Clean and well equipped villa with a beautiful view

Very good size villa with a beautiful view that's equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The hosts are just attentive enough to keep everything clean but still give you plenty of privacy. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the gardens and pool incredibly well kept too. The photos on here really don't do the property justice! There is a lovely beach and a small town a short walk away, as well as a few well stocked convenience stores. That said, we found a hire car very useful indeed. There's easy parking and the villa is well signposted. The welcome pack of bread, beer, milk, cheese and jam was very much appreciated! Wifi is reliable and fast. Would stay again without any hesitation.

The air conditioning is linked to movement sensors. If you're an especially heavy sleeper, it might mean that you wake up hot once or twice during your stay. Air conditioning in the living area is a paid extra too, but we found the breeze and fan enough to keep things comfortable. Didn't especially bother us and it's good for the environment, but worth knowing in case someone in your party is sensitive to heat.

A great place to recharge your batteries and soak up the sun.

The location was beautiful , the area very quite , lovely views out to sea and mountains. There was a welcome pack for breakfast which was great as we arrived quite late . Chris was lovely and very helpful, so was the housekeeper . Would love to stay here again in the future.

A dream!

The villa is gorgeous! The location is fantastic. I didnt hire a car so walked everywhere, nothing is too far, yet the villas are very private. I had absolutely everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. It is spotless, inside (thank you Varvara) and outside. I have travelled around Cyprus and never met owners who take that much care of the property. The pool area was immaculate! Aside from that, the owner and Varvara are just lovely people, friendly, happy to help, respective of privacy. A huge thank you and I will be returning (I am not just saying it, I will be)

A peaceful paradise

It was amazing. A peacefull, calm and amazing place with great views. You will find really everything you need in your villa. You will get maximum privacy and a lot of space. Anyway everything is in walking distance: a calm beach, nice restaurants, car rental, supermarket, boat rental. The owner and the stuff were really friendly. We hope we could return soon.

The best place

We had a wonderful time at the villa. I liked everything very much: house, territory, pool, location. The house had everything we needed and even more. Thank you very much Varvara for everything! For cleanliness in the house and on the territory, for cordiality and positiveness. Thanks to Chris for a wonderful home, for the opportunity to relax in peace and comfort. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Due to the pandemic, we could not leave for a long time. We will often remember our vacation and miss Cyprus. We love him very much!

Nice holidays!

Great location, very nice pool, very well equipped villa. The owner Chris is very helpful and friendly. We also loved Varvara who helped with cleaning. Overall, great staying!

The villa was spacious in an excellent location with sea views, many facilities, very clean, nice and always clean pool, the owner Mr Chris was very kind and helpful ... Thank you for everything... We are definitely coming back

Fab location and quiet.

The location, the view, the helpfulness of Chris, the owner, and the speed with which he responded to problems. Also the bread, milk, beer etc waiting for us. That heating upstairs was included in price. Very clean and well equipped villa. Well maintained grounds, immaculately kept. Free WiFi. Would definitely return.

The $8 per day for heating downstairs which is definitely needed in winter. Timer on it was annoying but could be overcome. The buffering while watching tv as signal not strong enough. Maybe also leave washing up liquid and black rubbish bags?
