About this house rental
This sprawling 4400 sq ft pool house is in the charming Pflugerville community, a "real Texas" little town swallowed by North Austin. Its a 13 mile straight shot to downtown Austin and 6th street. Up to 30 can sleep IN BEDS and sleeper sofas! We have a 8 person spa, 22 foot shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, Mrs Packman arcade machine (plus 3187 games), 65 inch 4k TV, loaded kitchen, etc etc...your group will love it!
This house is a sprawling 5 bedroom house that goes on and on and on. Every square foot is tastefully decorated and set up for a comfortable stay for a group of 10 to 20+ and loaded to be the most fun house in Austin, Texas. Just take the shuffleboard table...not a puny 10 foot table...its 22 foot and handmade originally for Dave and Buster's. They said they paid $10,000 for the table when they sold it to me. We have an arcade that is an old Street Fighter game upgraded to have more than 3,000 games, a 4 player NBA Jam arcade, dual crusin car racing arcades, a Big Game Hunter arcade machine and an air hockey table in the converted game room. The pool and huge covered patio with 8 person LA Spa hot tub will be a hit. The kitchen is huge and fully loaded. The main TV is 65 inch curved 4k Samsung tv. I could go on and on! This is the house for you.
You'll have 24 hour access with a key code provided before you arrive.
Chances are you won't even meet us in person...it will all be set up and you just let yourself in and out! We'll be available by phone or text and live just a few miles away in case you need us.
In the Pflugerville neighborhood you'll have one foot in "real Texas" and one foot in Austin. The TV show Friday Night Lights was actually filmed right down the street and you can do real Texas redneck stuff like rent and shoot guns at Red's Indoor Gun Range but you can also quickly get into Austin for 6th street, food etc etc.
You can come in and out from the airport on 45 or hop on I-35 to shoot to downtown Austin. Basically everything is within 20 minutes and you can walk or drive to local Pflugerville neighborhood food like the Pecan Street Station or Texas country nightlife at the local bars.
Of course we need guests to be responsible and considerate of neighbors. Fortunately the property doesn't have any neighbors behind the house.
We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.
The pool can be heated and our price for that varies depending on the season. Please ask us ahead of time.

Our extended family had a great stay at the large Pflugerville house! We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and had all age ranges staying for the weekend. The house is very kid-friendly and the pool, grill, and outdoor areas are perfect for a Texas summertime gathering. Thanks to our host for a great weekend!

Myself and 14 guests booked this VRBO for the 4th of July. The house was clean and organized prior to our arrival. The host was very friendly and flexible with our plans as well as helping with anything we needed throughout the weekend. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who is looking to spend a weekend with family and friends. Absolutely no complaints about this property or the service. Could not be happier with the experience!

This large home in Plugerville is an awesome place to have your next large family vacation. The host is super responsive and truly interested in everything being right on your stay. The home is in a nice neighborhood with many conveniences within 5 minutes. The check-in process was easy, and the host sent the maid service to assist with further sundry requests. The house was plenty large for our group of 17, and the Casita was a nice bonus to sleeping arrangements and comfort. All the game choices and entertainment at the house is fabulous. When we did arrive we found the ping pong table in pieces, but the host responded immediately and had a new ping pong table setup outside - a testament to great service. We found the hot tub amazing, one of the best I've been in, once you figure out the controls. As other reviews suggest, there is commercial property and a major road beyond the backyard, but it still seemed fairly private and quiet. The host made great recommendations and the family had a fabulous time. The kids loved the bunk room, and the attachment to the teen 4 beds that share the bath worked great! Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area, if the price is right.

Quite a few things not as described. Need to take some time and update the listing to be more accurate and do some maintenance to make sure everything is operating and it should be! Great location and over all a nice house.

Family visited from out of town and we all spent the weekend together. Great weekend, home is local to a lot of places.

Our stay was good. The pricing policy could use some adjustments. It should just have it as one set price and not need to go up per person added.
I feel that if a house says it sleeps a specific amount of people you should be able to have up to that many guests if you want to with out being charged extra per guest per night. We ended up cutting people out of our group because although it slept 30, we didn’t want to run up the price even more by adding more people. For 13 guest for 3 nights we paid close to 4K.
There was a few things that could have been better in the house. The owner was made aware of those few things. She was very prompt with responding and did offer to help fix any issues. We did enjoy the swimming pool, and the size of the home. All in all probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how the pricing works. Other than that, it’s good.

For anyone looking for a perfect house for a lot of people this is your spot. Lisa the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with and her property exceeded expectations. We had 28 guys stay at the property for a bachelor party and not only did Lisa make booking a breeze she also was available any time we needed and checked in to make sure everything was up to standard. I can not tell you how many properties wouldn't give a bachelor party of 25+ the time of day so finding and booking with Lisa was a god send. Anyone looking for a great property to host a big group has to book this property.

Our soccer team stayed at this house during a soccer event. It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for the teens and adults to stretch out and rest after hard win games, and plenty to keep them busy during the down times.

