Tranquilidad, frio soportable y descanso profundo

La ubicación es central al centro del Elqui, los desayuno es un poco incomodo por lo estrecho, se debe identificar mas la reserva de mesas, ya que uno llega al lugar y se ubica en cualquier lugar, estando preparada la mesa, nos dimos cuenta después que apareció la encargada, para mejorar se podría colocar un distintivo con el numero de pieza que tiene reservada la mesa, falto jugos naturales, el pan tambien podría ser mas variado, solo existían de molde y con granulas, Es muy bueno el baño en tinajas o yacusi es lo mejor en la noche con un cielo despejado muy bueno lo recomiendo Lo mejor, su personal esta muy bien capacitado, explica con detalle los servicios disponibles y horarios y muy servicial en especial horarios nocturnos. felicitaciones

el agua de la ducha, no salía caliente, se debió abrir todas las llaves y mucho tiempo en llegar el agua caliente a la ducha, al parecer existen problemas de presión para inicio de cálifont, se puede mejorar en la iluminación de senderos se debió estar con celulares en posición de linterna. se recomienda luces de pocos gasto solo para iluminar el piso de senderos.

Las instalaciones en general son muy bonitas y la ubicación es muy buena

No es comoda la cama, la piscina se encontraba sucia, no hay televisión y tampoco servicio de cocina por lo que obliga a almorzar y cenar fuera del hotel.

A friendly well maintained hotel and a pool with an astonishing view!

The location is excellent and the garden is lovely with lots of sofas dotted around creating the feeling of private outdoor spaces. The breakfast is very good with huge portions of scrambled eggs. The complimentary pisco sour on arrival was much appreciated.

I was disappointed with the room. I booked a double room and expected a patio and garden view as described in my booking with Booking.com. In practice I think only one room has a garden view. Most of the rooms I think are quite small and dark, as ours was. So I complained to the young woman on reception which was difficult as nobody at the hotel speaks English and my attempts to learn Spanish did not take me to the requisite level. The hotel was full anyway and once I had got over my disappointment we had a lovely time.

There was no hot water in my room unfortunately, and no accommodations were made to remedy this by the manager.

A truly relaxing oasis at the heart of the Elqui Valley

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are great. Breakfast was quite good too, and it felt great to relax in the garden. We used the hot tub at night and that was a superb touch! We will totally go back!

Beautiful courtyard, pool and breakfast. Large rooms. Excellent shower in a huge bathroom.

Description of rooms on Booking.com are misleading. Under room details it says "mountain and garden views, patio and couch." The rooms have no view, patios or couch but the hotel has all from the courtyard. There is no AC and the only ventilation was a window opening up to the street with people walking right by and no screens for flies. A horse took a dump right outside the window and they did clean it up when asked. They did supply me with the office fan which helped blow in cool outside air.

Peaceful and relaxing

Well located close to the plaza, artisanal stores and other facilities. The place is familiar and peaceful, lots of plants, trees, pool is big and has resting chairs, overlooking the big hills around Pisco Elqui. Very comfortable rooms, nice modern and clean bathrooms provided with towels, shampoo, etc. Room has a mini fridge.

Superb

Rooms are really very nice and clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with good shower. Lovely garden with a nice pool. Good breakfast.

The parking lot is too small for the number of rooms they have. So if someone wants to leave by car between late afternoon and morning, it's blocked by other cars and their owners must be found... This happened several times during our stay, also to us. We found it nice, but too expensive for what it is. We stayed there for New Years Eve, maybe they have special rates for that date, though. Because of Covid-19 they organized breakfast in shifts, which we find OK. But it was annoying that we couldn't choose our shift (and we were not among the last ones to book or check-in). So we were just told that our breakfast will be on 11:30h. Which makes the rest of the day quite short...
