Well appointed holiday centre.
Beautifully tended grounds. Large pool. High standard of buffet food. Large rooms. Ample parking. Very generous brunch tarif which includes breakfast and all the bags and containers to pack a large picnic lunch with excellent salads and cold meats.
Unpleasant receptionist, who made it very clear from the start that independant short stays like us didn't have the same rights as long stay residents. We got a coloured plastic bracelet to wear to prove it. We speak fluent French but this person, hearing we were foreign, made a point of speaking so quickly that even she stumbled and had to catch her breath. The same person on our second night told us with visible pleasure that dinner was full and we couldn't enter. I checked - there were many empty tables and mountains of buffet food. I firmly insisted and of course there was no problem with our presence. The staff and the mails from the hotel which arrived every day repeat at every opportunity how their greatest pleasure is to serve your every whim - that is until you actually ask them something and then they don't seem to be able to help you at all. Check out at 10 am is too early and not necessary. I didn't like the wording of the mail we received every day before our arrival stating that pre-registering was OBLIGATORY in red. This is an hotel, not an army camp. (how about something like "please help with our paperwork and fill in your details before you come". Sounds much nicer.

1970s holiday park
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place. I will never stay here again. We paid a lot of money to stay in a serviced apartment not an old 1970s holiday park.
Car park not secure. Not enough spaces and the spaces to narrow between car my wheel got scratched trying to squeeze in. The building is maybe 40 years+ old and it shows. The lift inside is rusty. Walk in the door of the apartment and the smell hits you (we asked to change rooms but they all smell the same) There is carpet throughout even in the toilet therefore any drips spillage has socked into the carpets leaving the apartment smelling of urine. There was mould in between the tiles in the bathroom. There was no holder for the shower head so you had to stand in the bath hold the shower head in one hand a washing with the other (the bathroom is super small using the above to wash resulted in soaking all of the bathroom). The bath is that old the enamel was pealing off. The Internet connection (wi-fi) was rubbish at best you could load a page to find a location but try to doing anything like check your bank make transfers no chance. The swimming pool had so many people in it you could only swim when it first opens in the morning 10am or just before it closes 20. Any other time you can only use the pool to stand in. There was no life guard and no toilets by the pool (you had to either go back to your room or walk through the hotel lobby and downstairs to the basment) This is one of the reasons I stopped using the pool as you can imagine the number of children and the odd adult would not bother leave the area to go the the loo in the pool. I saw a number of new born babies with nappies on in the pool (no children's pool) meaning whatever was in the nappy was in the pool. The hotel staff were rude and not helpful. The plastic chairs on the terrace we're old and cracked that pinched you if you didn't take care. The sofas (that doubles for beds) where very uncomfortable. The safe in the bedroom had a broken lock. The pillows were just filled with lumps of foam and smelled (used my own beach pillow to sleep).

Very poor
The pool was refreshing and they let us have free fizzy drinks as some people we’re all inclusive
On check in staff talked amongst themselves and didn’t bother acknowledging us for at least 2 mins. The pool area was clean but there was a stupid gate and a filthy foot wash that you had to negotiate, as the foot wash was not usable so you had to hang on to the gate (Covid risk) check in was at 5pm (late) check out 10am too early. Beds were rock solid and you had to put on your own bedding! Carpets felt dirty and everything was dated. Air con made a siren noise that kept us awake. Bath was tiny too. A lot of money for 5pm to 10am and no luxury

Not sure if I will go back there
The location is very practical and pricy
I think the staff at the reception need training or a change. Unpolite from my point of view, I would say unacceptable. Sorry for that, I'm with booking since many years and travel very often for business, it's the first time I make such a statement.
