A great place to stay in Swanage

I have no qualms to rate Swanage Haven 10/10. The location was perfect - it’s within easy walking distance to the beach and town, but not too near to be disturbed by holiday revellers! We didn’t have to use our car during our stay. The breakfast was cooked to perfection that dispelled the idea of a greasy English breakfast. The room was comfortable with plenty of accessible power points. I particularly like the USB ports by the bed for charging my watch. With the hospitality of the hosts, everything added up to a great stay.

Exceptional

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by Tina and Amanda, taking the time to chat and share local recommendations. The attention to detail throughout was incredible, it was clear that they had put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The honesty bar was a nice feature, the breakfast was fantastic with many options and not forgetting the lovely garden which was a joy to relax in before heading out. Thank you once again for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Excellent hosts, excellent food and accommodation

The room and en suite were excellent, good choice of teas and coffee in the room. The breakfast choice was great, the best we have had in any Guest House. Swanage Haven Boutique Hotel is a place that we will certainly return to.

Highly recommend

Very warm welcome on arrival. Honesty bar and choice of teas and biscuits added extra. Near to beach. Very comfy bed and had good night's sleep. Tasty breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

A beautiful little gem in the heart of Swanage

Lovely room, very clean. Unbelievably friendly and helpful! I was hiking for the weekend but would love to come back and enjoy the hotel more in a more leisurely way, I can not fault them in anyway. Would return tomorrow if I could!

Wonderful B&B, hosts and stay.

Tina and Amanda were absolutely wonderful hosts - their B&B is immaculate; my double room was lovely and warm, exceptionally clean with excellent facilities and a fantastic shower. The breakfasts were delicious and it is in a brilliant location within walking distance to the beach, town and South West Coast Path. Would stay again in a heartbeat and most definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a short weekend visit. thoroughly satisfied. Would re-visit.

Friendly staff and overall standard of accommodation and food. Parking was ample and location was convenient and quiet.

There was nothing to dislike. We were very happy with our visit. In particular the staff were delightful.

An excellent little hotel run by people who care about what they do. A real find.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The owners, Tina and Amanda and staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, daily housekeeping much appreciated ( and rare these days). Extra touches in the room ( fridge and fresh milk) also much appreciated.

I can’t think of anything which could have been better.

Hosts were very friendly Excellent breakfast Parking is available, albeit sometimes shuffling is required. Very quiet location Two hotels nearby with bar and restaurants Keys were left as we turned up very late

Perfect stay had. Lovely location, lovely accommodation , Great breakfast, Great hosts!

The location was perfect, with only a very short walk to the bay with its golden sandy beach and in the evenings to the town for the restaurants and pubs. Our room was clean and comfortable as were all areas of the Guest House which was nicely decorated. Bonus was a relaxing garden to sit out in to enjoy the sunny weather. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing choice and was very well cooked. Hosts, Tina and Amanda, were attentive and sociable. Overall a perfect stay and will stay again.

Honestly there was nothing that we didn’t like.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower and water temperature excellent. The breakfast was brilliant with a wide choice to meet every ones taste. Staff most friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for making part of a great holiday

We booked after reading all the fab reviews and were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived until we left we loved it. Amanda and Tina are perfect hosts. It is in the perfect place to walk to the beach and town. Would recommend to all and would definitely go back.

A wonderful guest house run by a lovely friendly team. Swanage Haven is super clean, the owners are helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast is excellent. Next time we are visiting the Jurassic coast we will be back. 😊👍
