check in and staff were super friendly. Room was big, clean with lots of space and thought around sockets etc.

Little loud as on the road but just comes with the location.

Just a average hotel with disappointing breakfast

The room was fine for a family with 2 children. Bathroom was clean. There was no parking place free, so we parked in a near garage and hotel refunded parking fee.

The breakfast was disappointing around 8.30 am. There were just breads and one automatic machine making the pan cakes very slowly resulting in a long queue of peoples. There was one coffee machine and apple/orange juice. I could see just one person managing the entire breakfast area and cleaning them. There was nothing with eggs and no fruits. If breakfast is an important expectation then forget about this hotel.

The best place to stay

The best hostel in Graz. Everything was perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly. 24/7 reception. Bed are comfortable. Toilets and shower are separate and very clean. It's only 7 minutes walk to the train station. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Price is very good. I had amazing stay in Graz!

Close to central station, clean rooms, easy check-in, good price.

They could have an option for female only dorms. Besides the bar/reception area and the communal kitchen, there are not many common facilities. My dorm room did not have lockers for luggage

Warm welcome from the personal behind the check-in desk. Good room with enough space for 1 night. Breakfast was good and more than enough choice!

Good location for those traveling by train.

It should be cleaner. Floors should be wiped with a wet mop every day. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, what makes sleeping in the summer impossible.