Our family rented this amazing house for our daughters wedding weekend ~ it was fabulous!! So much space, so many things to do. The pool and hot tub were lovely ~ Not to mention all of the games! Everyone had a wonderful time and we’re so happy we had such a great place for all of us to come together

A large group of us stayed for a nearby CrossFit competition. There were about 15 of us scattered throughout the house. The accommodations in the house were spot on. Multiple beds available. They could potentially update the mattresses as some of them are very thin, but overall a good day.

This is our 9th year to meet in a large house in the Austin area for our holiday family time. Our first time at this house as well in a subdivision rather than on the lakes or downtown. We enjoyed the convenient location to IH35 and food delivery services. We also liked the number of available beds and large kitchen. Excellent communication and accessibility with owners.

Austin Bachelor Party
A++++ would definitely recommend this property! I booked this property to host a bachelor party for 17 guys. Best decision I made out of the whole trip. Everyone kept talking about how great the VRBO was. Plenty of room to sleep, huge kitchen, great entertaining space and outdoor area! The game room is an added bonus! The Host was EXCELLENT. Always very responsive and always a text away. Thank so much again :)

Great Stay
This house was perfect for my 19 person extended family who were in town for my wedding. The space, beds and accommodation were functional and comfortable. Never saw bunk beds in a closet before but it was the coziest sleep possible. Tons of yard games, board games and other fun activities for both kids and adults to enjoy. There is an outside shower which was a nice surprise and the pictures do not do justice for the size of the yard beyond the pool and hot tub and outside covered patio deck foot print. It was quite a drive from Austin especially in traffic but it was a great stay and highly recommend

Great place for family or friends to come together
Everything was great, would definitely stay again. Family came from all over and everyone had nothing but positive things to say. The only complaint I would have is that I would like to know all fees up front. There was a heating cost for the pool, that we didn’t know about until the week prior. While it was a last min charge, I totally understood the extra cost to heating a pool at this time of year and it was reasonable.

Family weekend
The house was centrally located for our family to get together. This was my first ever experience renting a vacation home. The house was clean. The pool was not it had a lot of bugs, grass and leaves in it. I don’t think the filter is ever cleaned it had Algee growing in it so evidently the chemicals were not done in a regular basis either. There were cigarette butts in the back patio and on the ground left from previous guests as no one smoked in our family. The outdoor furniture pillows and cushions were old and mildewed. In the kitchen there were no dish towels or pot holders. There were very few wash cloths and only found two hand towels in the whole place. No keurig like in the property photos and the pinball machine was broken. The house had beds everywhere so if you have a very large crowd it could accommodate you. There were only 8 of us so there was plenty of room. In my opinion I think this property is overpriced for what you are offered.

Amazing stay
If you are looking for a small boring place to spend relaxing then this isnt the place for you. This place is spacious has awesome arcade games, and a lovely heated pool. Only issue i would have of this place is it didn't have tickets to exchange for prizes. LOL. I would highly recommend this place and anyone looking to get away and relax.

Wow!
What an awesome house! We enjoyed the game room very much and Lisa was incredibly responsive! It rained 2 out of of the 3 days we were in Austin but, the house was perfect for us to just hang out in. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect as well. We had a bachelor party with 17 guys and this house worked out so well!

Lots of fun
We were looking for a fun place to stay with kids. There was lots to do in the house for everyone which was a hit. Lots of space for hide in go seek etc. However, the house needed better cleaning and a few updates like ping pong paddles, etc. house is about 3 out 5 Stars but has lots to do for kids ages tween and up.

Sweet party house for all your friends with no city limit restrictions!
This house was pretty perfect for our crew! Communication with Lisa was super easy as well as check in. The house layout was pretty great. The room upstairs from the master room was a little interesting but we made it work. A door would have been great to seperate them but it’s all good. The game room was awesome. All games worked, even the ancient pinball machine and skee ball. They could use a little maintenance but all in all so cool to have. The pool table wouldn’t release the balls once dropped into the pockets but we didn’t mind too much. We were all about the hot tub and pool! So awesome to have both. The hot tub was a little murky but Joel, the maintanence man, came over and took care of it and we were soaking in a clean tub in no time! There were lots of pool floaties in the back shed to use, we brought our own thou. We enjoyed our Halloween weekend in the Pflugerville/Austin area and will definitely look at this house if we come back! Thanks so much!!!!

Excellent Thanksgiving Retreat
We booked this property so my extended family can all stay in the same home where we enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There were plenty of beds for our family of 17 including space to just hang out and play with all the games included with the home. The owner, Lisa, was very responsive to all of my questions and everyone was pleased with the property. We would definitely book again for future activities.

Perfect house
This house was perfect for us. We had 11 guests, and everyone had a bed. We weren't too far from downtown, or to Lake Travis. We had pretty bad weather all weekend, and there was so much to do in the house, it wasn't even that big of a deal.

Such a fun place!
We had a great Thanksgiving! We were able to use the pool and hot tub in addition to all the games and activities. Only downfall was a lot of light bulbs were out so it was really dark in the pool table room and in the upstairs bedroom with the 5 beds and stairwell leading to it. But we found a lamp to plug in to give light. Would for sure recommend this home!
