modern und schnuckelig im historischen Gewand, Adresse merke ich mir

Altstadt hautnah, Zimmer war in diesem Falle mit Burgblick und gemütlich modern ausgestattet. Leckeres Frühstück a la carte und für Dienstreisende preislich schmerzfrei, was immer sehr wichtig für Vielreisende ist. Auch draußen auf Balkon oder Restaurantterrasse möglich. nur eben daran denken, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, ist halt historisch begründet

Zentrales Hotel mit einigen Abstrichen

Tolle, zentrale Lage, vom Zimmer aus ein seitlicher Blick auf die Pegnitz. Eigentlich leckeres Frühstück à la carte (wenn warm genug serviert).

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt (Badtüre sehr beschädigt), Waschbecken nicht sauber, Bad viel zu eng, v.a.die Dusche, insgesamt laute Lage (direkt über der Terrasse des Restaurants, wo nachts bis 2 Uhr Gäste sehr laut waren, ab 7 Uhr dann Lärm durch Frühstücksbetrieb), das Frühstück à la carte dauerte recht lange (man muss inkl. Bestellung und Verzehr insgesamt 1h einplanen). Das Frühstücksangebot ist zwar sehr lecker, ist aber im Vergleich zum Buffet doch recht wenig (z.B. Eggs Benedict) und kam außerdem fast kalt an unseren Tisch. Da wir dringend zu unserem Zug mussten und es eh schon so lange dauerte (und das Personal woanders beschäftigt war) haben wir verzichtet, das mitzuteilen.

Gute Lage, nachts extrem laut, nicht sauber.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Restaurant gehört jedoch nicht zum Hotel.

Das Bad in beiden Hotelzimmern war circa 1,5 m² groß. Man kann die Tür nicht öffnen, da sie am Waschbecken anschlägt, ab einer gewissen körperlichen Fülle ist ein Eintritt ins Bad eigentlich unmöglich. Auch eine gewisse Körpergröße lässt das WC nicht nutzen, weil sonst die Knie an der Wand anschlagen. Das Bad war von den Platzverhältnissen her in beiden Zimmern eine absolute Frechheit! Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist von einer Fremdfirma betrieben. Das Restaurant ist an sich sehr schön und die Karte toll. Jedoch ist das Restaurant nachts 1eine Bar und bis weit nach Mitternacht war es dermaßen laut, dass man an Schlaf überhaupt nicht denken konnte! Dies sollte man ehrlich an potentielle Gäste kommunizieren. Die Sauberkeit, vom Eingang bis ins Hotelzimmer, muss deutlich überprüft werden. Die Teppiche sind unsauber, unser Zimmer-Safe war voller Staub, die Fenster, sind im Rahmen völlig verdreckt. Die Klimaanlage ist seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Das Hotelzimmer ist für vier Sterne, nicht auf dem Stand, wie man es erwarten kann.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

The location was absolutely ideal. Very close to everything, very safe, very lovely view of the river. We would definitely come back to this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, excellent.

Amazing, we were absolutely satisfied!

Perfect location in the city centre; beautiful, clean and modern designed room, comfort nice bathroom; self check-in without a problem; absolutely delicious breakfasts in a beautiful place - a balcony above the river!

The only thing we missed was a toothbrush holder in the bathroom :-)

Wi-Fi didn't work. So if you are planning to work in the room, there could be some troubles with Internet. The building does't have lift.

The room was big, clean and well equipped. You had water and coffee, so you could start your day right away. The view of the river from the balcony is amazing, the location of the hotel makes it easier to see the city center easily.

The music from the restaurant downstairs it's a bit too loud and can carry inside. There was also a noice of something like a pump starting and stopping, might be from the river. Otherwise everything else was good.

Centrally located hotel but only self check-in

The location was very central and 2mins away from the Christkindlmarkt. Everything is within walking distance and there are many food options available. The room was also very modern and looks to be newly renovated.

We were not aware during booking that this hotel has no reception and we had to do a self check-in on arrival. The hotel also has no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow, so if you have a big and heavy luggage it will not be easy. There was also no additional information on where and how we can store our luggage after check-out on the last day. We called a number but the person who picked up could not give us any answers and gave us an email to write to (thankfully the reply was immediate). We tried to get a reservation at the restaurant for breakfast one morning but the staff was very unfriendly and told us they were already fully booked. Some consideration should have been made for hotel guests.

Great location. just few minutes walk from main square. The best breakfast we've ever had. Amazing view from the room. Good espresso on the room.

We had to wait quite long (and waste a lot of water) to get hot water, probably caused by pressure and fact our room was in 4th floor. An annoying sound made by some machine in the attic - this would be no-go for someone who requires silence to fall asleep.

I had dust allergy in the number. So it could have been cleaner. On weekend it was noisy, so wasn't able to open the window and air conditioner was the only possible way to get some air.

Great location, perfect for a short visit to explore the city if you have light luggage

Excellent location, right next to the Pegnitz nd in the middle of the old town. Easy check in, via computer or app and nice modern and clean rooms.

There is no elevator - so you should be aware of this if you have heavy items. Also since it is in the middle of the city it can be quite noisy also at night
